As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a machine shell 1, a driving device 7, an indoor heat exchanger 8, a water receiving tray 6 and a water washing device 3.

The side wall of the dust box 31 is provided with a matching notch 312, the part of the water receiving tray 6 provided with the water outlet 61 is placed on the matching notch 312, so that the water containing cavity 311 is communicated with the water outlet 61 to receive condensed water in the water receiving tray 6, and the side wall of the dust box 31 is provided with an overflow port 314 to limit the water level in the water containing cavity 311. A sewage draining outlet 313 is arranged on the bottom wall of the dust box 31, a switch 315 for opening or closing the sewage draining outlet 313 is arranged at the sewage draining outlet 313, and the switch 315 is an electromagnetic valve.
The cleaning device 32 is located below the filter screen 5, and the cleaning device 32 comprises a driving shaft and a cleaning brush wound and stuck on the driving shaft, and the driving shaft is connected with the first driver so as to be driven by the first driver to rotate. At least a part of the cleaning device 32 extends into the water containing cavity 311 and the cleaning device 32 contacts with the filter screen 5 to clean the filter screen 5.
The drive device 7 includes: a second drive, a drive shaft 71, a drive gear 72, a driven shaft 73, a driven gear 74, and a tension shaft 75.
The driving shaft 71 is located in the dust box 31 and is rotatably disposed on the dust box 31, the driving shaft 71 is connected to a second driver to be driven by the second driver to rotate, and the driving shaft 71 and the cleaning device 32 rotate in the same direction.
The two driving gears 72 are provided at both ends of the driving shaft 71 to be driven by the driving shaft 71 to rotate, and the driving gears 72 are engaged with the filter screen 5 to drive the filter screen 5 to move. The two side edges of the filter screen 5 are respectively provided with a rack 51 meshed with the corresponding driving gear 72. Thereby ensuring the reliability of the driving device 7 driving the filter screen 5 to move.
Two driven shafts 73 are provided, and both the driven shafts 73 are located above the driving shaft 71. Two driven shafts 73 are positioned at two ends of the part of the filter screen 5 on the same horizontal plane, each driven shaft 73 is provided with a driven wheel, and a driven gear 74 is rotatably arranged on the driven shafts 73 and is meshed with the rack 51 on the filter screen 5.
The tension shaft 75 is rotatably disposed on the housing 1, and the tension shaft 75 is in rolling fit with the bent portion of the filter screen 5.
The structure of an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 12 to 16. However, it should be noted that the following description is only exemplary, and it is obvious that a person skilled in the art after reading the following technical solutions of the present invention can combine, replace, modify the technical solutions or some technical features thereof, and this also falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 12 to 16, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a machine shell 1, a support 2, a driving device 7, an indoor heat exchanger 8, a water pan 6 and a washing device 3.
Specifically, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the machine shell 1, a filter screen 5 is arranged at the air inlet, the filter screen 5 is formed into a non-closed filter screen, and the filter screen 5 is matched with the driving device 7 to be driven by the driving device 7 to slide. The indoor heat exchanger 8 is arranged in the machine shell 1, the water receiving tray 6 is arranged below the indoor heat exchanger 8 to receive condensed water on the indoor heat exchanger 8, and the water receiving tray 6 is provided with a water outlet 61.
The water washing device 3 includes: a dust box 31, a sweeping device 32 and a first drive.
The dust box 31 is placed on the chassis 4 of the machine case 1 and is arranged at one side of the filter screen 5, and a water containing cavity 311 with an open top is defined in the dust box 31. The side wall of the dust box 31 is provided with a matching notch 312, the part of the water receiving tray 6 provided with the water outlet 61 is placed on the matching notch 312, so that the water containing cavity 311 is communicated with the water outlet 61 to receive condensed water in the water receiving tray 6, and the side wall of the dust box 31 is provided with an overflow port 314 to limit the water level in the water containing cavity 311. A sewage draining outlet 313 is arranged on the bottom wall of the dust box 31, a switch 315 for opening or closing the sewage draining outlet 313 is arranged at the sewage draining outlet 313, and the switch 315 is an electromagnetic valve.
The cleaning device 32 is located below the filter screen 5, and the cleaning device 32 comprises a driving shaft and a cleaning brush wound and stuck on the driving shaft, and the driving shaft is connected with the first driver so as to be driven by the first driver to rotate. At least a part of the cleaning device 32 extends into the water containing cavity 311 and the cleaning device 32 contacts with the filter screen 5 to clean the filter screen 5.
The bracket 2 is provided on the cabinet 1 and defines a sliding space 21, and the filter net 5 is slidably provided in the sliding space 21. The sliding space 21 includes a laterally extending portion 211 and a longitudinally extending portion 212, an upper end of the longitudinally extending portion 212 communicating with one end of the laterally extending portion 211, and a lower end of the longitudinally extending portion 212 extending toward the dust box 31.
The drive device 7 includes: a second drive, a drive shaft 71 and a drive gear 72.
The driving shaft 71 is located in the dust box 31 and is rotatably disposed on the dust box 31, the driving shaft 71 is connected to a second driver to be driven by the second driver to rotate, and the driving shaft 71 and the cleaning device 32 rotate in the same direction.
The two driving gears 72 are provided at both ends of the driving shaft 71 to be driven by the driving shaft 71 to rotate, and the driving gears 72 are engaged with the filter screen 5 to drive the filter screen 5 to move. The two side edges of the filter screen 5 are respectively provided with a rack 51 meshed with the corresponding driving gear 72. Thereby ensuring the reliability of the driving device 7 driving the filter screen 5 to move.

Claims (8)

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell, and a filter screen is arranged at the air inlet;
the indoor heat exchanger is arranged in the shell;
the water pan is arranged below the indoor heat exchanger to receive condensed water on the indoor heat exchanger, and is provided with a water outlet;
the washing device comprises a dust box, a cleaning device and a first driver, wherein the dust box is arranged on one side of the filter screen, a water containing cavity with an open top is defined in the dust box, the water containing cavity is communicated with the water outlet to receive condensed water in the water receiving tray, the cleaning device is connected with the first driver to be driven by the first driver to rotate, at least one part of the cleaning device extends into the water containing cavity, and the cleaning device is in contact with the filter screen to clean the filter screen;
a drive device, the drive device comprising:
a second driver;
the driving shaft is positioned in the dust box and is rotatably arranged on the dust box, and the driving shaft is connected with the second driver so as to be driven by the second driver to rotate;
the driving gear is arranged on the driving shaft and driven to rotate by the driving shaft, and the driving gear is meshed and matched with the filter screen to drive the filter screen to move;
the two driven shafts are arranged on the shell, are positioned above the driving shaft and are positioned at two ends of the part, on the same horizontal plane, of the filter screen;
two driven gears, two driven gear and two the driven shaft one-to-one sets up, every driven gear rotationally establishes corresponding on the driven shaft and with the mesh cooperation of filter screen.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a fitting notch is provided on a side wall of the dust box, and a portion of the water receiving pan provided with the water outlet is placed on the fitting notch.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein a drain outlet is provided on a bottom wall of the dust box, and an opening and closing member for opening or closing the drain outlet is provided at the drain outlet.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the driving unit further includes a tension shaft rotatably provided on the casing and engaged with the bent portion of the filter screen in a rolling manner.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: the support is arranged on the shell and limits a sliding space, and the filter screen can be arranged in the sliding space in a sliding mode.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the sliding space includes a laterally extending portion and a longitudinally extending portion, an upper end of the longitudinally extending portion communicates with one end of the laterally extending portion, and a lower end of the longitudinally extending portion extends toward the dust box.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an overflow hole is formed in a side wall of the dust box.
8. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
