本发明涉及一种筒式SCR后处理混合装置,其特征是:包括尿素混合腔,尿素混合腔的前后端分别连接第一快速拆装法兰和第二快速拆装法兰,在尿素混合腔的前后分别固定气流混合器和气流均匀器,在尿素混合腔中设置尿素混合器,在尿素混合腔的侧壁上设置尿素喷射底座。所述尿素喷射底座与尿素混合器呈90°设置。本发明结构简单,设计精良,氨混效率高,拆装方便,后期若在特殊条件下产生尿素的结晶,处理方便,适用于国IV及国V排放标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种筒式SCR后处理混合装置,属于柴油机尾气处理系统设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着柴油机排放法规的日益严格,尾气后处理技术是必须采用的技术措施。而SCR能够满足国IV及国V排放标准,SCR的基本原理是通过尿素喷射系统(俗称尿素泵)将32.5%浓度的尿素水溶液雾化后喷入排气管中与发动机尾气混合,尿素水溶液经过热解和水解反应生成氨气(NH3),在催化剂的作用下氨气将柴油机尾气中有害的氮氧化合物(NOx)转化为无害的氮气(N2)和水,发动机尾气处理技术SCR路线的首要任务是使尾气与氨雾有效混合并发生化学反应,同时在进入催化剂前保证足够温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种筒式SCR后处理混合装置,结构简单,设计紧凑,能够使氨气和尾气充分混合,解决现有技术中SCR处理汽车尾气过程中尾气与氨气混合不充分造成尾气处理不完全的问题。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述筒式SCR后处理混合装置,其特征是:包括尿素混合腔,尿素混合腔的前后端分别连接第一快速拆装法兰和第二快速拆装法兰,在尿素混合腔的前后分别固定气流混合器和气流均匀器,在尿素混合腔中设置尿素混合器,在尿素混合腔的侧壁上设置尿素喷射底座。
进一步地,所述尿素喷射底座与尿素混合器呈90°设置。
本发明结构简单,设计精良,氨混效率高,拆装方便,后期若在特殊条件下产生尿素的结晶,处理方便,适用于国IV及国V排放标准。

下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述筒式SCR后处理混合装置包括尿素混合腔3,尿素混合腔3的前后端分别连接第一快速拆装法兰1和第二快速拆装法兰7,在尿素混合腔3的前后分别固定气流混合器2和气流均匀器6,在尿素混合腔3中设置尿素混合器4,在尿素混合腔3的侧壁上设置尿素喷射底座5,尿素喷射底座5与尿素混合器4呈90°设置。
本发明所述筒式SCR后处理混合装置的工作原理:将本发明所述筒式SCR后处理混合装置采用抱箍将第一快速拆装法兰1和第二快速拆装法兰7连接,必须保证SCR后处理混合装置在SCR催化剂载体前端。本发明结构简单,设计精良,氨混效率高,拆装方便,后期若在特殊条件下产生尿素的结晶,处理方便,适用于国IV及国V排放标准。
Claims (2)
1.一种筒式SCR后处理混合装置,其特征是:包括尿素混合腔(3),尿素混合腔(3)的前后端分别连接第一快速拆装法兰(1)和第二快速拆装法兰(7),在尿素混合腔(3)的前后分别固定气流混合器(2)和气流均匀器(6),在尿素混合腔(3)中设置尿素混合器(4),在尿素混合腔(3)的侧壁上设置尿素喷射底座(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的筒式SCR后处理混合装置,其特征是:所述尿素喷射底座(5)与尿素混合器(4)呈90°设置。
