Abstract
The invention relates to a simple box-shaped component turning-over device and a method, wherein the turning-over device comprises a turning-over beam, a baffle plate and a holding cable; the turning beam consists of two steel strips which are arranged in parallel, and one end of each steel strip is provided with a plurality of bolt holes; the other end of the steel plate strip is welded with a baffle plate, the baffle plate consists of a flat steel plate and two stiffening plates, and the flat steel plate and the stiffening plates are vertically arranged; the two ends of the holding rope are tied by a steel wire rope and are arranged into a circular ring shape. The invention has simple structure, light weight and no need of multi-person operation; meanwhile, the turnover device is convenient to operate, the turnover process is safe and reliable, and the parent metal is not damaged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of processing and manufacturing of building steel structures, and particularly relates to a simple box-shaped component turning-over device and method.
Background
In the field of steel construction for construction today, box-shaped elements are one of the most predominant forms of steel elements. In the process of processing and manufacturing the box-shaped steel component in a factory, the turning of the box-shaped component is often involved due to the manufacturing process, particularly for realizing the most convenient flat welding in a welding mode.
At present, box-shaped components in factories are turned over in three ways: 1. four strip-shaped steel plates are adopted to hoop the box-shaped component, the four strip-shaped steel plates are connected through bolts, the four steel plates are respectively tightly attached to one surface of the box-shaped component, and one ends of the steel plates are hoisted through a crane during turning over to realize turning over of the box-shaped component; in order to realize the purpose of turning over box-shaped components with different specifications, the length of the steel bar is longer, a plurality of bolt holes are formed in the turning-over device, bolt holes with proper intervals can be selected according to the specification of the box-shaped components, the turning-over device is heavy, at least two persons are required to carry the turning-over device during operation, and one person is required to specially screw bolts during installation, so that time and labor are wasted; meanwhile, the box-shaped component with part of side length not being an integer is difficult to be just suitable for the space size of the bolt, a gap may exist between the steel plate and the box-shaped component, and the noise is larger when the body is turned over. 2. Welding a turning-over lifting lug at one side of the box-shaped component, and turning over by lifting the lifting lug through a travelling crane during turning over; this mode of standing up needs additionally to weld the lug, and the lug still need be cut off after box component processing is accomplished simultaneously, polishes the lug welding seam, and the welding of lug is difficult and troublesome in addition and cuts off and also injures the parent metal easily. 3. Adopting a crowbar to turn over by manpower; the turning-over mode is only suitable for lighter box-shaped components, simultaneously needs a plurality of persons to carry out simultaneously, has poor safety in the turning-over process, is easy to turn over suddenly at a turning-over critical point, has large noise and is difficult to control.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the existing box-shaped component turning-over mode and provides a simple box-shaped component turning-over device and a simple box-shaped component turning-over method.
A simple box-shaped component turnover device comprises a turnover beam, a baffle plate and a holding cable; the turning beam consists of two steel strips which are arranged in parallel, and one end of each steel strip is provided with a plurality of bolt holes; the other end of the steel plate strip is welded with a baffle plate, the baffle plate consists of a flat steel plate and two stiffening plates, and the flat steel plate and the stiffening plates are vertically arranged; the two ends of the holding rope are tied by a steel wire rope and are arranged into a circular ring shape.
The simple box-shaped component turnover device is further arranged, two steel strips of the turnover beam are welded into a whole through a plurality of steel blocks, and the steel blocks are uniformly distributed along the steel strips.
The simple box-shaped component turnover device is further provided, bolt holes penetrate through the two steel plate strips, so that bolts can horizontally penetrate through the bolt holes, and the bolt holes are located in the width centers of the steel plate strips.
The simple box-shaped component turnover device is further provided, wherein two stiffening plates of the baffle are arranged in parallel to a steel plate strip of the turnover beam and are respectively welded with the steel plate strip and a flat steel plate.
A simple box-shaped component turnover device is further provided, wherein round shackle holes are formed in the corners of stiffening plates of a baffle, and the shackle holes penetrate through two stiffening plates.
The simple box-shaped component turnover device is further arranged, and the distance between two parallel steel strips of the turnover beam is larger than the diameter of a cable holding steel wire rope.
A simple box-shaped component turning method comprises the following steps:
firstly, arranging a turning beam at the lower part of the middle position of a box-shaped component, wherein a baffle plate end is arranged at one side which is required to be turned and faces downwards;
one end of the holding cable is connected with the baffle through the U-shaped shackle, the holding cable is surrounded by the box-shaped component from the upper part, and the holding cable is limited at the bolt hole of the turning beam through a bolt;
thirdly, connecting the annular joint at the other end of the holding cable with a crane hook, and simultaneously padding rubber pads at two corners where the holding cable is contacted with the box-shaped component;
fourthly, slowly pulling up the holding cable by the travelling crane until the box-shaped component rotates, and slowly releasing the hook until the box-shaped component rotates onto the supporting beam after the gravity center position of the box-shaped component and the rotating edge are on the same vertical plane;
and fifthly, loosening the bolts and the shackles to complete the turnover of the box-shaped component.
The invention has the following technical advantages: (1) the turning-over device is simple and portable in structure, requires less labor during turning-over operation, and can be repeatedly used; (2) the turning method is convenient to operate and high in efficiency; (3) the turning-over process of the invention is safe and reliable and has no noise. (4) The turning method of the invention does not need welding and has no damage to the box-shaped component.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1-7, the invention discloses a simple box-shaped component turnover device which comprises a turnover beam 1, a baffle 2 and a holding rope 3.
The turnover beam 1 consists of two steel strips 11 which are arranged in parallel, the two steel strips 11 are welded and connected into a whole through a plurality of steel blocks 13, so that the two parallel steel strips 11 form a whole to bear force together, and the steel blocks 13 are uniformly distributed along the steel strips 11; a plurality of bolt holes 12 are formed in the middle of the width of one end of each steel plate strip 11, so that the turnover device is suitable for box-shaped components with different sections, and the bolt holes 12 penetrate through the two steel plate strips 11, so that bolts 35 can horizontally penetrate through the bolt holes; the baffle plate 2 is welded on the other end of the steel plate strip 11.
The baffle 2 consists of a flat steel plate 21 and two stiffening plates 22, and the flat steel plate 21 and the stiffening plates 22 are vertically arranged; the two stiffening plates 22 are arranged parallel to the steel plate strips 11 of the turnover beam 1 and are respectively welded with the steel plate strips 11 and the flat steel plates 21, meanwhile, round shackle holes 23 are formed in the corners of the stiffening plates 22, and the shackle holes 23 penetrate through the two stiffening plates 22, so that the U-shaped shackles 34 can horizontally penetrate through the steel plate strips.
Two ends of the holding rope 3 are tied by steel wire ropes 33 to form circular ring heads 31 and 32, so that the holding rope can be conveniently connected with the baffle 2 and the crane hook 5.
A method for turning over a box-shaped component by using the simple turning-over device comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a turning beam 1 at the lower part of the middle position of a box-shaped component, wherein the end of a baffle plate 1 is arranged at one side which is required to be turned downwards; the turning beam 1 and the baffle 2 are tightly attached to the box-shaped component.
One end of the holding rope 3 is connected with the baffle 2 through a U-shaped shackle 34; one end of the U-shaped shackle 34 is connected with the annular joint 31 at the end of the embracing cable 3, and the other end is connected with the shackle hole 23 on the stiffening plate 22 of the baffle 2.
Thirdly, encircling the embracing cable 3 to the box-shaped component from the upper part, and penetrating the nearby embracing cable 3 between the two steel plate strips 11 of the turnover beam 1 at the bolt hole 12 of the turnover beam to form a U shape, wherein the bolt hole 12 of the turnover beam 1 is arranged between the U-shaped embracing cables 3.
And fourthly, penetrating the bolt holes 12 between the U-shaped holding cables 3 by bolts 35 and then screwing the bolts to limit the holding cables 3 to the other end of the turnover beam 1.
And fifthly, connecting the annular head 32 at the other end of the holding rope 3 with the traveling crane hook 5, and simultaneously, cushioning rubber pads 4 at two corners where the holding rope 3 is contacted with the box-shaped component to ensure the soft contact of the holding rope 3 and the box-shaped component.
And sixthly, slowly pulling up the holding rope 3 by the travelling crane until the box-shaped component rotates, and slowly releasing the hook until the box-shaped component rotates onto the supporting beam 6 after the gravity center position of the box-shaped component and the rotating edge are on the same vertical plane.
And seventhly, loosening the bolts 35 and the shackles 34 to complete the turnover of the box-shaped component.
Claims (6)
1. A simple box-shaped component turning-over method is characterized in that: the turnover device comprises a turnover beam, a baffle plate and a holding cable; the turning beam consists of two steel strips which are arranged in parallel, and one end of each steel strip is provided with a plurality of bolt holes; the other end of the steel plate strip is welded with a baffle plate, the baffle plate consists of a flat steel plate and two stiffening plates, and the flat steel plate and the stiffening plates are vertically arranged; two ends of the holding rope are tied through steel wire ropes and are arranged into a circular ring shape;
the turning-over method comprises the following steps:
firstly, arranging a turning beam at the lower part of the middle position of a box-shaped component, wherein a baffle plate end is arranged at one side which is required to be turned and faces downwards;
one end of the holding cable is connected with the baffle through the U-shaped shackle, the holding cable is surrounded by the box-shaped component from the upper part, and the holding cable is limited at the bolt hole of the turning beam through a bolt;
thirdly, connecting the annular joint at the other end of the holding cable with a crane hook, and simultaneously padding rubber pads at two corners where the holding cable is contacted with the box-shaped component;
fourthly, slowly pulling up the holding rope by the travelling crane until the box-shaped component rotates, and slowly unhooking the holding rope until the box-shaped component rotates onto the supporting beam after the gravity center position of the box-shaped component and the rotating edge are on the same vertical plane;
and fifthly, loosening the bolts and the shackles to complete the turnover of the box-shaped component.
2. The simple box-shaped member turning-over method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: two steel strips of the turning beam are welded into a whole through a plurality of steel blocks, and the steel blocks are uniformly distributed along the steel strips.
3. The simple box-shaped member turning-over method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bolt holes penetrate through the two steel plate strips, so that the bolts can horizontally penetrate through the bolt holes, and the bolt holes are located in the width center of the steel plate strips.
4. The simple box-shaped member turning-over method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the two stiffening plates of the baffle are arranged in parallel to the steel plate strip of the turnover beam and are respectively welded with the steel plate strip and the flat steel plate.
5. The simple box-shaped member turning-over method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: round shackle holes are formed in the corners of the stiffening plates of the baffle, and the shackle holes penetrate through the two stiffening plates.
6. The simple box-shaped member turning-over method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the distance between the two parallel steel plates of the turning-over beam is larger than the diameter of the cable holding steel wire rope.
