Abstract

本发明提供了用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其能对底部有端盖顶部开口的工件进行整列,使它们有端盖的面朝着同一方向。其技术方案是这样的:用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其包括滑槽,所述滑槽的宽度与工件的宽度相等,所述滑槽一端的两侧安装有落料槽以及活塞杆,所述活塞杆与气缸连接,所述滑槽侧壁与所述落料槽以及所述活塞杆相对应的位置上开有缺口,位于所述落料槽一侧的缺口长度等于工件的长度;所述滑槽同一端端口设有限位杆,所述限位杆的长度小于工件的长度,其宽度小于所述滑槽宽度,所述限位杆与摆动块连接,所述摆动块的宽度大于所述滑槽宽度,所述摆动块与旋转轴连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及整列装置技术领域,具体为用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置。
背景技术
如图1所示的一种底部有端盖上部开口的槽型工件,为了方便使用,需要对这种零件进行整列,使这些零件有端盖的那个面的方向保持一致。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其能对底部有端盖顶部开口的工件进行整列,使它们有端盖的面朝着同一方向。
其技术方案是这样的:用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其包括滑槽,其特征在于:所述滑槽的宽度与工件的宽度相等,所述滑槽一端的两侧安装有落料槽以及活塞杆,所述活塞杆与气缸连接,所述滑槽侧壁与所述落料槽以及所述活塞杆相对应的位置上开有缺口,位于所述落料槽一侧的缺口长度等于工件的长度;所述滑槽同一端端口设有限位杆,所述限位杆的长度小于工件的长度,其宽度小于所述滑槽宽度,所述限位杆与摆动块连接,所述摆动块的宽度大于所述滑槽宽度,所述摆动块与旋转轴连接。
其进一步特征在于:
所述旋转轴上安装有复位弹簧。
采用了这样的结构后,当工件通过滑槽传送至滑槽端口处,如果此时与限位杆接触的是有端盖的那个面,就会被限位杆挡住,活塞杆推动工件有端盖的那一端使其端盖面朝下落入落料槽;如果此时与限位杆接触的是没有端盖的那个面,那工件继续移动直到被摆动块挡住,活塞杆推动工件有端盖的一端,并且带动摆动块转动,使工件端盖面朝下落入落料槽,此时旋转轴通过复位弹簧使摆动块以及限位杆复位,从而完成整列,效果好。

具体实施方式
如图2所示的用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其包括滑槽1,滑槽1的宽度与工件的宽度相等,滑槽1一端的两侧安装有落料槽2以及活塞杆3,活塞杆3与气缸连接,滑槽1侧壁与落料槽2以及活塞杆3相对应的位置上开有缺口,位于落料槽2一侧的缺口长度等于工件的长度;滑槽1同一端端口设有限位杆4,限位杆4的长度小于工件的长度,其宽度小于滑槽1宽度,限位杆4与摆动块5连接,摆动块5的宽度大于滑槽1宽度,摆动块5与旋转轴6连接,旋转轴6上安装有复位弹簧。

1.用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其包括滑槽,其特征在于:所述滑槽的宽度与工件的宽度相等,所述滑槽一端的两侧安装有落料槽以及活塞杆,所述活塞杆与气缸连接,所述滑槽侧壁与所述落料槽以及所述活塞杆相对应的位置上开有缺口,位于所述落料槽一侧的缺口长度等于工件的长度;所述滑槽同一端端口设有限位杆,所述限位杆的长度小于工件的长度,其宽度小于所述滑槽宽度,所述限位杆与摆动块连接,所述摆动块的宽度大于所述滑槽宽度,所述摆动块与旋转轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于底部有端盖的工件的整列装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴上安装有复位弹簧。
