Abstract

本发明提供一种旋转平台装置,包括旋转平台和箱体,该旋转平台通过穿过该箱体的顶部的转轴转动连接于该箱体,还包括汽缸、推块、摆杆,该转轴包括位于箱体内部且远离该转轴的旋转轴线的柱体,该推块固定在该汽缸的活塞杆的末端,该推块包括一推动柱,该摆杆转动连接于该箱体,该摆杆包括第一滑槽和第二滑槽,该第二滑槽位于该摆杆的末端,该柱体收容与该第一滑槽,该推动柱收容与该第二滑槽,该推块跟随该活塞杆作直线运动时,该推动柱在该第二滑槽中滑动且推动该摆杆转动,该摆杆进而推动该第一滑槽中的柱体,使得该转轴转动。本发明的旋转平台装置能够带动待组装件转动预定的角度,在组装某些电子装置时能够提高组装效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带动待组装件旋转的旋转平台装置。
背景技术
在手动组装一些电子装置(如手机)时,有时在完成一个工序后,需要将待组装件转动一定的角度后再进行另一个工序。如果提供一个旋转平台带动待组装件转动,则能提高组装效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种旋转平台装置。
一种旋转平台装置,包括旋转平台和箱体,该旋转平台通过穿过该箱体的顶部的转轴转动连接于该箱体,还包括汽缸、推块、摆杆,该转轴包括位于箱体内部且远离该转轴的旋转轴线的柱体,该推块固定在该汽缸的活塞杆的末端,该推块包括一推动柱,该摆杆转动连接于该箱体,该摆杆包括第一滑槽和第二滑槽,该第二滑槽位于该摆杆的末端,该柱体收容与该第一滑槽,该推动柱收容与该第二滑槽,该推块跟随该活塞杆作直线运动时,该推动柱在该第二滑槽中滑动且推动该摆杆转动,该摆杆进而推动该第一滑槽中的柱体,使得该转轴转动。
本发明的旋转平台装置能够带动待组装件转动预定的角度,在组装某些电子装置时能够提高组装效率。

具体实施方式
图1-2示出一种旋转平台装置100,其包括旋转平台10和箱体20,该旋转平台10通过穿过该箱体20的顶部的转轴11转动连接于该箱体20。该箱体20包括汽缸30、推块40和摆杆50。
同时参考图3-4,该转轴11包括位于箱体20内部且远离该转轴11的旋转轴线的柱体12。该推块40固定在该汽缸30的活塞杆31的末端,该推块40包括一推动柱41。该摆杆50转动连接于该箱体20,其包括第一滑槽51和第二滑槽52,第一滑槽51位于大致中间的位置,该第二滑槽52位于该摆杆50的末端。该柱体12收容与该第一滑槽51,该推动柱41收容与该第二滑槽52。该推块40跟随该活塞杆31作直线运动时,该推动柱41在该第二滑槽52中滑动且推动该摆杆50转动,该摆杆50进而推动该第一滑槽51中的柱体12,从而驱动该转轴11转动。该旋转平台10因此能够带动放置于其上的待检测件或者待加工件转动。该旋转平台10的转动角度由活塞杆31的行程决定。
在本实施方式中,该转轴11的末端固定有一圆盘13,该柱体12自该圆盘13的下表面突出。
在本实施方式中,该箱体20的一侧壁21上固定有一固定块22,该摆杆50的一端转动连接于该固定块22。
在本实施方式中,该推块40包括本体42和自本体42伸出的两个突出臂43,该推动柱41固定在该两个突出臂43之间。

Claims (4)

1.一种旋转平台装置,包括旋转平台和箱体,该旋转平台通过穿过该箱体的顶部的转轴转动连接于该箱体,其特征在于,还包括汽缸、推块、摆杆,该转轴包括位于箱体内部且远离该转轴的旋转轴线的柱体,该推块固定在该汽缸的活塞杆的末端,该推块包括一推动柱,该摆杆转动连接于该箱体,该摆杆包括第一滑槽和第二滑槽,该第二滑槽位于该摆杆的末端,该柱体收容与该第一滑槽,该推动柱收容与该第二滑槽,该推块跟随该活塞杆作直线运动时,该推动柱在该第二滑槽中滑动且推动该摆杆转动,该摆杆进而推动该第一滑槽中的柱体,使得该转轴转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转平台装置,其特征在于,该转轴的末端固定有一圆盘,该柱体自该圆盘的下表面突出。
3.如权利要求1所述的旋转平台装置,其特征在于,该箱体的一侧壁上固定有一固定块,该摆杆的一端转动连接于该固定块。
4.如权利要求1所述的旋转平台装置,其特征在于,该推块包括本体和自本体伸出的两个突出臂,该推动柱固定在该两个突出臂之间。
