Background
In the casting process, in order to ensure that the casting material has good mechanical properties, an inoculant needs to be added in the molten iron pouring process, the traditional inoculation mode is in-ladle inoculation, in order to improve the nodulizing rate, part of factories adopt a mode of manually adding the inoculant into a cavity or adopt a wire feeding method for instantaneous inoculation, the nodulizing rate can be improved, but the former needs special operation, the efficiency is low, the risk coefficient is high, and scalding accidents are easy to happen; the investment cost of the latter is too high, an automatic casting machine and a wire feeding machine are needed, and the latter is difficult to be generally applied. Chinese patent 201220485813.0, whose application date is 2012, 9 and 23, discloses a stream inoculation hopper, which consists of an inoculation hopper and a switch board; a connecting shaft is arranged on the inoculation hopper; the switch board is connected with the inoculation hopper through a connecting shaft, the inoculation hopper is not provided with a longer handle switch, can not be closed at any time and is easy to generate danger, and the inoculation hopper is not covered by a cover plate, so that dust and impurities are easy to deposit in the hopper, and the mechanical property of the casting material is influenced; chinese patent 201010211177.8, whose application date is 2010, 6.25.discloses a stream inoculation funnel for casting, which comprises a cylinder body, a feed inlet arranged at one end of the cylinder body, a discharge spout arranged at the other end of the cylinder body and used for controlling the flow of an inoculant, a middle shaft arranged at the center of the cylinder body, a handle welded at one end of the middle shaft, a balancing weight arranged on the handle, wherein the installation position of the funnel is not described in the patent, and a switch setting device is not written in the discharge spout, so that the funnel can not be closed quickly. Therefore, the stream inoculation kettle with low production cost, small danger coefficient and high efficiency is designed, and has good social benefit and application prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the stream inoculation device for adding the inoculant in the molten iron pouring process, which has low production cost, small danger coefficient and high efficiency.
A stream inoculation device for adding an inoculant in a molten iron pouring process comprises a rotating wheel, a pouring ladle, an inoculation kettle, a discharging device and a supporting device, wherein the rotating wheel is connected with the pouring ladle, and the rotating wheel is rotated to incline the pouring ladle and start pouring; the supporting device is fixedly connected to one side of the casting ladle, the supporting device is connected with the inoculation kettle, and the lower part of the inoculation kettle is connected with the discharging device;
the supporting device comprises a supporting welding plate, a horizontal fixing plate, an installation channel, an installation hole, a horizontal connecting rod and a vertical connecting rod, wherein the supporting welding plate and the horizontal fixing plate are fixedly connected to one side of the casting ladle; one end of the horizontal connecting rod is fixedly connected with the inoculation kettle, the other end of the horizontal connecting rod is fixedly connected with one end of the vertical connecting rod, and the other end of the vertical connecting rod can be inserted into the installation channel through the installation hole;
the inoculation kettle comprises a kettle body, a kettle cover and a kettle handle, wherein the kettle body is hollow, and the upper part and the lower part of the kettle body are provided with openings; two kettle handles are arranged outside the kettle body, and a kettle cover is arranged at the upper part of the kettle body;

the operation steps are as follows: firstly, turning a handle to a closed state, pushing a cuboid plugging block by a guide rod to enable a discharge hole to be in a closed state, opening a kettle cover, pouring an inoculant into an inoculation kettle, rotating a rotating wheel when pouring molten iron into a mold, enabling a pouring ladle to be inclined, simultaneously turning the handle to an open state to enable the handle to be in an open state of a discharge channel, enabling the inoculant in the kettle to enter the mold along with the molten iron, rotating the rotating wheel when the mold is filled with the molten iron, enabling the pouring ladle to return, simultaneously turning the handle to enable the handle to return to the closed state, and stopping the inoculant in the kettle from flowing into the pouring ladle.
