Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:纺纱、坯巾织造、抗菌药液制备、抗菌浸泡液制备、改性处理、柔顺、干燥,其中改性处理为:将步骤b织好的坯巾浸入水洗机中,浴比为1:20‑27,用95‑100℃的水清洗25‑36分钟,待温度降低至5‑10℃,再次水清洗4‑8分钟,然后在水中加入抗菌浸泡液,调整水溶液温度为65‑75℃,采用水洗机浸泡40‑50分钟;干燥步骤为:将绷带取出采用冷冻干燥技术使绷带表面形成凝胶层即可。本发明的目的在于提供一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,制备的绷带不仅具有传统杀菌抑菌、洁净功能外,还具有改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢,消除疲劳,醒神健脑的效果,且制得的绷带手感滑爽,柔顺舒爽,吸湿透气,更具舒适感。

一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种绷带,具体涉及一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法。
背景技术
严重创伤是导致劳动力丧失的主要因素之一。因此,必须使用专门的创伤绷带材料来处理创口。尽管此类绷带需求很迫切,但其现状依然非常落后,究其原因,是创口愈合过程本身的复杂性。医用绷带的理想特性包括优良的组织相容性、使用方便、减少感染的风险、加速组织愈合。它能够为创口创建一个干净、湿润的环境,并提供物理支持、创面保护,同时预防细菌感染、促进创口愈合。
医用绷带首要解决的问题是高感染风险。绷带为创口提供的湿润环境同样也适合病菌的生长和繁殖。通常,人们会让棚带包裹银离子用于杀死细菌,但是,银粒子的使用量过大会限制或降低疗效并对细胞产生不利影响。因此,可以选择在医用绷带材料上添加抗菌剂,以可控的方式释放达到杀菌的目的,同时细胞相容性更好。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,制备的绷带不仅具有传统杀菌抑菌、洁净功能外,还具有改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢,消除疲劳,醒神健脑的效果,且制得的绷带手感滑爽,柔顺舒爽,吸湿透气,更具舒适感。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
a、纺纱,将医用脱脂棉纤维与海藻酸铜纤维混合,进行开松、混合、并条后进行纺纱;
b、坯巾织造,将步骤a得到的原料纱进行织造得到绷带坯巾;
c、抗菌药液制备:将穿心莲与鱼腥草和四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2.5小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液,将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
d、抗菌浸泡液制备:从黄连中醇提法提取黄连素,烘干,制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉,将甲壳素、海藻酸钠分别制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉;将两种超细微粉,步骤c的抗菌药液以及超纯水按照1:1:3:10的比例均匀混合得到抗菌浸泡液;
e、改性处理,将步骤b织好的坯巾浸入水洗机中,浴比为1:20-27,用95-100℃的水清洗25-36 分钟,待温度降低至5-10℃,再次水清洗4-8 分钟,然后在水中加入抗菌浸泡液,调整水溶液温度为65-75℃,采用水洗机浸泡40-50 分钟;
f、柔顺,将步骤e坯巾用温度为90-100℃清水煮30-40 分钟,再加入亲水柔软剂、纤维酶、聚丙烯酰胺和硫酸镁,在上述温度下继续煮10-20 分钟;
g、干燥,将绷带取出采用冷冻干燥技术使绷带表面形成凝胶层即可。
作为优选,在所述步骤c中,穿心莲与鱼腥草的比例为1:1~1:3。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,通过煮沸方式提取出中药中的天然抗菌物质,并过滤、浓缩后得到抗菌药液,再通过黄连素和海藻酸钠间相互作用形成三维网状交联结构,将抗菌提取液容纳其中,一方面提高纱布抗菌能力,减少、降低创面感染几率,另一方面可以实现抗菌药剂的缓效释放,防止药物突释,延长抗菌时效、减少纱布更换次数并减少更换纱布给患者带来的痛苦。
冷冻干燥技术保持了绷带表面凝胶层的多孔状结构,具有高吸水性,能够快速吸收伤口渗出液保持伤口的相对干燥,创造有利于伤口愈合的局部环境。
改性处理后的绷带进行柔顺处理,制得的绷带手感滑爽,柔顺舒爽,吸湿透气,更具舒适感。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明具体实施例进行详细阐述:
本发明所揭示的一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
a、纺纱,将医用脱脂棉纤维与海藻酸铜纤维混合,进行开松、混合、并条后进行纺纱;
b、坯巾织造,将步骤a得到的原料纱进行织造得到绷带坯巾;
c、抗菌药液制备:将穿心莲与鱼腥草和四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2.5小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液,将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
d、抗菌浸泡液制备:从黄连中醇提法提取黄连素,烘干,制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉,将甲壳素、海藻酸钠分别制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉;将两种超细微粉,步骤c的抗菌药液以及超纯水按照1:1:3:10的比例均匀混合得到抗菌浸泡液;

Claims (2)

1.一种医用抗菌绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
a、纺纱,将医用脱脂棉纤维与海藻酸铜纤维混合,进行开松、混合、并条后进行纺纱;
b、坯巾织造,将步骤a得到的原料纱进行织造得到绷带坯巾;
c、抗菌药液制备:将穿心莲与鱼腥草和四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2.5小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液,将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
d、抗菌浸泡液制备:从黄连中醇提法提取黄连素,烘干,制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉,将甲壳素、海藻酸钠分别制备成粉体粒子小于5μm的超细微粉;将两种超细微粉,步骤c的抗菌药液以及超纯水按照1:1:3:10的比例均匀混合得到抗菌浸泡液;
