本发明涉及医用材料加工领域,具体地讲是一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法。
背景技术
临床中常用纱布存在抗菌能力极差、易感染、吸湿性差、容易闷湿等问题,并且存在新生肉芽组织容易长入纱布的网眼的问题,对于伤口创面小或不严重的普通患者足够适用,但对于烧伤患者,由于其创面较大且溃烂严重额特殊性,普通医用纱布难以起到隔离和保护伤口作用,还会严重影响烧伤伤口的愈合,严重时会对创面造成二次损伤,给病人带来较大的痛苦。
此外,在不少论文及文献中提及的烧伤专用纱布,其中大部分加工步骤多、成本高、制备难度大,难以推广实现;而部分步骤简单的,其对于烧伤创面实际上作用并不明显且见效慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其步骤简单易于工业化,其所制成的抗菌纱布具有较好的抗菌能力和吸湿性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
抗菌药液制备:准备好大青叶与鱼腥草与四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液待用;
抗菌提取液制备:将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
纱布活化处理:使用4~6 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5~10 mi,充分活化后再浸渍在含5%溴代异丁酰溴的甲苯溶液内,使其具有引发ATRP聚合活性;
混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、超纯水按照一定比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;
纱布改性处理:在医用纱布表面引发聚丙烯酸聚合,完成对医用纱布的表面改性。
最后,将改性后的纱布放入混合浸泡液中充分浸润,待纱布完全浸润后,将纱布取出采用冷冻干燥技术使纱布表面形成凝胶层即可。
本发明通过聚丙烯酸改性有效增加了凝胶层和纱布间的结合力。
本发明进一步设置为:混合浸泡液内各组分重量比为中药提取液:海藻酸钠:柠檬酸钠:超纯水=(30~50):(2~3.5):(2.5~4):(200~280)。

本发明与背景技术相比具有的有益的效果是:本发明方法通过煮沸方式提取出中药中的天然抗菌物质,并过滤、浓缩后得到抗菌药液,再通过柠檬酸和海藻酸钠间氢键相互作用形成三维网状交联结构,将抗菌提取液容纳其中,一方面提高纱布抗菌能力,减少、降低创面感染几率。另一方面可以实现抗菌药剂的缓效释放,防止药物突释,延长抗菌时效、减少纱布更换次数并减少更换纱布给患者带来的痛苦。
同时,海藻酸钠和柠檬酸通过氢键构成的凝胶层通过冷冻干燥保持了丰富的多孔状结构,具有高吸水性,能够快速吸收伤口渗出液保持伤口的相对干燥,创造有利于伤口愈合的局部环境。本发明的防粘连吸湿医用抗菌纱布,制备方法简单易于工业化。
本发明纱布表面的凝胶层能够快速吸收伤口处的渗出液、防粘连。且凝胶层内逐渐溶出抗菌提取液,能够防止伤口处的细菌感染。

抗菌药液制备:准备好大青叶与鱼腥草与四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液待用;
抗菌提取液制备:将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
纱布活化处理:使用4~6 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5~10 mi,充分活化后再浸渍在含5%溴代异丁酰溴的甲苯溶液内,使其具有引发ATRP聚合活性;
混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、超纯水按照30:2:2.5:200的比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;
纱布改性处理:在医用纱布表面引发聚丙烯酸聚合,完成对医用纱布的表面改性。

混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、超纯水按照40:3:3:240的比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;
纱布改性处理:在医用纱布表面引发聚丙烯酸聚合,完成对医用纱布的表面改性。
最后,将改性后的纱布放入混合浸泡液中充分浸润,混合浸泡液与纱布重量比为100:400,待纱布完全浸润后,将纱布取出采用冷冻干燥技术使纱布表面形成凝胶层即可。
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于混合浸泡液的比例、混合浸泡液与纱布的重量比。
实施例5
本实施例一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
抗菌药液制备:准备好大青叶与鱼腥草与四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液待用;
抗菌提取液制备:将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
纱布活化处理:使用4~6 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5~10 mi,充分活化后再浸渍在含5%溴代异丁酰溴的甲苯溶液内,使其具有引发ATRP聚合活性;
混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、丙三醇、超纯水按照45:3.5: 3.5:6: 260的比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;
纱布改性处理:在医用纱布表面引发聚丙烯酸聚合,完成对医用纱布的表面改性。
最后,将改性后的纱布放入混合浸泡液中充分浸润,混合浸泡液与纱布重量比为100: 600,待纱布完全浸润后,将纱布取出采用冷冻干燥技术使纱布表面形成凝胶层即可。
本实施例与实施例2的区别之处在于混合浸泡液的组分及比例、混合浸泡液与纱布的重量比。
实施例6
本实施例一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
抗菌药液制备:准备好大青叶与鱼腥草与四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液待用,大青叶与鱼腥草比例为1:1~1:3;
抗菌提取液制备:将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
纱布活化处理:使用4~6 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5~10 mi,充分活化后再浸渍在含5%溴代异丁酰溴的甲苯溶液内,使其具有引发ATRP聚合活性;
混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、超纯水按照45:3.5: 3.5: 6: 260的比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;

最后,将改性后的纱布放入混合浸泡液中充分浸润,混合浸泡液与纱布重量比为100:500,待纱布完全浸润后,将纱布取出采用冷冻干燥技术使纱布表面形成凝胶层即可。
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于混合浸泡液的比例、混合浸泡液与纱布的重量比。
基于上述,本发明通过煮沸方式提取出中药中的天然抗菌物质,过滤、浓缩后得到抗菌药液,然后将抗菌药液、柠檬酸、丙三醇和海藻酸钠溶液混合后,再将经聚丙烯酸表面改性的普通医用纱布浸入混合液中。充分浸润后,将浸润有混合液的纱布取出,并置冷冻干燥得到一种治疗烧伤用新型防粘连高吸湿医用抗菌纱布,其制备方法简单易于工业化。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
抗菌药液制备:准备好大青叶与鱼腥草与四倍于中药材重量的水一同煎煮2小时,再将煎煮后的药液过滤得到无渣药液待用;
抗菌提取液制备:将药液置于低温减压环境下浓缩至原体积的1/4~1/5;
纱布活化处理:使用4~6 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5~10 mi,充分活化后再浸渍在含5%溴代异丁酰溴的甲苯溶液内,使其具有引发ATRP聚合活性;
混合浸泡液制备:将抗菌提取液、海藻酸钠、柠檬酸、超纯水按照一定比例混合均匀制成混合浸泡液;
纱布改性处理:在医用纱布表面引发聚丙烯酸聚合,完成对医用纱布的表面改性;
最后,将改性后的纱布放入混合浸泡液中充分浸润,待纱布完全浸润后,将纱布取出采用冷冻干燥技术使纱布表面形成凝胶层即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:混合浸泡液内各组分重量比为中药提取液:海藻酸钠:柠檬酸钠:超纯水=(30~50):(2~3.5):(2.5~4):(200~280)
根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:大青叶与鱼腥草比例为1:1~1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合浸泡液与纱布重量比为100:(400~600);
根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧伤的防粘连医用抗菌纱布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合浸泡液内还具有丙三醇,所述各组分重量比为海藻酸钠:柠檬酸钠:丙三醇:超纯水=(30~50):(2~3.5):(2.5~4):(5~9):(200~280) 。
