本发明公开了一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，所述的精华液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油 1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt，咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt，香精 0.1%wt。本发明的精华液将原料组分按照一定的质量分数进行有机组合，制备的精华液不仅保湿效果好，冷热稳定性较优，同时还具有抗衰老的功能，并且改善皮肤弹性。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域，具体的说是一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是起到隔离、保护作用，由于工作劳累，睡眠不足形成的皮肤晦暗无光、发黄、皮肤弹性差等皮肤衰老的不良症状；由于年龄、太阳辐射因素引起的皮肤松弛、下垂、皱纹、干燥等皮肤衰老现象；由于体内异常黑色素分泌旺盛，大量沉积皮肤表面，肌肤不能及时代谢出异常黑色素，形成各种色斑，如色斑，黄褐斑、雀斑、早期老年斑等；由于长期户外活动及皮肤保养不当使肤质受到损伤，过早出现细纹，皮肤干燥、脱皮、红肿、毛孔粗大等不良症状。由于内分泌功能紊乱，皮肤肤质差、皮肤发油、发暗，易长青春痘留下的色印、色素沉着等；由于生活无规律，吸烟等因素，造成的黑眼圈，眼袋等问题；长期电脑旁工作，电脑辐射造成脱发，内分泌紊乱问题。由于选用劣质化妆品或者激素等产品造成的皮肤容易过敏、黑头密集、皮肤大面积死亡；普通型美容胶原蛋白，主要用于填充比较细小的皱纹和较小的软组织缺损。
为了满足用户的需求，现有市场上研发出保湿精华液在防止皮肤变黑方面取得较好的效果，但在抗衰老、保湿效果等方面未能使用户满意。所以保湿精华液还应该添加抗衰老剂以及补充一些营养餐成分，才能使保湿精华液具有抗衰老效果，改善皮肤弹性和增强保湿效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种含仿生胶原蛋白具有抗衰老、改善皮肤弹性和显著保湿效果的精华液，为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，所述的精华液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分: 去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt，咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt，香精 0.1%wt。
一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，所述精华液组合物含有去离子水88.75%wt，仿生磷脂4.0%wt，甘油2.0%wt，丙二醇2.0%wt，甜菜碱1.5%wt，胶原提取物 0.7%wt，透明质酸钠 0.4%wt，水解胶原0.4%wt，咪唑烷基脲0.15%wt，香精 0.1%wt。
一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，所述去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt倒入反应釜中加热至温度为80℃~85℃，搅拌保温10分钟，然后缓慢冷却至温度为30℃加入咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt、香精 0.1%wt，搅拌均匀后出料。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述仿生磷脂、胶原提取物、透明质酸钠、水解胶原为肌肤提供丰富营养、多种抗氧化活性成分，显著减少肌肤皱纹的数量、降低皱纹深度、提高皮肤弹性，同时具有美白保湿效果。
优选地，所述甘油、丙二醇、甜菜碱能吸收紫外线，保护皮肤免受伤害。
优选地，所述丙二醇能给精华液提供高效保湿效果同时又无粘腻手感。
另外，本发明还提供一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
1)将去离子水、仿生磷脂、甘油、丙二醇、甜菜碱、胶原提取物、透明质酸钠、水解胶原倒入反应釜中加热至温度为80℃~85℃，搅拌保温10分钟。
2)然后缓慢冷却至温度为30℃加入咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt、香精 0.1%wt，搅拌均匀后出料,即得保湿精华液。
本发明的保湿精华液肤感柔润、易吸收、铺展性好、抗衰老和防晒效果好、冷热稳定性优异。
作为上述技术方案进一步地改进，保湿精华液的pH值为6.5，该pH值更符合人体皮肤，且易吸收精华液中的营养成分。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明提供一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，本发明的保湿精华液将去离子水、仿生磷脂、甘油、丙二醇、甜菜碱、胶原提取物、透明质酸钠、水解胶原、咪唑烷基脲、香精按照一定的质量分数进行有机组合，制备出的保湿精华液不仅保湿效果好，冷热稳定性较优；同时，保湿精华液具有多种营养成分和抗氧化的活性成分，使保湿精华液具有抗衰老的功能，并且改善皮肤弹性以及保湿效果。另外，本发明精华液的制备方法严格控制温度以及添加各种组分的顺序，使精华液的产品稳定性和一致性较好。
具体实施方式
一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液其制备工艺：
1)将去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt倒入反应釜中加热至温度为80℃~85℃，搅拌保温10分钟。
2)然后缓慢冷却至温度为30℃后加入咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt、香精 0.1%wt，搅拌均匀后出料,即得保湿精华液。
实施例1
皮肤弹性和保湿效果的测试:
实验对象：选取150女性名志愿者，随机分成5组，每组30名志愿者：一组为对比组(涂抹市场买来的保湿精华液A)，四组为实验组(分别涂抹实施例1～4的保湿精华液)。
实验方法：志愿者出门前脸部清洗过后，涂抹保湿精华液，连续进行1周。实验结束后，请受试者作出保湿精华液对皮肤弹性和保湿效果的评价，实验结果见表1。
评价标准：A、保湿精华液显著改善皮肤弹性和保湿效果；B、保湿精华液有改善皮肤弹性和保湿效果，但效果有限；C、保湿精华液基本不改善皮肤弹性和保湿效果；

从表1中，可以看出市场买来的保湿精华液A以及本发明实施例1～4的保湿精华液能改善皮肤弹性和保湿效果；同时，本发明实施例1～4的保湿精华液具有更强的改善效果。

1.一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述保湿精华液含有去离子水、仿生磷脂、甘油、丙二醇、甜菜碱、胶原提取物、透明质酸钠、水解胶原、咪唑烷基脲、香精的组合物，所述的精华液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分: 去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt，咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt，香精 0.1%wt。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述精华液组合物含有去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt，咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt，香精 0.1%wt。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿生胶原蛋白保湿精华液及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述去离子水84.7%wt~93.9%wt，仿生磷脂2.0%wt~5.0%wt，甘油1.0%wt~3.0%wt，丙二醇1.0%wt~3.0%wt，甜菜碱1.0%wt~2.0%wt，胶原提取物 0.5%wt~1.0%wt，透明质酸钠 0.2%wt~0.5%wt，水解胶原0.2%wt~0.5%wt倒入反应釜中加热至温度为80℃~85℃，搅拌保温10分钟，然后缓慢冷却至温度为30℃加入咪唑烷基脲0.1%wt~0.2%wt、香精 0.1%wt，搅拌均匀后出料。
