Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装设计领域,尤其涉及一种高韧性运动衣。
背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是指防寒保暖,护身的介质。在现代社会衣服成为人体的装饰物品,更多是象征着一个人的生活水准、消费层次和社会地位身份的参考品,但同时也起到了原始不变的基本功能,只是质地上的区别而已。
衣服按照不同材质面料及造型特点主要有柔软型面料、挺爽型面料、光泽型面料、厚重型面料和透明型面料;其中柔软型面料一般较为轻薄、悬垂感好,造型线条光滑,服装轮廓自然舒展。柔软型面料主要包括织物结构疏散的针织面料和丝绸面料以及软薄的麻纱面料等。柔软的针织面料在服装设计中常采用直线型简练造型体现人体优美曲线;丝绸、麻纱等面料则多见松散型和有褶裥效果的造型,表现面料线条的流动感;挺爽型面料线条清晰有体量感,能形成丰满的服装轮廓。常见有棉布、涤棉布、灯芯绒、亚麻布和各种中厚型的毛料和化纤织物等,该类面料可用于突出服装造型精确性的设计中,例如西服、套装的设计;光泽型面料表面光滑并能反射出亮光,有熠熠生辉之感,这类面料包括缎纹结构的织物,该类型面料在礼服的表演中造型自由度很广,可有简洁的设计或较为夸张的造型方式;厚重型面料厚实挺刮,能产生稳定的造型效果,包括各类厚型呢绒和绗缝织物;透明型面料透明型面料质地轻薄而通透,具有优雅而神秘的艺术效果。包括棉、丝、化纤织物等,例如乔其纱、缎条绢、化纤的蕾丝等。
但是现有很多衣服的织物透湿性能差,做成的衣服穿着不舒服,尤其是运动人员穿的衣服,在运动过程中人在出汗量稍大时,汗液不能被衣服很好的吸收,容易产生闷热感,而且沾上污渍不容易洗涤,同时有些衣服保温、透气或韧性性能不好。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高韧性运动衣。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种高韧性运动衣,包括衣服本体,所述衣服本体的两个袖口处分别连接有第一面料构成的短袖;所述衣服本体的衣领处环绕一周由第一面料构成的立领;
所述衣服本体的前片由印染区和非印染区构成,所述印染区由深色格子花纹和浅色格子花纹构成,所述深色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡厚组织面料,所述浅色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡网眼组织面料;
所述衣服本体的后片由韧性面料构成,所述韧性面料包括基料层和位于基料层中间的助剂层,所述基料层包括聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物,共聚物的交替度为80%以上,所述聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物中还掺杂有交联剂和润滑剂;所述助剂层中含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,并将微小的粒子包裹在其中;所述韧性面料的基料层压有花型,并且设置有若干上下贯通的通气孔;
所述第一面料是由聚酯弹性体和PET经复合纺丝制得。
进一步的,所述第一面料每平方米不重于200g。
进一步的,所述衣服本体的前片和所述衣服本体的后片通过肩部的第二面料连合在一起。
进一步的,所述第二面料包括透气层、传导层和吸湿保暖层,且所述透气层、传导层和吸湿保暖层重叠设置,所述透气层通过所述传导层与所述吸湿保暖层连接。
具体利用传导层将汗液从吸湿保暖层传递到透气层,传导层可以选用聚酯纤维和/或氨纶作为材料制得,聚酯纤维和/或氨纶具有良好的传导液体的作用,且具有较高的弹性,将聚酯纤维和/或氨纶作为制作运动衣面料传导层的材料,可以很好的传递汗液的作用,快速的将汗液从吸湿保暖层传递到透气层中。
汗液被传递到透气层后,利用透气层的排汗功能,及时的将汗排出体外。具体的透气层为网状结构。由透气层的功能可知,当该面料的透气层为网状结构时,面料与外界的接触的表面积更大,透气性更好。
进一步的,所述衣服本体的前片和所述衣服本体的后片的连合处为可拆卸结构。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图1-4对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
一种高韧性运动衣,包括衣服本体,所述衣服本体的两个袖口处分别连接有第一面料构成的短袖1;所述衣服本体的衣领处环绕一周由第一面料构成的立领2;
所述衣服本体的前片由印染区3和非印染区4构成,所述印染区由深色格子花纹和浅色格子花纹构成,所述深色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡厚组织面料,所述浅色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡网眼组织面料;
所述衣服本体的后片5由韧性面料构成,所述韧性面料包括基料层51和位于基料层中间的助剂层52,所述基料层包括聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物,共聚物的交替度为80%以上,所述聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物中还掺杂有交联剂和润滑剂;所述助剂层中含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,并将微小的粒子包裹在其中;所述韧性面料的基料层压有花型,并且设置有若干上下贯通的通气孔;

进一步的,所述衣服本体的前片和所述衣服本体的后片通过肩部的第二面料连合在一起。
进一步的,所述第二面料包括透气层61、传导层62和吸湿保暖层63,且所述透气层、传导层和吸湿保暖层重叠设置,所述透气层通过所述传导层与所述吸湿保暖层连接。
具体利用传导层将汗液从吸湿保暖层传递到透气层,传导层可以选用聚酯纤维和/或氨纶作为材料制得,聚酯纤维和/或氨纶具有良好的传导液体的作用,且具有较高的弹性,将聚酯纤维和/或氨纶作为制作运动衣面料传导层的材料,可以很好的传递汗液的作用,快速的将汗液从吸湿保暖层传递到透气层中。
汗液被传递到透气层后,利用透气层的排汗功能,及时的将汗排出体外。具体的透气层为网状结构。由透气层的功能可知,当该面料的透气层为网状结构时,面料与外界的接触的表面积更大,透气性更好。
进一步的,所述衣服本体的前片和所述衣服本体的后片的连合处为可拆卸结构。

包括衣服本体,所述衣服本体的两个袖口处分别连接有第一面料构成的短袖;所述衣服本体的衣领处环绕一周由第一面料构成的立领;
所述衣服本体的前片由印染区和非印染区构成,所述印染区由深色格子花纹和浅色格子花纹构成,所述深色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡厚组织面料,所述浅色格子花纹所在的印染区采用贾卡网眼组织面料;
所述衣服本体的后片由韧性面料构成,所述韧性面料包括基料层和位于基料层中间的助剂层,所述基料层包括聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物,共聚物的交替度为80%以上,所述聚甲烯酸烷基酯、聚苯乙烯和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯构成的共聚物中还掺杂有交联剂和润滑剂;所述助剂层中含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,并将微小的粒子包裹在其中;所述韧性面料的基料层压有花型,并且设置有若干上下贯通的通气孔;

所述衣服本体的前片和所述衣服本体的后片的连合处为可拆卸结构。
