Abstract

本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,公开了一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂。本发明所述试剂包括勾兑药液和中药压榨提取液;其中,所述勾兑药液以水为溶剂,包含丙酮和苯甲醛;所述中药压榨提取液为紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。本发明以紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍三种中药的压榨提取液,以及由丙酮和苯甲醛组成的勾兑药液为试剂成分,通过对需要防治蚊子的场所进行喷洒防治,能够显著抑制蚊子卵的增加,效果较为显著。

一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,具体涉及一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂及其应用。
背景技术
蚊子属四害之一,其平均寿命不长,雄性为3~10天,雌性为10~20天,属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种。其中,以按蚊属、伊蚊属和库蚊属最为著名,其中库蚊属就是我们常见的家蚊。
蚊子是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。蚊子自带杀毒器官,无法通过叮咬传染病毒,吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。因此,防治蚊子一直是较为重要的工作,但是目前抑制蚊子排卵的方法还比较少。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂,使得所述试剂具备显著的抑制蚊子排卵的能力,能够应用于相关方面。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂,包括勾兑药液和中药压榨提取液;其中,所述勾兑药液以水为溶剂,包含0.1%丙酮和苯甲醛;所述中药压榨提取液为当紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
针对现有抑制蚊子排卵技术较少,特别是缺少植物防治技术的缺陷,本发明通过中药提取液配合丙酮和苯甲醛的勾兑药液,实现了对蚊子排卵的抑制。
作为优选,所述勾兑药液中,所述勾兑药液中,丙酮质量百分比浓度为4-6%,苯甲醛质量百分比浓度为0.5-1.5%。
作为优选,所述紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液中,紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液的体积比为1:1:1。
作为优选,所述紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液制备方法为称取紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍,然后分别加入各中药两倍量的水压榨提取,获得紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液,混合三者提取液后获得紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
与单独使用勾兑药液或中药压榨提取液的处理组相比,本发明所述试剂能够极为显著的降低蚊子排卵数目的增加量。基于此,本发明提出了所述试剂在抑制蚊子排卵或制备抑制蚊子排卵的药物制剂中的应用。
同时,本发明提出了一种抑制蚊子排卵的方法,包括:
步骤1、将本发明所述试剂中的勾兑药液加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后喷洒本发明所述试剂中的经稀释后的中药压榨提取液或直接将中药压榨提取液喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、所述中药压榨提取液喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,所述勾兑药液加水稀释为以水:勾兑药液=100:5的体积比稀释,所述经稀释后的中药压榨提取液以水:中药压榨提取液=100:5的体积比稀释。同样地,直接喷洒至水中时,根据水量,以上述稀释的体积比确定勾兑药液或中药压榨提取液的使用量。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明以紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍三种中药的压榨提取液,以及由丙酮和苯甲醛组成的勾兑药液为试剂成分,通过对需要防治蚊子的场所进行喷洒防治,能够显著抑制蚊子卵的增加,效果较为显著。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂及其应用,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明所述试剂及其应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的试剂及其应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
以下就本发明所提供的一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂做进一步说明。
实施例1:本发明所述试剂
1、勾兑药液
所述勾兑药液中,丙酮质量百分比浓度为4%,苯甲醛质量百分比浓度为1.5%。
2、中药压榨提取液
称取紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍,然后分别加入各中药两倍量的水压榨提取,获得紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液,按体积比1:1:1混合三者提取液后获得紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
实施例2:本发明所述试剂
1、勾兑药液
所述勾兑药液中,丙酮质量百分比浓度为5%,苯甲醛质量百分比浓度为1%。
2、中药压榨提取液
称取紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍,然后分别加入各中药两倍量的水压榨提取,获得紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液,按体积比1:1:1混合三者提取液后获得紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
实施例3:本发明所述试剂
1、勾兑药液
所述勾兑药液中,丙酮质量百分比浓度为6%,苯甲醛质量百分比浓度为0.5%。
2、中药压榨提取液
称取紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍,然后分别加入各中药两倍量的水压榨提取,获得紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液,按体积比1:1:1混合三者提取液后获得紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
实施例4:抑制蚊子排卵试验
1、试验分组:
试验组1:实施例1试剂;
试验组2:实施例2试剂;
试验组3:实施例3试剂;
对照组1:实施例1勾兑药液;
对照组2:实施例1中药压榨提取液;
未处理组:水;
2、试验方法
选择同一外界环境下的6个养殖水池(水体积相同),各组处理前统计水中蚊子卵数目,每个养殖水池按照如下方法进行防治:
步骤1、将各组试剂中的勾兑药液直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后直接将各组中药压榨提取液喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、所述中药压榨提取液喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,根据水量,以水:勾兑药液(或中药压榨提取液)=100:5体积比喷洒。对于对照组1,应该喷洒中药压榨提取液时仍采用勾兑药液;对于对照组2,应该喷洒勾兑药液时仍采用中药压榨提取液。
最后一次喷药后的第2天统计处理后各组水中蚊子卵数目。
3、结果统计
蚊子卵数量增加=(处理后蚊子卵数量-处理前蚊子卵数量)÷处理前蚊子卵数量(%)
结果见表1。

由表1可以明显看出,单一使用本发明试剂中的勾兑药液或中药压榨提取液虽能够一定程度上抑制蚊子卵数的增加,但是程度有限,蚊子卵数增加百分比仍在70%以上,而采用本发明试剂进行防治,蚊子卵数增加百分比下降十分明显,均下降至45%以下,大约是对照组的一半,这表现出两者的协同作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种抑制蚊子排卵的试剂,其特征在于,包括勾兑药液和中药压榨提取液;其中,所述勾兑药液以水为溶剂,包含丙酮和苯甲醛;所述中药压榨提取液为紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
2.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述勾兑药液中,丙酮质量百分比浓度为4-6%,苯甲醛质量百分比浓度为0.5-1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液中,紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液的体积比为1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述试剂,其特征在于,所述紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液制备方法为称取紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍,然后分别加入各中药两倍量的水压榨提取,获得紫茄花压榨提取液、柿蒂压榨提取液和白芍压榨提取液,混合三者提取液后获得紫茄花、柿蒂和白芍的压榨提取液。
5.权利要求1-4任意一项所述试剂在抑制蚊子排卵或制备抑制蚊子排卵的药物制剂中的应用。
6.一种抑制蚊子排卵的方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1、将权利要求1-4任意一项所述试剂中的勾兑药液加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后喷洒权利要求1-4任意一项所述试剂中的经稀释后的中药压榨提取液或直接将中药压榨提取液喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、所述中药压榨提取液喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
7.根据权利要求6所述方法,其特征在于,所述勾兑药液加水稀释为以水:勾兑药液=100:5的体积比稀释。
8.根据权利要求6所述方法,其特征在于,所述经稀释后的中药压榨提取液以水:中药压榨提取液=100:5的体积比稀释。
