Abstract

本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,公开了一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂。本发明所述试剂包括紫草粉、2,3‑二甲基氢醌和紫草酸,余量为水。本发明选择紫草粉、2,3‑二甲基氢醌和紫草酸为防治试剂的有效成分,通过对蚊子幼虫喷洒防治,可显著降低蚊子幼虫羽化的数量。

一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及植物防治技术领域,具体涉及一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂及其应用。
背景技术
蚊子属四害之一,其平均寿命不长,雄性为3~10天,雌性为10~20天,属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种。其中,以按蚊属、伊蚊属和库蚊属最为著名,其中库蚊属就是我们常见的家蚊。
蚊子是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。蚊子自带杀毒器官,无法通过叮咬传染病毒,吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。因此,防治蚊子一直是较为重要的工作。抑制蚊子幼虫羽化,让蚊子在幼虫阶段的时间延长能增加被其他生物捕食的几率,进而对蚊子的生物防治具有积极意义。但是目前抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的方法还未见报道。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂,使得所述试剂具备显著的抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的能力,能够应用于相关方面。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂,包括紫草粉(晒干或者晾干后的紫草,粉碎成粉)、2,3-二甲基氢醌和紫草酸,余量为水。
针对目前缺少抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的技术,特别是缺少植物防治技术的缺陷,本发明通过将芭蕉种子粉末和赤霉素联合使用,实现了对蚊子幼虫羽化的抑制。
作为优选,所述紫草粉的重量百分比浓度为4-6%;所述2,3-二甲基氢醌的重量百分比浓度为0.009-0.02%;所述紫草酸的重量百分比浓度为0.9-2%。
与单独使用紫草粉、2,3-二甲基氢醌或紫草酸的处理组相比,本发明所述试剂能够极为显著的抑制蚊子幼虫羽化数目。基于此,本发明提出了所述试剂在抑制蚊子幼虫羽化或制备抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的药物制剂中的应用。
同时,本发明提出了一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的方法,包括:
步骤1、将本发明所述试剂加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次喷洒经稀释的本发明所述试剂或直接喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,所述试剂加水稀释为以水:试剂=100:15的体积比稀释。同样地,直接喷洒至水中时,根据水量,以上述稀释的体积比确定试剂的使用量。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明选择紫草粉、2,3-二甲基氢醌和紫草酸为防治试剂的有效成分,通过对蚊子幼虫喷洒防治,可显著降低蚊子幼虫羽化的数量。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂及其应用,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明所述试剂及其应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的试剂及其应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
以下就本发明所提供的一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂做进一步说明。
实施例1:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为5%紫草粉、0.01%2,3-二甲基氢醌和1%紫草酸的试剂。
实施例2:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为4%紫草粉、0.02%2,3-二甲基氢醌和0.9%紫草酸的试剂。
实施例3:本发明所述试剂
以水为溶剂,配制终浓度为6%紫草粉、0.009%2,3-二甲基氢醌和1%紫草酸的试剂。
实施例4:抑制蚊子排卵试验
1、试验分组:
试验组1:实施例1试剂;
试验组2:实施例2试剂;
试验组3:实施例3试剂;
对照组1:终浓度为5%的紫草粉水溶液;
对照组2:终浓度为0.01%的2,3-二甲基氢醌水溶液;
对照组3:终浓度为1%的紫草酸;
未处理组:水;
2、试验方法
挑选来源相同的蚊子幼虫和污水,平均分成六份,每份20只幼虫,置于环境相同的6个通风封闭容器中,每个容器按照如下方法进行防治:
步骤1、将本发明所述试剂直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次直接喷洒试剂到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
其中,依据水量,按照水:试剂=100:15的体积比确定试剂的使用量。
最后一次喷药后的第3天统计各组蚊子幼虫羽化数目。
3、结果统计
蚊子幼虫羽化率=处理后蚊子羽化数量/处理前蚊子幼虫数量(%)
结果见表1。

由表1可以明显看出,单一使用芭蕉种子粉末溶液或赤霉素溶液虽能够一定程度上抑制蚊子羽化数量的增加,但是程度有限,蚊子幼虫羽化率仍在75%以上,而采用本发明试剂进行防治,蚊子幼虫羽化率下降十分明显,均下降至40%以下,大约是对照组的一半,这表现出两者的协同作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的试剂,其特征在于,包括紫草粉、2,3-二甲基氢醌和紫草酸,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述紫草粉的重量百分比浓度为4-6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述2,3-二甲基氢醌的重量百分比浓度为0.009-0.02%。
4.根据权利要求1所述试剂,其特征在于,所述紫草酸的重量百分比浓度为0.9-2%。
5.权利要求1-4任意一项所述试剂在抑制蚊子幼虫羽化或制备抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的药物制剂中的应用。
6.一种抑制蚊子幼虫羽化的方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤1、将权利要求1-4任意一项所述试剂加水稀释喷洒在需要防治的场所或直接喷洒到水中使用,然后间隔48小时后再次喷洒经稀释的权利要求1-3任意一项所述试剂或直接喷洒到水中使用;
步骤2、步骤1中所述试剂再次喷洒后,间隔72小时重复步骤1一次。
7.根据权利要求6所述方法,其特征在于,所述试剂加水稀释为以水:试剂=100:15的体积比稀释。
