Description

Equipment for breeding animals
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of animal feeding, in particular to a device for breeding animals.
Background
Animal meat products are the major source of animal proteins required by the human body and are important sources of fat-soluble vitamins and certain minerals. The data of the national statistical bureau show that the total meat yield is 8625 ten thousand tons in 2015 and the total meat yield increases by 1.7% every year. With the development of the social and economic level, the consumption demand of consumers on the livestock and poultry meat products is changed from full eating to good eating and eating with nutrition, and new requirements on the quality and the flavor of the livestock and poultry meat products are met.
At present, in livestock and poultry breeding enterprises which produce livestock and poultry in a captive mode, because the exercise amount of the captive livestock and poultry is small, the body quality is weak, the disease resistance is low, and the livestock and poultry breeding enterprises generally adopt various antibiotics to the livestock and poultry to achieve the purposes of reducing the fatality rate of the livestock and poultry and reducing the cost. According to incomplete statistics, the antibiotic used by livestock breeding enterprises every year is over 10 ten thousand tons. Meanwhile, some livestock and poultry breeding enterprises use the clenbuterol in a violation of rules, so that the aims of reducing fat content and improving the clenbuterol rate are fulfilled.
Antibiotics and clenbuterol cannot be completely degraded in livestock and poultry bodies. On one hand, antibiotics and clenbuterol can remain in the livestock and poultry meat products and enter human bodies through diet, so that various hazards are caused to the human bodies; on the other hand, the livestock and poultry can enter the external environment through the excretion of the livestock and poultry, and further damage the natural environment and ecological balance.
Research on exercise physiology has shown that rational exercise has various effects of improving muscle mass, consuming fat, enhancing immunity, preventing diseases, etc.
At present, more and more enterprises and individuals begin to understand the importance of reasonable movement on improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat products, and some methods are adopted to increase the amount of exercise of captive livestock and poultry. By inquiring related data, some application examples have appeared in domestic livestock and poultry breeding industry. For example, farmers in Hunan province drive pigs to do swimming and diving exercises, and farmers in Chongqing build stocking areas for black cattle, which are specially used for running exercises of the cattle. There are also many areas where farmers contract large areas of land for stocking poultry. For example, raising chickens so as to increase the activity space of the chickens and produce high-quality pheasants.
However, the existing application examples of livestock and poultry sports generally have the defects of single movement mode, uncontrollable movement amount, lack of pertinence in movement and exercise and the like. In addition, the application example has the defects of large occupied land area and high land use cost. And because the occupied land area is large, more workers are needed for feeding, cleaning, disinfecting and other works, so that the labor cost is high. Moreover, it is not suitable for urban feeding because of large land occupation.
It is seen that there is a need for a device that can achieve reasonable movement of animals using a limited containment space. To this end, chinese utility model patent with an authorization publication number of CN205623806U discloses an auxiliary sport chicken coop for plant, mainly includes: the chicken house comprises a chicken house monomer, a feed box, an egg product collecting box, a conveying belt, a scraping plate and a spray water pipe, wherein the chicken house monomer is a rectangular net cage, and the front part of the chicken house monomer is provided with a chicken house door which is opened outwards; grooves are formed in the lower parts of the side frames on the two sides of the bottom of the henhouse monomer, and raised slideways are formed in the tops of the side frames on the two sides of the upper part of the henhouse monomer; the conveying belt and the horizontal plane form an angle of 2 degrees and are arranged on the bottom surface inside the henhouse monomer, and a driving shaft of the conveying belt is connected with the motor through a speed reducer; the scraping plate and the horizontal plane form an angle of 45 degrees and are arranged behind the bottom of the henhouse monomer; the spray header is horizontally arranged at the position 5 cm away from the bottom outside the rear part of the chicken house monomer, and two atomizing heads are arranged on the spray header; and quick connectors are arranged at two ends of the spray water pipe. The poultry cleaning device has a simple structure, can be combined randomly according to actual use conditions, can achieve the purposes of cleaning and removing excrement, and also can achieve the movement of poultry.
Although the henhouse can realize the movement of the poultry, the poultry is not provided with a corresponding reminding device, the starting of the conveyor belt every time has no warning, and the poultry is not prepared to fall down, panic and run disorderly, so that the poultry is injured. In addition, after the birds are subjected to one movement of the conveyor belt, the birds may be anxious and uneasy to get ill due to the fact that the birds cannot predict that the next movement is suitable, and the quality of the final product is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides equipment for breeding animals. The device provided by the invention can send specific reminding information corresponding to the corresponding breeding tasks through the reminding device before the motion state of the conveyer belt device changes, so that the animal is reminded of the motion change of the conveyer belt device corresponding to the corresponding breeding tasks in advance. The animals are gradually enabled to form condition emission, the next movement of the conveyer belt device can be predicted after specific reminding information is obtained, and corresponding preparation is made. The device of the invention can reduce the probability of injury of animals caused by accidents such as falling, panic and running disorder due to no corresponding preparation. In addition, anxiety of animals caused by the fact that the next movement of the conveyor belt device cannot be predicted can be reduced, and the quality of final products is improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides an apparatus for breeding animals, the apparatus comprising: a breeding unit for confining the animals for containment therein; a conveyor belt device comprising a conveyor belt for forming a bottom of the farming unit to support the animals; and a control unit for controlling the conveyor belt device; the device further comprises a reminding device; the control unit can control the conveying belt device to rotate so as to realize at least one breeding task, and can control the reminding device to generate specific reminding information corresponding to the corresponding breeding task so as to remind the animal of the movement change of the conveying belt device corresponding to the corresponding breeding task in advance. The conveying belt is arranged at the bottom of the breeding unit, so that the breeding unit can be conveniently cleaned, the purpose of exercising animals bred in the breeding unit can be realized by utilizing the limited space of the breeding unit, and the multifunctional breeding device has multiple functions of improving muscle quality, consuming fat, improving immunity, preventing diseases and the like. Can also reduce the use of antibiotics and clenbuterol, and finally produce green and healthy products.
According to a preferred embodiment, the reminding device is an illuminating device capable of providing illumination conditions to the culture unit, and the specific reminding information is specific stroboscopic information transmitted in a stroboscopic light-emitting manner. When the cultivation scale is large, the illumination effect of the single light source is poor due to mutual shielding of the devices, and the power of the single light source is large. When a certain cultivation area is independently used for carrying out corresponding work, the single light source is turned on, so that energy is wasted. Therefore, one of the culture units itself needs to be provided with a corresponding lighting device to turn on the lighting when needed. The invention transmits specific stroboscopic information in a stroboscopic light-emitting mode through the lighting device so as to remind the animals of the movement change of the conveyor belt device corresponding to the corresponding breeding tasks in advance. The probability of injury of the animals caused by accidents such as falling, panic and running disorder due to no corresponding preparation can be reduced. In addition, anxiety of animals caused by the fact that the next movement of the conveyor belt device cannot be predicted can be reduced, and the quality of final products is improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one cultivation task comprises a first cultivation task for controlling a conveyor belt device to rotate for a first preset time according to the growth needs of the animals so as to stimulate the animals to move along with the conveyor belt, wherein before the rotation of the conveyor belt device starts, the control unit controls the illuminating device to emit first light according to a first stroboscopic light-emitting mode so as to remind the animals that the conveyor belt is about to start rotating, and before the rotation of the conveyor belt device finishes, the control unit controls the illuminating device to emit first light according to a second stroboscopic light-emitting mode so as to remind the animals that the conveyor belt is about to stop rotating. Because the completion time of the first breeding task is relatively long, the time for stopping the rotation of the conveyer belt by the animals cannot be predicted except for the beginning of the rotation of the conveyer belt, therefore, reminders are needed to be respectively set when the conveyer belt begins to rotate and the conveyer belt stops rotating, so that the animals are prepared correspondingly, and the possibility of accidents such as falling, panic, running disorder and the like is reduced.
According to a preferred embodiment, the equipment further comprises a feeder and a recoverer, wherein the feeder is used for supplying clean bedding grass and is arranged at the first end of the culture unit, the recoverer is used for recovering polluted bedding grass and is arranged at the second end of the culture unit, and the conveyor belt device can lay the clean bedding grass supplied by the feeder to the bottom of the culture unit through rotation and/or unload the polluted bedding grass in the culture unit from the bottom of the culture unit into the recoverer through rotation. According to the invention, by supplying clean bedding grass and removing polluted bedding grass, the probability of the animals suffering from diseases due to the environmental problems of the culture area can be reduced, and the survival rate of the animals and the quality of final products can be improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one cultivation task further comprises a second cultivation task for removing the contaminated mat grass, wherein before removing the contaminated mat grass, the control unit controls the lighting device to emit the first light in a third frequency flashing manner and controls the conveyor belt device to reciprocate to wake up the sleeping animal, wherein the reciprocating motion is to move the surface of the conveyor belt contacting the animal towards the second end of the cultivation unit for a first distance and then towards the first end of the cultivation unit for a first preset number of times. Because some animals may rest on the litter before removing the contaminated litter, they may not be sensitive to stroboscopic light emission, and therefore, by the reciprocating motion of the conveyor means, they stand with a noticeable sense of the movement of the conveyor means. Meanwhile, the surface of the conveying belt, which is in contact with the animals, moves towards the second end of the culture unit for a first distance and then moves towards the first end of the culture unit for the first distance, so that the polluted bedding can be removed from the part close to the first end into the recoverer, and the polluted bedding cannot move to the second end to cause the polluted bedding to fall on the ground or move to a feeding port of the feeder to cause the pollution of the clean bedding.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one cultivation task further comprises a third cultivation task for laying the clean mat for the animal to sleep, wherein, before laying the clean mat, the control unit controls the lighting device to emit the first light in a fourth stroboscopic lighting manner to remind the animal. According to the invention, through the fourth stroboscopic light-emitting mode, the animals can be clearly reminded that bedding grass is laid and enter a rest period, so that the problem that the sleep quality of the animals is poor due to the fact that the animals cannot predict the next movement of the conveyor belt device is solved, the animals know the information, and the animals can rest stably after laying clean bedding grass.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit performs three cultivation tasks periodically at intervals in the following order: a second breeding task, at least one first breeding task and a third breeding task. From the standpoint of cost savings, improvement in animal immunity, and quality of animal meat, it is contemplated that the animal be subjected to reasonable exercise after removal of the contaminated bedding and before laying clean bedding. Therefore, the invention executes the first breeding task for at least one time in the second breeding task and the third breeding task, and the exercise frequency is properly adjusted, so that the animals are reasonably exercised, and the quality of the final product is improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit is further capable of controlling the lighting device to emit the first light in a constant light-emitting manner for a second preset time period in a time period when the conveyor device is not turned on, feeding the animal when the first light is emitted in the constant light-emitting manner, and controlling the lighting device to stop emitting the first light and emit the second light for promoting the growth of the animal after the feeding is finished. The invention feeds the animals by emitting the first light, so that the corresponding animals can eat under the irradiation of the first light. After feeding is finished, the lighting device is controlled to stop emitting the first light and emit a second light for promoting the growth of the animals. The second light is a light that allows the animal to reduce activity. In this way, the energy consumption of the animals after eating can be reduced, and the growth rate of the animals is improved. For example, for birds, the second light is blue light. In particular, blue illumination or moon illumination tends to create a psychological response in which birds do not move or move in the blue light. Moonlight or blue light causes birds to stand and not move because predators typically patrol at night. Thus, psychologically, birds stand in the blue so as not to be found by such predators. Therefore, it is advantageous to illuminate blue light in farming areas such as chickens, hens and turkeys so that they do not move, in addition to increasing the growth rate, preventing too much activity from causing fighting and killing each other. A second light suitable for calming other types of animals may be obtained from later trials or experience and used to modify the corresponding lighting setting parameters.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit is further capable of controlling the lighting device to emit a third light for disinfecting and promoting calcium absorption by the animals for a third predetermined period of time and at least a fourth predetermined period of time of the third predetermined period of time is emitted during a period after removal of the contaminated bedding and before laying of clean bedding, wherein the third light is ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet irradiation can be used for disinfection, and can promote animals to absorb calcium, so as to prevent the animals from causing bone dysplasia in culture areas not irradiated by natural light.
According to a preferred embodiment, the equipment further comprises a cleaning device and a dryer, wherein the cleaning port is arranged below the conveying belt device and can spray and clean the surface of the conveying belt device in the rotating process of the conveying belt, and the dryer is used for drying the cleaned conveying belt. The invention can rapidly realize the cleaning of the conveyer belt through spray cleaning, keep the breeding area clean and reduce the morbidity of animals. After cleaning, the conveying belt can be quickly dried by the dryer, so that the condition that the conveying belt is bred with germs in a dark and humid environment to cause diseases of animals is prevented. And the problem that animals fall down due to unstable standing in the rotating process of the conveying belt caused by the wet and slippery surface of the conveying belt can be prevented.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An apparatus for growing animals according to the present invention is shown below in conjunction with figures 1, 2 and 3. It should be noted that the shapes and dimensions of the various components shown in figures 1 and 2 are schematic in nature and are not drawn to scale. In the actual production process, a person skilled in the art can select appropriate parts to form the equipment of the invention according to needs so as to solve the corresponding technical problems.
Example 1
In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed an apparatus for farming animals, which may include: and the breeding unit A is used for limiting the animals in the breeding unit A for containment. Preferably, the cultivation unit A is provided with a fence around. More preferably, the cultivation unit a is provided with a fence in the form of a grid around it. The fence in the form of a grid has the advantages of convenient ventilation, convenient direct observation of the condition in the culture unit A from the outside by the culture personnel, reduced equipment weight and the like
The apparatus of the present invention may further comprise: a conveyor means 2. The conveyor means 2 may comprise a conveyor belt 21. The upper side of the conveyor belt 21 may be used to form the bottom of the dwelling unit a to support the animals. Preferably, the first end rail 61 near the first end B1 is fixed, and a first gap is formed between the lower end of the first end rail 61 and the conveyor belt 21. Preferably, the upper portion of the second end rail 62 near the second end B2 is pivotally connected to the adjacent rail, and a second gap is formed between the lower end of the second end rail 62 and the conveyor belt 21, and the pivotal connection is provided with a rotation spring. The return spring may require a certain force to open the second end rail 62 to prevent the animals in the living unit a from escaping from the second end rail 62. In addition, the arrangement of the pivot connection and the return spring also protects the animals when the conveyor belt device 2 moves. For example, if the second end rail 62 is fixedly attached when an animal fails to climb over in time after falling, it may be pinched or scratched when the animal moves with the conveyor belt 21 to the second end rail 62. After the pivotal connection and the pivoting spring are provided, the animal can push the second end rail 62 away from the breeding area a if the animal does not climb up in time. It is therefore also conceivable to provide a cage net in the corresponding position of the second end fence 62, which prevents the escape of animals leaving the breeding area a.
The apparatus of the present invention may further comprise: a control unit 4. The control unit 4 may be used to control the conveyor belt device 2.
The apparatus of the present invention may further comprise: and a reminding device 3. Preferably, the manner in which the control unit 4 controls the conveyor means 2 and the reminder means 3 may be direct control or indirect control. When the control unit 4 directly controls the conveyer belt device 2 and the reminding device 3, the control unit 4 is directly controlled and connected with the conveyer belt device 2 and the reminding device 3. When the control unit 4 indirectly controls the conveyor belt device 2 and the reminder device 3, the control unit 4 is communicatively connected to the conveyor belt device 2 and the reminder device 3. When the corresponding tasks need to be executed, the control unit 4 sends corresponding task identifiers to the conveying belt device 2 and the reminding device 3 respectively, and the corresponding tasks are controlled and completed by controllers built in the conveying belt device 2 and the reminding device 3 respectively.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit 4 can control the conveyor belt devices 2 to rotate to realize at least one cultivation task and can control the reminding device 3 to generate specific reminding information corresponding to the corresponding cultivation task so as to remind the animals of the movement change of the conveyor belt devices 2 corresponding to the corresponding cultivation task in advance.
Example 2
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and repeated contents are not described again.
According to a preferred embodiment, the reminder device 3 is an illumination device capable of providing illumination conditions to the culture unit a, and the specific reminder information is specific strobe information expressed in strobe light emission.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit 4 controls the conveyor means 2 to rotate in order to carry out at least one cultivation task. The control unit 4 controls the lighting device to generate dynamically changing lighting conditions to remind the animal in advance of the movement change of the conveyor belt device 2 in a visual stimulation manner. Since the bottom of the breeding area a of the apparatus of the present invention is formed by the surface of the conveyor belt 21 of the movable conveyor means 2, unlike the fixed bottom of conventional breeding plants, the animals bred therein may fall down or sleep without confidence due to unpredictable behavior of the conveyor means 2. Therefore, the animal can be reminded in advance of the movement change of the conveyor belt device 2 in a visual stimulation manner so as to know the movement direction of the conveyor belt device 2 in advance. The visual stimulation of the lighting device by the respective animal when the respective breeding task is performed for the first time is not aware of the movement of its respective conveyor device 2. However, as the number of times of completing the corresponding cultivation tasks is gradually increased, corresponding conditioned reflex is gradually formed, and then when the corresponding visual stimulus is sensed again, the type of the cultivation task to be developed can be quickly known, so that the next preparation can be made in advance, and the psychological tension can be relieved. Preferably, the cultivation tasks of the present invention refer to tasks that need to be directly or indirectly realized by controlling the rotation or the standstill of the conveyor belt device 2. Such as removing soiled bedding, laying clean bedding, running exercises and spray cleaning while turning, etc. The rotation of the conveyor belt device 2 includes, but is not limited to, continuous rotation, intermittent rotation, and reciprocating rotation. Preferably, the dynamic change means that the lighting device of the present invention can indicate the motion change of the conveyor belt device 2 by a specific stroboscopic lighting manner before the motion change, so as to achieve the effect of reminding the animal in advance in a visual stimulation manner. Preferably, the animal in the present invention means an animal capable of walking on land. For example, in some implementations, the apparatus of the present invention may be used to feed livestock, such as poultry, turkeys, geese, pigs, cows, horses, goats, and the like. It is also easily imaginable according to the invention that the invention can also be used for other purposes, not only for improving the quality of meat, since the apparatus of the invention has the advantage of facilitating automatic cleaning and allowing the animal to run continuously in a limited space. For example, zoo animals are trained for daily physical training to have a good physical build. For another example, a race horse is placed in the breeding area a, and the physical ability limit is tested by running. It is also contemplated in accordance with the present invention that the specifications and materials of the apparatus of the present invention may be selected for the particular type of animal and quantity being raised for the purpose of the present invention during the actual design and production stages. For example, when the breeding units a are used for raising chickens and the rated breeding number of each breeding unit a is set to 50 chickens, since the weight borne by the conveyor belt 21 is not large, the conveyor belt 21 made of rubber with an appropriate thickness may be provided. For another example, when the breeding unit a is used for raising pigs and the rated breeding number is 50 pigs, the conveyor belt 21 in the form of a metal track can be selected to improve the reliability of the device. Preferably, at least one roller for supporting the bottom area of the culture unit is arranged between the two parallel surfaces of the conveyer belt 21, so as to prevent the middle of the conveyer belt from collapsing due to the factors of overlong conveyer belt, overweight of animals and the like, and the animals can escape from the gaps or get stuck in the gaps to be injured.
According to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus of the invention may further comprise monitoring means. The monitoring device is used for monitoring the condition of the animals in the breeding unit A and sending the condition to the control unit. When the control unit identifies that the continuous movement of the conveying belt device will damage the animals through the monitoring device, the control unit stops the movement of the conveying belt device and transmits the corresponding early warning information to the breeding personnel. And the breeding personnel receive the early warning information and then process the early warning information in the breeding unit A.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one farming task may include a first farming task for controlling the rotation of the conveyor means 2 for a first predetermined period of time to encourage the movement of the animals with the conveyor 21 in accordance with the growth needs of the animals. Before the conveyor belt device 2 starts to rotate, the control unit 4 may control the lighting device to emit the first light according to the first stroboscopic light-emitting manner to remind the animal conveyor belt 21 that the rotation is about to start. Before the rotation of the conveyor belt device 2 is finished, the control unit 4 can control the lighting device to emit the first light according to the second stroboscopic light-emitting mode to remind the animal conveyor belt 21 of stopping rotating. Preferably, the first stroboscopic light-emitting manner is different from the second stroboscopic light-emitting manner. More preferably, the light emitting frequency of the first stroboscopic light emitting manner gradually increases from low to high. The light emitting frequency of the second stroboscopic light emitting mode is gradually reduced from high to low. Preferably, the speed at which the conveyor means 2 are rotated can be adjusted in relation to the set parameters of the animals being raised. Therefore, the problem that the training effect cannot be achieved due to too low rotating speed or the stepping accident is caused due to the fact that some animals cannot follow the training device due to too high rotating speed can be reduced, and the accidents that the animals are disabled or die are caused. The set parameters may include: at least one of the type of animal, the unit breeding density, the age of the animal, and the number of times the first breeding task is completed. For example, when the types of animals are duck and turkey, respectively, the rotation speed corresponding to the conveyor belt device 2 of the turkey breeding unit a may be higher than the rotation speed corresponding to the conveyor belt device 2 of another duck breeding unit a. For another example, two identical breeding units A, one breeding unit A breeding 30 sheep and the other breeding unit A breeding 50 sheep of the same size. The higher density of the unit cultivation in the other cultivation unit A results in smaller average activity space of each animal cultivated therein. Therefore, in order to prevent the stepping accident caused by the small activity space and the large action amplitude, the rotating speed of the conveyer belt device 2 of the other culture unit A can be adjusted to be lower according to the actual situation. As another example, 2-day-old chicks are raised in one raising unit A, and 40-day-old older chickens are raised in the other raising unit A. Since chickens have disadvantages such as short legs, small stride, and incomplete organ development compared to big chickens, the rotation speed of the conveyor belt device 2 of the breeding unit in which the chickens are located can be first appropriately adjusted to be low. Then, the rotation speed is gradually increased by the increase of age. For another example, one of the cultivating units A is used for cultivating geese which have not completed the first cultivating task, while the other cultivating unit A is used for cultivating geese which have completed the first cultivating task ten times. Since the geese that do not complete the first farming task are not familiar with the first farming task process and it is unclear what will happen next, in order to make them slowly familiar with the first farming task process, the rotation speed of the conveyor belt device 2 of the farming unit a in which the geese that do not complete the first farming task are located may be first appropriately reduced, and then the rotation speed may be gradually increased as the number of completion times increases.
When the animal is resting, if the conveyor belt 21 is not laid with bedding grass, a series of problems may result. For example: firstly, the conveyor belt 21 may be difficult to clean because animals sleep and excrete on the conveyor belt 21, and the periphery and the top of the conveyor belt only contact with the bodies of the animals, so that the conveyor belt 21 is easy to dirty, and if the conveyor belt is in direct contact with the animals or the excrement of the animals for a long time, the conveyor belt is difficult to clean; secondly, the conveyer belt 21 may be rapidly aged, and the life cycle is reduced; thirdly, the animals can be caused to catch cold and get sick, and even the animals in the same breeding area A or other breeding areas A in a large-scale breeding farm can be infected; fourthly, animals can be cooled and heated by mutual squeezing, and when the number of the animals in one breeding area A is large, the animals can be squeezed, damaged and even killed. In order to solve these problems, according to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus of the present invention may further include a conveyor belt device 2 of the feeder 1 for supplying clean mat grass and disposed at the first end B1 of the cultivation unit a, and the clean mat grass supplied from the feeder 1 may be laid on the bottom of the cultivation unit a by rotating. Preferably, the raw material of the litter may be at least one of dry straw, rice straw, corn cobs and similar alternatives. These raw materials are cut to a predetermined length or size before being placed in the feeder 1 so as to be laid on the conveyor belt 21. Or, the feeder 1 can be provided with a crushing device, and raw materials are directly put into the feeder and are processed on site according to the usage amount when being laid. The two types of feeders mentioned here already have mature products and can be selected according to requirements, and detailed description is omitted here. Preferably, the feeding outlet of the feeder 1 is also provided with a dehumidifying device. Because the bedding is easy to be wet, the dehumidifying device is used for dehumidifying the bedding before the paving, so that the bedding can play a better warm-keeping effect after being paved on the conveyer belt 21, and the probability of the animal being ill is reduced.
After a period of time, the laid clean litter can become dirty and/or damp due to various activities of the animals, becoming contaminated litter. If the polluted bedding grass is not replaced, the problems of germ breeding and poor heat preservation effect can occur, and then the diseases of animals are caused. To solve this problem, according to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus of the invention may further comprise a recycler 7 for recycling the contaminated litter and provided at the second end B2 of the cultivation unit a. The conveyer belt device 2 can also recover the polluted bedding in the culture unit A from the bottom of the culture unit A into the recoverer 7 through rotation.

The outlet of the first duct 51 and the return air inlet of the second duct 52 may be disposed in an opposing manner. Preferably, the ventilation assembly 5 is connected to an external ventilation device. The ventilation is carried out through ventilation equipment so as to improve the air cleanliness and the temperature regulation to a certain degree in the culture area A. More preferably, the ventilation assembly 5 may be connected to an external air conditioning device. Through air conditioning equipment, not only can realize ventilation, can also carry out accurate ground temperature regulation and control.

Before removing the contaminated bedding, the control unit 4 controls the lighting device to emit the first light in a third frequency flashing manner and controls the conveyor belt device 2 to reciprocate so as to wake up the sleeping animal. The reciprocating motion is to move the surface of the conveyor belt 21 contacting the animal toward the second end B2 of the cultivation unit A for a first distance and then to move the first end B1 of the cultivation unit A for a first predetermined number of times. Preferably, the third frequency stroboscopic light emitting manner is different from the first stroboscopic light emitting manner and the second stroboscopic light emitting manner. More preferably, the emission frequency of the third frequency blinking manner is a fixed first frequency.
According to a preferred embodiment, the at least one farming task may further comprise a third farming task for laying clean bedding for sleeping animals. Before laying clean bedding, the control unit 4 controls the lighting device to emit first light according to a fourth stroboscopic light-emitting mode to remind animals. Preferably, the fourth stroboscopic light-emitting manner is different from the first stroboscopic light-emitting manner, the second stroboscopic light-emitting manner and the third stroboscopic light-emitting manner. More preferably, the light emission frequency of the fourth stroboscopic light-emitting manner is a fixed second frequency. Wherein the second frequency is different from the first frequency.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit 4 performs three cultivation tasks periodically at intervals in the following order: a second breeding task, at least one first breeding task and a third breeding task. From the standpoint of cost savings, improved immunity of the animal, and improved meat quality, it is desirable to exercise the animal as much as possible after removing the contaminated bedding and before laying clean bedding.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit 4 is further capable of controlling the illumination device to emit the first light in a constant manner for a second preset duration during a period of time when the conveyor belt device 2 is not turned on. The animal is fed with a first light emitted in a constant light pattern. And controlling the lighting device to stop emitting the first light and emit the second light for promoting the growth of the animals after the feeding is finished. Preferably, the second light has a different emission spectrum than the first light. More preferably, when the farmed animal is poultry, the first light is red or white light. The second light is green or blue light. When other animals are bred, the first light and the second light matched with the animals can be obtained according to later experiments or experiences, and corresponding settings are changed. Preferably, the lighting device is capable of emitting light of multiple spectra. More preferably, the lighting device comprises at least one RGB lamp bead and at least one ultraviolet lamp which can be controlled separately. The RGB lamp beads refer to lamp beads with red, green and blue lampwicks, and can emit light with different light colors through the independent or combined control of the lampwicks. Preferably, the animal is fed by manual feeding or by feeding means. The specific device that the feeding adopted has more ripe product, can choose as required.
According to a preferred embodiment, the control unit 4 may also control the lighting device to emit a third light for disinfecting and promoting calcium absorption by the animal for a third preset period of time. At least a fourth preset time period of the third preset time period is emitted after removing the contaminated bedding and before laying clean bedding. The third light is ultraviolet light.
According to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus of the invention may also comprise a washing device 8. The cleaning opening 81 of the cleaning device is arranged below the conveyor belt device 2 and can spray and clean the surface of the conveyor belt 21 in the rotating process. The apparatus of the present invention may further comprise a dryer 9. The dryer 9 is used for drying the cleaned conveyor belt 21.
