Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a live broadcast validity detection method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, inquiring a live broadcast room of the current live broadcast.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 2, in a live system, a server 201, a first terminal 202, and one or more second terminals 203 may be included.
The first terminal 202, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a professional recording and encoding device, a smart camera, etc., performs content collection, i.e., collects video data (which may include audio data).
The first terminal 202 uploads the video data to the server 201 in a distributed streaming manner, specifically, the first terminal 202 obtains a streaming node that most depends on a spectrum through a Name service, generally a DNS (Domain Name System) intelligent resolution or an IP (Internet Protocol, Protocol for interconnection between networks) scheduling System before streaming, and then uploads the video/audio stream to the server 201.
After the server 201 (e.g., a distributed stream pushing node) accesses the streaming video data, video processing such as encoding and decoding or some watermarks is performed subsequently, for example, some dotting data, subtitles, some special descriptions, and the like are added to the video data, so that a live broadcast background system is formed.
The server 201 needs different background services to support according to different service requirements, and may be an independent server, or a server cluster, such as a distributed system, and may be divided into a management server, a Web server, a streaming server, and the like according to different services.
After the video processing, the server 201 generates a live stream in h.264, AAC (Advanced Audio Coding ) and other formats, and then distributes the live stream to one or more second terminals 203, such as a mobile phone, a personal computer, a VR (Virtual Reality) device, and the like, in a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and other manners, so that the user can see the live stream in real time.
In the live broadcast system, a user to which the first terminal 202 belongs may be referred to as a main broadcast, a user to which the second terminal 203 belongs may be referred to as a viewer, and the viewer may perform operations such as approval, gift sending, information sending and the like in the second terminal 203 and feed back to the first terminal 202 through the server 201 to realize interaction with the main broadcast.
Of course, after the streaming video data is processed, the server 201 may also perform recording and storage, and after the recording is completed, the server may also be converted into on-demand, so as to meet various requirements of the user.
In addition, the server 201 also has a concept of virtual live broadcasting, that is, when recorded, the stream can be converted into FLV (FLASH VIDEO, streaming media format) to be pushed out, and is not real streaming recording and broadcasting.
In practical applications, the live broadcast of the live broadcast system may include the following forms:
1. media and live activity
In this way, the system is mostly unidirectional, i.e. low upstream and high downstream, generally without interaction, with few streams, high delay tolerance, e.g. greater than 10s, including tv streaming, live concert, etc.
2. Game live broadcast
In this way, it is one-way, generally without interaction, with a large number of streams and a high delay tolerance, e.g. greater than 5 s.
3. Live broadcast of show
In this way, it is mostly unidirectional, and the number of general text interaction and stream is large, and the delay tolerance is low, such as 2-5 s.
4. Social live broadcast
In this way, it is mostly unidirectional, and the number of general text interaction and stream is very large, and the delay tolerance is low, such as 2-5 s.
Social live broadcast and show live broadcast are similar in interaction, however, show live broadcast is generally a limited anchor to operate content, the number of push streams is small and generally less than 100, and social live broadcast is that passerby can generate content, so the number of live broadcast streams can rise to 1000, even 10000.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a front-end device, such as an intelligent camera, an intelligent mobile phone, or a background system, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The live broadcast room may be a place where video data is live broadcast, and generally has information such as a room name, a room number, a main broadcast, and a profile, and another user may enter the live broadcast room after applying for the video data to view the video data.
The embodiment of the invention can dynamically detect the live broadcast validity aiming at the live broadcast room on line so as to ensure that the live broadcast content conforms to the regulations.
And 102, dividing the monitoring level of the live broadcast room.
Because the number of live broadcast rooms for live broadcast on line is huge, a plurality of monitoring levels can be preset in order to reduce the processing amount of detection of live broadcast legality, each level has corresponding monitoring parameters, and the monitoring levels to which the live broadcast rooms belong can be divided aiming at the live broadcast rooms on line, so that differentiated monitoring is realized.
In a specific implementation, the monitoring parameters include a monitoring frequency (e.g., 5 minutes/time), a monitoring rule number (i.e., a number of monitoring rules used).
In one example, the monitoring levels include a first level, a second level, and a third level, wherein the monitoring intensity of the first level is weakest, the monitoring intensity of the second level is medium, and the monitoring intensity of the third level is strongest.
In this example, the first level of monitoring frequency is lower than the second level of monitoring frequency, which is lower than the third level of monitoring frequency.
The number of the monitoring rules of the first level is less than that of the monitoring rules of the second level, and the number of the monitoring rules of the second level is less than that of the monitoring rules of the third level.
Of course, the monitoring levels and the corresponding monitoring parameters are only examples, and when the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, other monitoring levels and corresponding monitoring parameters may be set according to actual situations, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In addition, besides the monitoring levels and the corresponding monitoring parameters, those skilled in the art may also adopt other monitoring levels and corresponding monitoring parameters according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 102 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S11 of querying the authentication category of the live broadcast.
And a substep S12 of determining the monitoring level to which the live broadcast room belongs according to the authentication category.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the user sets up the live broadcast room, the authentication can be carried out in advance, different authentication types are set according to different identities of the user, and the monitoring level of the live broadcast room is determined according to the authentication types.
In one example, when the authentication category is a first category, it is determined that the live room belongs to a first level.
In this example, the first category includes at least one of:
government agencies, social groups, utilities, public places.
In another example, when the authentication category is a second category, it is determined that the live space belongs to a second level.
In this example, the second category includes at least one of:
enterprises, schools, hospitals and banks.
In another example, when the authentication category is a third category, it is determined that the live space belongs to a third level.
In this example, the third category includes at least one of:
an individual.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step 102 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S21 of inquiring the geographic position of the camera of the live broadcast room.
And a substep S22, determining the monitoring level of the live broadcast room according to the geographic position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if a user opens a live broadcast room, a geographical location may be bound in advance by an IP (internet protocol Address), a connected router, Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity), and the like, and different monitoring levels may be set according to different geographical locations of the user.
In one example, it is determined that the live room belongs to a first level when the geographic location belongs to a first range of locations.
In this example, the first range of positions includes at least one of:
government agency buildings, social group buildings, utility buildings, public places.
In another example, the live room is determined to belong to the second level when the geographic location belongs to the second range of locations.
In this example, the second range of positions includes at least one of:
enterprise buildings, school buildings, hospital buildings, bank buildings.
In another example, when the geographic location belongs to a third range of locations, determining that the live room belongs to a third level;
in this example, the third range of positions includes at least one of:
and (5) residential buildings.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the geographic position changes, namely the geographic position of the current time is different from the bound geographic position, the authentication operation can be carried out on the live broadcast room again, when the authentication is passed, the live broadcast room is allowed to continue live broadcast, otherwise, the live broadcast room is forbidden to carry out live broadcast.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step 102 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S31 of crawling the web page.
And a substep S32 of identifying a designated target web page from the web pages.
Substep S33, extracting live keywords from the target webpage;
and a substep S34, setting the live broadcast room with a designated monitoring level when the live broadcast keyword is matched with the live broadcast room.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a spider may capture a web page from a network, match a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the web page with a preset blacklist URL (e.g., URLs of web pages with low quality, such as web pages with yellow relation, web pages with messy information, and web pages with a horse hanging function), and determine that the web page is a target web page when matching is successful.
Live keywords such as XX live, station number XXX, room name XXX, etc. are extracted from the target web page by positive-valued expressions.
And comparing the live broadcast keyword with the live broadcast room, if the keyword is matched with the live broadcast room, the possibility that the live broadcast room carries out illegal live broadcast is high, and setting a specified monitoring level, such as the third level, in the live broadcast room so as to strengthen monitoring the live broadcast room.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step 102 may include the following sub-steps:
and a sub-step S41 of grabbing the video content.
And a sub-step S42 of extracting video feature information from the video content.
And a substep S43 of identifying a video scene according to the video feature information.
And a substep S44 of determining the monitoring level of the live broadcast room according to the video scene.
In the embodiment of the invention, multi-frame video data can be directly extracted from a live video stream to serve as video content, and video characteristic information is extracted from the video content, so that video scenes such as landscapes, ecological agriculture, anchor casts, handcrafts and the like can be identified.
Setting different monitoring levels for different video scenes, for example, for landscapes, ecological agriculture and the like, the occurrence frequency of people is low, and the monitoring level with low monitoring intensity can be set, such as the first level; for the anchor, the craft, and the like, the frequency of appearance of the character is high, and a monitoring level with high monitoring intensity, such as the third level, can be set.
It should be noted that, if a live broadcast room is divided into a plurality of different monitoring levels in different manners, the monitoring level with the highest monitoring intensity may be selected as the monitoring level to which the live broadcast room is ultimately attributed.
For example, if the live broadcast room is divided into the second level and the third level, the third level may be set as a monitoring level to which the live broadcast room belongs.
Step 103, determining the monitoring parameters of the monitoring level mapping.
In a specific implementation, the monitoring parameter corresponding to the monitoring level to which the current live broadcast room belongs may be queried in a mapping relationship between a preset monitoring level and the monitoring parameter.
And 104, detecting the live broadcast legality of the live broadcast room at the monitoring level according to the monitoring parameters.
In practical application, different specifications can be defined according to different monitoring levels, and whether the live broadcast room meets the specifications or not is detected according to corresponding monitoring parameters.
If the result is consistent with the preset rule, the live broadcast is legal, and the live broadcast is allowed to continue.
If not, the live broadcast is illegal, alarm information is generated, the live broadcast is suspended, and technicians of the live broadcast platform are informed to process the live broadcast.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 104 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S51 of determining a monitoring time according to the monitoring frequency.
And a substep S52, extracting monitoring rules according to the monitoring rule quantity from a preset condition pool when the monitoring time is reached.
In specific implementation, a timer can be set for the live broadcast room, after the last detection is finished, the table monitoring frequency sets the monitoring time and times, and when the timer finishes the time counting, the next detection is started.
In order to adapt to the rapid development of live broadcast and prevent avoidance of the monitoring rule of validity detection, a condition pool can be set, and a technician of a live broadcast platform can store a new monitoring rule in the condition pool according to the actual situation, or modify the monitoring rule in the condition pool, or delete the monitoring rule in the condition pool, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring rules with corresponding quantity can be randomly extracted for judgment according to the quantity of the monitoring rules with the monitoring level.
Substep S53, determining whether the live broadcast room satisfies the monitoring rule at the monitoring level; if yes, go to substep S54, otherwise go to substep S55.
And a substep S54 of determining that the live broadcast room is legal for live broadcast.
And a substep S55 of determining illegal live broadcast in the live broadcast room and generating alarm information.
In a specific implementation, different monitoring rules have different requirements on various aspects of live broadcast pictures, anchor broadcasts, audiences and the like of a live broadcast room at different monitoring levels, and therefore, the live broadcast room can be detected according to the monitoring rules limited at the monitoring level.
If the monitoring rule is met, the live broadcast room is indicated to carry out legal live broadcast, otherwise, the live broadcast room is indicated to carry out illegal live broadcast.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sub-step S53 further may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S531 of determining a monitoring result of the monitoring rule at the monitoring level.
And a substep S532 of extracting video data from the live broadcast room.
Step S533, detecting the video data according to the monitoring rule, and judging whether the monitoring result is obtained; if yes, go to step S534, otherwise go to step S535.
And a substep S534 of determining that the monitoring rule is satisfied.
Sub-step S535, determining that the monitoring rule is not satisfied.
In the embodiment of the invention, the same monitoring rule can be applicable to different monitoring levels, but different monitoring requirements may exist, so that the monitoring rule can be dynamically set to the monitoring results of different monitoring levels, and the number of the monitoring rules is reduced.
If the live broadcast room is detected and the monitoring result is obtained, the live broadcast room is indicated to meet the monitoring rule, otherwise, the live broadcast room is indicated to not meet the monitoring rule.
In one example, the monitoring rules include at least one of:
privacy rules, portrait rules, and yellow-related rules;
under the privacy rule, the monitoring result corresponding to the first level is the first resolution, the monitoring result corresponding to the second level is the second resolution, and the monitoring result corresponding to the third level is the user-defined resolution, wherein the first resolution is higher than the second resolution.
