现有的数据电缆尽可能的提高产品的使用年限,提高其耐腐蚀、防水等性能,随之而来的是其外表皮难以拆解回收,产生垃圾难以处理。在实际的使用过程中一些短期、临时建筑工程或短期的活动中,其使用期限较短(低于10年),不需要较长使用期限的数据电缆,更需要一种短期、低成本、更环保的数据电缆。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保数据电缆,使得现有的数据电缆难以拆卸、回收利用、废弃品污染严重、不便于短中期的使用缺陷得以解决。

1.一种环保数据电缆,其特征在于,包括:发泡骨架、导体芯组、气囊袋和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置在环保数据电缆的最外层,所述发泡骨架包括四只对称设置的凸条和脊柱,所述脊柱设置在环保数据电缆的中心,所述凸条一端连接脊柱,所述凸条另一端连接有支撑板,所述凸条和脊柱与绝缘层间形成安装腔,所述气囊袋设置在安装腔内,所述气囊袋内充有氮气以抵住导体芯组,所述导体芯组内包括并列布置的一对导线,所述一对导线外侧包有隔绝层;所述绝缘层内侧设有固定块以固定导体芯组,所述绝缘层包括PVC树脂110份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13-15份,偏苯三酸三辛酯10-14份,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯15-25份,二氧化钛6-10份,硬脂酸4-5份,重质碳酸钙3-9份,玫瑰精油0.2-0.3份;
环保数据电缆包括多组气囊袋,所述气囊袋的长度小于等于10cm;
所述导体芯组内包括纤维线;所述纤维线为棉质;
所述支撑板一面平铺紧贴绝缘层内壁,所述支撑板另一面平滑弧度连接凸条;
所述凸条成十字形布置;
所述气囊袋采用光催化降解PVC材质;
所述绝缘层内侧设有中部向内弧形凹陷的固定块。
