Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆,包括有硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架是由多个横截面为不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接为一体成型的,所述的不规则的八边形骨架单元的横截面为左右对称的八边形,对称中心线为内角一和内角五的连接线,在每个不规则的八边形骨架单元内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯是由导体以及包覆在导体外侧的低烟低卤聚氯乙烯绝缘层和复合绝缘屏蔽层构成的,在硅橡胶骨架的外侧依次包覆有皱纹铝套层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、珠光砂复合填充层和三层外保护层。本发明采用了不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接而成的硅橡胶骨架,结构简单,重量轻,设计优美,噪音小,柔软度高,寿命更长,耐热防水效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆。
背景技术
控制电缆是用于传输控制信号的电缆,控制电缆主要解决了传输信号弱、信号干扰、信号失真等问题。现有技术的电缆主要由芯线、绝缘层和屏蔽层以及护套组成,绝缘层包裹在芯线的外侧,屏蔽层的作用是避免外界电磁场对输送信号的影响。因此屏蔽层在电缆中起着重要的作用,而现有技术的电缆在有关屏蔽方面设置上存在缺陷问题,导致电缆在传输信号时存在信号不稳定,或者造成信号中断的现象。另外电缆结构的设计中还存在各种缺点,导致电缆使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆,包括有硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架是由多个横截面为不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接为一体成型的,所述的不规则的八边形骨架单元的横截面为左右对称的八边形,对称中心线为内角一和内角五的连接线,其中内角一为120度,内角五为60度,内角二和内角八均为120度,内角三和内角七均为直角,内角四和内角六均为240度,在每个不规则的八边形骨架单元内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯是由导体以及包覆在导体外侧的低烟低卤聚氯乙烯绝缘层和复合绝缘屏蔽层构成的,在硅橡胶骨架的外侧依次包覆有皱纹铝套层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、珠光砂复合填充层和三层外保护层,在硅橡胶骨架与皱纹铝套层之间还设有多条柔性钢丝绳和聚氨酯弹性棒。
所述的复合绝缘屏蔽层从内到外依次由半导电氟橡胶内屏蔽层、氟橡胶绝缘层、半导电氟橡胶外屏蔽层组成。
所述的三层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银镍带铠装层、丁腈绝缘层以及镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层。
所述的柔性钢丝绳包括有有机纤维绳芯,在所述有机纤维绳芯外依次设有内层钢丝绳和外层钢丝绳。
硅橡胶骨架是由多个横截面为不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接为一体成型的,所述的不规则的八边形骨架单元的横截面为左右对称的八边形,不规则八边形的设计使得电缆的结构更加新颖,对称中心线为内角一和内角五的连接线,以及各个内角的设计,使拼接更加的方便,电缆内部结构更加牢固,排列更加有序,对内部的线芯的保护效果更好,结构简单而不失牢固,经济实用。
复合绝缘屏蔽层从内到外依次由半导电氟橡胶内屏蔽层、氟橡胶绝缘层、半导电氟橡胶外屏蔽层组成,半导电氟橡胶内屏蔽层和半导电氟橡胶外屏蔽层为绕包型或挤出型氟橡胶材质,氟橡胶绝缘层为绕包型或挤出型氟橡胶材质,保证了电缆柔软特性以及耐高温特性,并将电缆本身产生的噪音信号降至最低。
三层外保护层由内而外依次为镀银镍带铠装层、丁腈绝缘层以及镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层,耐磨效果更好,使用寿命更长。
柔性钢丝绳绳芯为有机纤维绳芯,且在内、外层钢丝绳之间填充有弹性纤维材料,使得钢丝绳具有较好的柔韧性,有效解决了现有钢丝绳柔软度低、弯曲性能差的问题。
珠光砂复合填充层是一种由酸性火山玻璃质熔岩经破碎、预热、焙烧膨胀而制成的具有多孔结构的、白色、粒状松散材料,具有容量小、导热系数低、化学稳定性好、不燃、无毒、无味、吸音等特性,增加电缆的耐热性能。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用了不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接而成的硅橡胶骨架,结构简单,重量轻,设计优美,噪音小,柔软度高,寿命更长,耐热防水效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆,包括有硅橡胶骨架1,所述的硅橡胶骨架1是由多个横截面为不规则的八边形骨架单元2拼接为一体成型的,所述的不规则的八边形骨架单元2的横截面为左右对称的八边形,对称中心线为内角一3和内角五4的连接线,其中内角一3为120度,内角五4为60度,内角二5和内角八6均为120度,内角三7和内角七8均为直角,内角四9和内角六10均为240度,在每个不规则的八边形骨架单元2内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯是由导体11以及包覆在导体11外侧的低烟低卤聚氯乙烯绝缘层12和复合绝缘屏蔽层13构成的,在硅橡胶骨架1的外侧依次包覆有皱纹铝套层14、阻水芳纶纱填充层15、珠光砂复合填充层16和三层外保护层17,在硅橡胶骨架1与皱纹铝套层14之间还设有多条柔性钢丝绳18和聚氨酯弹性棒19。
所述的复合绝缘屏蔽层13从内到外依次由半导电氟橡胶内屏蔽层、氟橡胶绝缘层、半导电氟橡胶外屏蔽层组成。
所述的三层外保护层17由内而外依次为镀银镍带铠装层、丁腈绝缘层以及镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层。

1.一种带有不规则八边形骨架的控制电缆,其特征在于:包括有硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架是由多个横截面为不规则的八边形骨架单元拼接为一体成型的,所述的不规则的八边形骨架单元的横截面为左右对称的八边形,对称中心线为内角一和内角五的连接线,其中内角一为120度,内角五为60度,内角二和内角八均为120度,内角三和内角七均为直角,内角四和内角六均为240度,在每个不规则的八边形骨架单元内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯是由导体以及包覆在导体外侧的低烟低卤聚氯乙烯绝缘层和复合绝缘屏蔽层构成的,在硅橡胶骨架的外侧依次包覆有皱纹铝套层、阻水芳纶纱填充层、珠光砂复合填充层和三层外保护层,在硅橡胶骨架与皱纹铝套层之间还设有多条柔性钢丝绳和聚氨酯弹性棒;
