现有金属管道接头主要有：压缩式、卡压式、焊接式、法兰式、活接式等。在安装过程中都有其缺点，压缩式、卡压式、焊接式、法兰式需专用机械，专业人员，劳动强度大。活接式需较大的安装空间，不利于灵活走管。
发明内容
本发明是一种旋压式金属管道接头，能解决现有管道接头在安装过程中需专用机械、专业人员、劳动强度大、成本较高的缺点。具有安装空间较小、施工灵活、密封性好、接口牢固、安装方便快捷、成本较低的优点。发明内容是：一种旋压式金属管道接头，其特征在于包括：接管头（1）、螺纹压力件（2）、齿纹压紧件（3）、硅胶垫（4）、易压缝（5）、外六角（6）、装卸孔（7）、金属管（8），所述的接管头（1）管口设有内螺纹与螺纹压力件（2）的外螺纹对接、螺纹压力件（2）后的受力部设为外六角（6）、外六角（6）侧面设有装卸孔（7），所述的硅胶垫（4）装在接管头（1）内扩管拐弯处，所述的齿纹压紧件（3）设有易压缝（5）装在接管头（1）内硅胶垫（4）前，金属管（8）插进接管头（1）内。

本发明的相互连接关系和安装方法及工作原理是：硅胶垫（4）装在接管头（1）内扩管拐弯处，齿纹压紧件（3）装在接管头（1）内硅胶垫（4）前，螺纹压力件（2）装在接管头（1）内，螺纹压力件（2）的外螺纹与接管头（1）的内螺纹对接，金属管（8）插进接管头（1）内，端口顶紧硅胶垫（4），用扳手夹紧外六角（6）或用螺丝刀穿进装卸孔（7）拧紧螺纹压力件（2），随着拧紧螺纹的推力，螺纹压力件（2）推动并压紧齿纹压紧件（3），使硅胶垫（4）挤压紧接管头（1）内壁和金属管（8）之间的空隙达到防水目的，同时齿纹压紧件（3）的齿纹压紧金属管（8）。
