背景技术
    目前，使用的钻孔刀具和夹具安装时会出现偏差，这样不仅降低了生产效率，又有操作时带来的危险，非常不便。因此，为了提高劳动生产效率，保证加工质量，降低劳动强度，需要设计一种专用夹具和刀具。
发明内容

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种结构简单合理，使用方便，安全可靠，刀具使用寿命长的钻孔刀具及其夹具。
（二）技术方案
本实用新型的钻孔刀具及其夹具，包括夹具本体，及设置在夹具本体下方的刀具；所述夹具本体上端设置有螺栓；所述螺栓下方设置有安装孔；所述安装孔内设置有一个装夹孔；所述安装孔两侧对应设置有油腔；所述一侧两个油腔之间对应设置有膨胀壁；所述刀具上端设置有伸缩凸起。
进一步地，所述螺栓为加压螺栓。
进一步地，所述安装孔内排列设置有环槽。
进一步地，所述油腔设置有四个。

如图1所示的一种钻孔刀具及其夹具，包括夹具本体1，及设置在夹具本体1下方的刀具2；所述夹具本体1上端设置有螺栓3；所述螺栓3下方设置有安装孔4；所述安装孔4内设置有一个装夹孔5；所述安装孔4两侧对应设置有油腔6；所述一侧两个油腔6之间对应设置有膨胀壁7；所述刀具2上端设置有伸缩凸起8。
其中，所述螺栓3为加压螺栓；所述安装孔4内排列设置有环槽9；所述油腔6设置有四个。
本实用新型的钻孔刀具及其夹具，通过膨胀壁的设置，能使刀具在安装使用时，得到更大的空间和夹紧力度；通过装夹孔和伸缩凸起的设置，在刀具工作过程中，不会出现刀具安装偏差和刀具掉落情况的发生；其结构简单合理，使用方便，安全可靠，刀具使用寿命长。
