本发明涉及一种链轮传动装置。
背景技术
传统的链条传动是由安装在彼此平行的主、从动轴上的两个链轮和其之间的闭合链条组成，由于结构的原因，不能在空间受限，工作条件比较恶劣的场合使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可以在空间有限，条件恶劣的环境下使用的传动装置；本发明所述的链轮传动装置，由主动链轮、链盘、链盘支撑板及链条组成；优选地，链条的销轴与滚子安装在链盘的支撑板上；或者优选地，主动链轮的轮齿与弧形链盘上的滚子啮合；本发明装置加工制造简单、安装精度要求较低，可以在较高温度或其他恶劣的条件下正常工作。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的链轮传动装置，在链盘1的外围设有链盘支撑板2，链条的销轴与滚子3安装在链盘的支撑板2上，主动链轮4的轮齿与弧形链盘上的滚子啮合。
主动链轮4通过伺服电机的带动，链轮的轮齿与弧形链盘1上的滚子啮合传递运动和动力，以此来带动链盘1实现传动减速的功能。

Claims (2)

1.本发明所述的链轮传动装置，包括主动链轮4、链盘1、链盘支撑2及链条，其特征在于链条的销轴与滚子(3)安装在链盘(1)的链盘支撑板(2)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的链轮传动装置，其特征在于主动链轮(4)的轮齿与弧形链盘上的滚子啮合。
