本发明公开一种水泵引水装置，包括水泵，水泵通过进水管道与沉淀池连接；排水管道上通过抽空管道连接真空泵，所述抽空管道与排水管道均设置开关；排水管道上还设置液位计。还包括PLC，所述PLC与液位计及开关连接。本发明的优点在于：简便了操作程序，维修方面，节约了大量人力物力。

技术领域
本发明属于选矿技术领域，特别涉及一种水泵引水装置。
背景技术
在水资源和能源日趋紧张，环境保护要求日益严格的情况下，尾矿回水是节约用水、节省能源和保护环境的有效途径。尾矿回水采用水泵抽取的方式将沉降水抽回。水泵使用前，需要人工往水泵里注水，用来排除水管中的空气，然后才能使用水泵。但实际生产中，水泵抽水管长埋在尾矿库底部，经常有固体堵塞密封盖，导致注水流到外面，不能排尽水管内的空气，导致水泵不能使用。需要用大型设备将水管附近淤泥挖出来，清理干净密封阀才能继续使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对实际生产中水泵存在的问题，提供了一种水泵引水装置，该装置利用一台真空泵，从原注水的位置抽空水管内的气体，并且把沉降的水抽上来到达水泵的位置，这时再打开水泵，就能将回水打回选厂循环利用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种水泵引水装置，包括水泵，水泵通过进水管道与沉淀池连接；其特征在于：排水管道上通过抽空管道连接真空泵，所述抽空管道与排水管道均设置开关；排水管道上还设置液位计。
为实现自动控制，还包括PLC，所述PLC与液位计及开关连接。PLC接收到液位计的信号后，根据情况相应开启或关闭相应的开关。
本发明的优点在于：简便了操作程序，维修方面，节约了大量人力物力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明，如图1所示，本发明包括水泵4，水泵4通过进水管道8与沉淀池1连接；排水管道9上通过抽空管道10连接真空泵5，所述抽空管道10与排水管道9均设置开关7；排水管道9上还设置液位计6。
为实现自动控制，还包括PLC，所述PLC与液位计6及开关7连接。PLC接收到液位计的信号后，根据情况相应开启或关闭相应的开关。

1.一种水泵引水装置，包括水泵，水泵通过进水管道与沉淀池连接；其特征在于：排水管道上通过抽空管道连接真空泵，所述抽空管道与排水管道均设置开关；排水管道上还设置液位计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泵引水装置，其特征在于：还包括PLC，所述PLC与液位计及开关连接。
