Abstract

本发明公开了一种可以快速锁定的智能门锁结构,它包含一个可嵌入安装到门板内的盒体(1),该盒体(1)的内部安装有锁芯(2);所述盒体(1)的两侧分别设置有解锁柱(3)和锁止柱(4),所述解锁柱(3)和锁止柱(4)之间通过轴杆(5)连接固定,所述盒体(1)的两侧分别开设有可以与轴杆(5)间隙滑动配合的轴孔,所述轴杆(5)的中部固定有一个定位座(6),该定位座(6)位于盒体(1)内,所述定位座(6)的底部设置有一个与锁芯(2)对接的传动机构。本发明结构简单,使用方便,整个开锁和解锁都是通过来回的推动轴杆实现的,能够有效的杜绝连杆机构通过猫眼从内部打开门锁的情况,同时在关门的一瞬间就能够通过电磁铁圈将门锁保险锁定好。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是门锁相关的技术领域,具体涉及的是一种可以快速锁定的智能门锁结构。
背景技术
随着智能门锁的普及,其自身存在的一些缺陷也是无法忽视的,虽然从外部转动手柄无法打开解锁,但是其室内的解锁手柄在可在室内转动进行解锁,所以目前一些不法分子针对此种特点,设计了一种可通过猫眼探入到房间内对内部手柄进行固定并解锁的连杆机构,因此针对这种状况目前通行的办法是将猫眼堵死,但是这种办法显然无法彻底的有效解决这一问题;
众所周知现有门锁的关闭流程为,在关门的一瞬间带有斜面的小锁舌首先进入到相应的锁孔内,然后锁芯内部的闩锁机构再启动进行相关的闭锁动作,整个闭锁的动作机械行程较长,从小锁舌锁定到闩锁机构启动并完全关闭中间起码要2-6秒的工作时间,而这段时间不法分子完全可以从外部进行打开,因此目前市场上急需一种能够在小锁舌闭锁的一瞬间就可以瞬间将门锁保险锁定的智能门锁。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种可以快速锁定的智能门锁结构,它能有效地解决背景技术中所存在的问题。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,它包含一个可嵌入安装到门板内的盒体1,该盒体1的内部安装有锁芯2;所述盒体1的两侧分别设置有解锁柱3和锁止柱4,所述解锁柱3和锁止柱4之间通过轴杆5连接固定,所述盒体1的两侧分别开设有可以与轴杆5间隙滑动配合的轴孔,所述轴杆5的中部固定有一个定位座6,该定位座6位于盒体1内,所述定位座6的底部设置有一个与锁芯2对接的传动机构,所述解锁柱3的端部嵌入安装有指纹识别装置7,所述锁止柱4的端部嵌入安装有一个按压式开关8;
所述解锁柱3的内侧安装有可与盒体1侧面接触的电磁铁圈100。
所述的传动机构包含一个可以与盒体1内壁转动连接配合的传动轮9,该传动轮9的外圆面上开设有一条弧形导向滑槽91,所述定位座6的底部固定有一根轴柱10,该轴柱10的下端与导向滑槽91间隙滑动配合,所述传动轮9的端部固定有一个驱动齿轮11,该驱动齿轮11的底部设置有一个可以与其啮合配合的从动齿轮12,所述从动齿轮12安装在锁芯2的方轴13上。
所述盒体1内安装有控制器,该控制器分别与按压式开关8和指纹识别装置7以及锁芯2对接。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:结构简单,使用方便,整个开锁和解锁都是通过来回的推动轴杆实现的,能够有效的杜绝连杆机构通过猫眼从内部打开门锁的情况,同时在关门的一瞬间就能够通过电磁铁圈将门锁保险锁定好。

参看图1,本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案予以实现,它包含一个可嵌入安装到门板内的盒体1,该盒体1的内部安装有锁芯2;所述盒体1的两侧分别设置有解锁柱3和锁止柱4,所述解锁柱3和锁止柱4之间通过轴杆5连接固定,所述盒体1的两侧分别开设有可以与轴杆5间隙滑动配合的轴孔,所述轴杆5的中部固定有一个定位座6,该定位座6位于盒体1内,所述定位座6的底部设置有一个与锁芯2对接的传动机构,所述解锁柱3的端部嵌入安装有指纹识别装置7,所述锁止柱4的端部嵌入安装有一个按压式开关8;
所述解锁柱3的内侧安装有可与盒体1侧面接触的电磁铁圈100。

所述盒体1内安装有控制器,该控制器分别与按压式开关8和指纹识别装置7以及锁芯2对接。
下面结合附图对本具体实施方式中技术方案部分的使用方法及其原理作进一步的阐述:
开锁时,首先通过指纹识别装置7读取用户的指纹信息,指纹信息吻合后控制器同时启动锁芯2和关闭电磁铁圈100上的电源,锁芯2中的闩锁机构收缩,接着即可拉动解锁柱3进行解锁,在拉动轴杆5的过程中通过定位座6带动轴柱10联动,轴柱10在移动的过程中进一步的驱动传动轮9转动,当驱动传动轮9转动时通过驱动齿轮11和从动齿轮12进一步的驱动锁芯2中的方轴13转动,方轴13转动后即可将锁芯2中的小锁舌向内收缩,从而实现解锁的目的;
关锁时,拉住锁止柱4作关门动作,同时按动锁止柱4上的按压式开关8,通过控制器启动电磁铁圈100吸附固定在盒体1的侧壁上,此时解锁柱3是无法从外面向外抽动的,当小锁舌锁在对应的锁孔内时,所述锁芯2内的闩锁机构中闩杆向外伸出至对应的锁孔内进行锁定动作。

1.一种可以快速锁定的智能门锁结构,其特征在于它包含一个可嵌入安装到门板内的盒体(1),该盒体(1)的内部安装有锁芯(2);所述盒体(1)的两侧分别设置有解锁柱(3)和锁止柱(4),所述解锁柱(3)和锁止柱(4)之间通过轴杆(5)连接固定,所述盒体(1)的两侧分别开设有与轴杆(5)间隙滑动配合的轴孔,所述轴杆(5)的中部固定有一个定位座(6),该定位座(6)位于盒体(1)内,所述定位座(6)的底部设置有一个与锁芯(2)对接的传动机构,所述解锁柱(3)的端部嵌入安装有指纹识别装置(7),所述锁止柱(4)的端部嵌入安装有一个按压式开关(8);所述解锁柱(3)的内侧安装有可与盒体(1)侧面接触的电磁铁圈(100);所述的传动机构包含一个与盒体(1)内壁转动连接配合的传动轮(9),该传动轮(9)的外圆面上开设有一条弧形导向滑槽(91),所述定位座(6)的底部固定有一根轴柱(10),该轴柱(10)的下端与导向滑槽(91)间隙滑动配合,所述传动轮(9)的端部固定有一个驱动齿轮(11),该驱动齿轮(11)的底部设置有一个与其啮合配合的从动齿轮(12),所述从动齿轮(12)安装在锁芯(2)的方轴(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以快速锁定的智能门锁结构,其特征在于所述盒体(1)内安装有控制器,该控制器分别与按压式开关(8)和指纹识别装置(7)以及锁芯(2)对接。
