一种环保型纺织浆料及其制备方法,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖3‑9份,抗皱剂2‑8份、顺丁烯二酸酐15‑20份,双丙烯酸丁二酯2‑6份,膨润土0.5‑1.5份,水性共聚醚酯2‑6份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5‑12份,丙烯酰胺5‑15份,丙烯酸丁酯4‑9份,醋酸乙烯酯2‑6份,引发剂1‑2份,催化剂0.8‑1.5份,氯化钙2‑6份,去离子水5‑10份、变性淀粉5‑10份。壳聚糖和变性淀粉的加入可以有效膨化和疏松织物纤维,提高织物的上浆率,膨润土的加入,可以大大提高浆膜的强度和韧性;本发明通过合理控制浆料各组分的含量和制备工艺条件,制备得到的纺织浆料粘度稳定,具有优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性,易于上浆与退浆,浆液废水易于处理,浆膜性能和上浆性能好,吸湿再粘性低,绿色环保,避免环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国民经济的不断发展,现代人对于纺织破品的要求越来越高,对使用的体验也提出了更加严苛的要求,纺织浆料使纱条表面被覆一层光滑、耐磨、柔韧且有一定强度的浆膜,使得纱条整体更为紧固,降低纱条表面的摩擦系数,同时使得部分浆液渗入纱线内部,增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应纺织制造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。目前浆料主要有三大类:淀粉(包括变性淀粉)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酸类(包括酸盐类、酰胺类、酯类),正在研制开发的还有水分散性聚酯浆料。然而,在生产浆料、使用浆料、退浆过程中,不可避免要对环境造成污染,而且已成为纺织行业较大的污染源之一。淀粉用于经纱上浆历史悠久,因为淀粉是一种再生植物,资源丰富来源广,价格低廉,对亲水性纤维(如棉麻、粘胶纤维)具有良好的粘附性能,因此在三大类浆料中用量最多,可利用对淀粉改性,使其提高浆膜柔韧性、粘着性、渗透性、耐磨性,可降解,不会对环境、人体造成有害影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型纺织浆料及其制备方法,该纺织浆料具有良好的成膜性和渗透性,不仅能减少污染,而且制备工艺简单,是一种环境友好型的工业产品。
本发明的技术方案:一种环保型纺织浆料,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖3-9份,抗皱剂2-8份、顺丁烯二酸酐15-20份, 双丙烯酸丁二酯2-6份,膨润土0.5-1.5份, 水性共聚醚酯2-6份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5-12份, 丙烯酰胺5-15份,丙烯酸丁酯4-9份, 醋酸乙烯酯2-6份,引发剂1-2份, 催化剂0.8-1.5份,氯化钙2-6份,去离子水5-10份、变性淀粉5-10份。
前述环保型纺织浆料,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖4-8份,抗皱剂3-7份、顺丁烯二酸酐17-19份, 双丙烯酸丁二酯3-5份,膨润土0.7-1.2份, 水性共聚醚酯3-5份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂7-10份, 丙烯酰胺10-13份,丙烯酸丁酯5-8份, 醋酸乙烯酯3-5份,引发剂1.2-1.6份, 催化剂1-1.3份,氯化钙3-5份,去离子水6-9份、变性淀粉6-9份。
前述环保型纺织浆料,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖7份,抗皱剂5份、顺丁烯二酸酐18份, 双丙烯酸丁二酯3-5份,膨润土1份, 水性共聚醚酯4份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂8份, 丙烯酰胺12份,丙烯酸丁酯7份, 醋酸乙烯酯4份,引发剂1.5份, 催化剂1.2份,氯化钙4份,去离子水7份、变性淀粉8份。
所述的环保型纺织浆料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、抗皱剂和去离子水混合,搅拌至溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)将顺丁烯二酸酐, 双丙烯酸丁二酯, 水性共聚醚酯,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂,丙烯酰胺,引发剂,催化剂,去离子水、变性淀粉和去离子水混合,升温至60-70℃,加入膨润土,引发剂和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀,升温至 80-90℃,反应2-6h,冷却至室温,在500W的功率下,超声1-3.5h,得到混 合液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的混合溶液和步骤(2)得到的混合液混合搅拌均匀,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯和氯化钙,9000转/分的状态下搅拌 1-2h,得到环保型纺织浆料。
与现有技术相比,壳聚糖和变性淀粉的加入可以有效膨化和疏松织物纤维,提高织物的上浆率,膨润土的加入,可以大大提高浆膜的强度和韧性;本发明通过合理控制浆料各组分的含量和制备工艺条件,制备得到的纺织浆料粘度稳定,具有优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性,易于上浆与退浆,浆液废水易于处理,浆膜性能和上浆性能好,吸湿再粘性低,绿色环保,避免环境污染。

一种环保型纺织浆料,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖3份,抗皱剂2份、顺丁烯二酸酐15份, 双丙烯酸丁二酯2份,膨润土0.5份, 水性共聚醚酯2份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂5份,丙烯酰胺5份,丙烯酸丁酯4份, 醋酸乙烯酯2份,引发剂1份, 催化剂0.8份,氯化钙2份,去离子水5份、变性淀粉5份。
所述的环保型纺织浆料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、抗皱剂和去离子水混合,搅拌至溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)将顺丁烯二酸酐, 双丙烯酸丁二酯, 水性共聚醚酯,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂,丙烯酰胺,引发剂,催化剂,去离子水、变性淀粉和去离子水混合,升温至60℃,加入膨润土,引发剂和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀,升温至 80℃,反应6h,冷却至室温,在500W的功率下,超声3.5h,得到混 合液;

所述的环保型纺织浆料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、抗皱剂和去离子水混合,搅拌至溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)将顺丁烯二酸酐, 双丙烯酸丁二酯, 水性共聚醚酯,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂,丙烯酰胺,引发剂,催化剂,去离子水、变性淀粉和去离子水混合,升温至70℃,加入膨润土,引发剂和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀,升温至 90℃,反应2h,冷却至室温,在500W的功率下,超声1h,得到混 合液;

3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型纺织浆料,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:壳聚糖7份,抗皱剂5份、顺丁烯二酸酐18份, 双丙烯酸丁二酯3-5份,膨润土1份, 水性共聚醚酯4份,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂8份, 丙烯酰胺12份,丙烯酸丁酯7份, 醋酸乙烯酯4份,引发剂1.5份, 催化剂1.2份,氯化钙4份,去离子水7份、变性淀粉8份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保型纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)将壳聚糖、抗皱剂和去离子水混合,搅拌至溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)将顺丁烯二酸酐, 双丙烯酸丁二酯, 水性共聚醚酯,乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂,丙烯酰胺,引发剂,催化剂,去离子水、变性淀粉和去离子水混合,升温至60-70℃,加入膨润土,引发剂和催化剂,搅拌混合均匀,升温至 80-90℃,反应2-6h,冷却至室温,在500W的功率下,超声1-3.5h,得到混 合液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的混合溶液和步骤(2)得到的混合液混合搅拌均匀,加入醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯和氯化钙,9000转/分的状态下搅拌 1-2h,得到环保型纺织浆料。
