More importantly, the vertebra of the human body is in a horizontal state during crawling, the vertebra is in the most free and relaxed state, the cervical vertebra, the thoracic vertebra and the lumbar vertebra are restored to normal physiological anatomical structure positions, the normal state of 4 bending physiological curves of the vertebra is kept, crawling training in various forms performed under the state enhances the strength of muscle groups around the vertebra, the lateral curvature and the kyphosis of the vertebra are corrected, the extensibility and the balance capability of the vertebra are improved, and the purpose of treating lumbar muscle strain, sciatica, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis and related diseases of the vertebra is achieved.
At present, some products for active crawling training at home and abroad mainly have the functions of physical training and body shaping, so that only a single active crawling mode is available, the scoliosis training and auxiliary exercise training cannot be realized to influence the rehabilitation process of a patient, and the rehabilitation effect is not ideal.
