Abstract
The invention discloses an external fixation guide plate for accurately positioning pelvic fracture surgery, which comprises a support and a working device, wherein the working device comprises a punching device and a positioning device, the support comprises a middle part and a left side wing and a right side wing, the middle part is of an inverted isosceles trapezoid structure, the punching device is respectively arranged at the end parts of the 2 side wings, the positioning device is of a cylindrical needle cylinder structure, the positioning devices are respectively arranged at 4 top points of the middle part, the upper 2 positioning devices are used for positioning iliac wings of pelvis of a patient, and the lower 2 positioning devices are used for positioning pubic tubercle parts. The four positioning devices are arranged on the support to realize the positioning of the pelvis, and the pelvis support is manufactured to realize the accurate positioning in the operation process, so that the pain of a patient is reduced, and the success probability of the operation is increased.

Technical Field

Background
Pelvic fracture is one of the most serious injuries in trauma orthopedics, and is commonly seen in high-energy injuries such as traffic accident injury and high-altitude falling injury. The mortality rate of pelvic fracture is about 1/6 (5-30%), the mortality rate of closed fracture combined with hypotension is about 1/4 (10-42%), and the mortality rate of open fracture is about 1/2. Early uncontrolled massive bleeding is a major factor affecting mortality. Different hemostasis measures are required depending on the source of bleeding, but it is currently accepted that early recovery of pelvic volume is the most basic and effective measure. The method for restoring the pelvis volume comprises bed sheet binding in the pre-hospital (before entering a medical institution) treatment stage, a pelvis splint, a pelvis fixing belt, an external fixing support in the in-hospital emergency treatment stage and C-shaped fixing clamps. The C-shaped fixing forceps, also known as Ganz pelvis fixing forceps, are temporary fixing hemostatic instruments used in emergency departments in developed countries at present and owned by a few hospitals in China. The main drawback of the C-clamp is the relative complexity of the operation, which requires the cooperation of several persons. The needle insertion point is relatively difficult to locate, and when the position is not good and needs to be adjusted, the needle insertion point needs to be located from the beginning.
