本发明属于农药制剂制备技术领域,公开了一种具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂,其所具有的植物源增效成分为扁茎黄芪提取物,还包括海藻提取物、桔子精油、卵磷脂和表面活性剂;以重量百分比计,所述飞防油剂中,扁茎黄芪提取物的含量为5~20%,海藻提取物的含量为5~20%,桔子精油的含量为20~78%,卵磷脂的含量为10~30%,表面活性剂的含量为2~10%。所述扁茎黄芪提取物至少对啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺、异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌酯、氟硅唑、福美双、多菌灵、丙环唑表现出增效作用。本发明有效抑制了航空植保雾滴飘逸,延缓了药剂在植物叶片表面的蒸腾或挥发,提高了飞防药剂的有效利用率。

具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及农药制剂,具体涉及一种具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂。本发明所述飞防油剂适用于农用航空植保或(超)低容量喷雾。
背景技术
农业的发展离不开农药,但农药在给农业发展做出重大贡献的同时,也给自然环境带来了危害。近年来,由于化学农药的滥用,增加了害虫的抗药性,导致农药用量和次数不断增加,进一步加剧了环境污染和生态破坏,造成了恶性循环,严重危害了人类的生活与健康。据相关报道,在农药的施用过程中,仅约5%发挥其应有的作用,而绝大部分农药流失到水土等周围环境中,造成环境危害。如何提高农药有效利用率,降低农药在非靶标环境中的投放量,已成为我国农药学科亟待解决的问题,农药合理使用技术的研究是目前农药学研究的热点之一。
扁茎黄芪(Astragalus complanatus R.Ex Bge.)又名大沙菀、蔓黄芪、夏黄草、为豆科黄芪属植物。其种子入药,药材名为沙菀子,具有补肾、固精、缩尿、养肝明目的功能,用于治疗头晕目昏、腰膝酸软、遗尿尿频、余沥不尽、遗精早泄等症。扁茎黄芪是一种广泛分布于我国华北、东北的野生草本植物,在陕西渭南地区作为中药材大面积种植,其种子即为中药“沙苑子”。同时,扁茎黄芪也是一种牛、羊喜食的饲料,其营养价值高于苜蓿。收完种子的扁茎黄芪茎秆、根茎除少量作为牲畜的冬储饲料外,大多成为农业废弃物。
使用植保无人机进行飞防作业是近几年对农田进行病虫害防治的发展趋势之一。使用飞机施药、植保也常被简称为“飞防”,或是农用航空植保。飞防与常规的人工喷雾相比,具有快速、高效、灵活和突击性强等特点,在美、日、韩等发达国家已经有几十年的经验,走在世界的前列,而我国近几年在飞防领域发展快速。据相关统计显示,我国常年化学农药制剂使用量在100万吨左右。目前,我国农药施用大多仍以传统的背负式喷杆喷雾器喷雾为主,药液用量大、“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象严重,农药有效利用率仅30%左右,远低于美、日、韩等发达国家。鉴于我国化学农药使用量大却有效利用率低,近年来植保无人机得以飞速发展。
运用植保无人机进行飞防作业,首要解决的是飞防药剂的问题。飞防药剂不同于常规农药制剂,而飞防专用药剂应用于低容量或超低容量施药,需要满足沉降性、抗飘逸性、高粘附性等要求。需要指出的是,航空植保由于喷雾飞机距离农作物或树木有约1~15米的距离,雾滴下落过程中受风的影响出现飘逸,偏离制定靶标或停留在空中,同时到达靶标表面的雾滴也容易脱落,蒸腾或挥发快速,导致农药有效利用率低,对空气和土壤造成污染,对临近作物产生药害。据文献调研结果获知,缓解或降低飞防药剂雾滴飘逸的技术手段已有使用尿素增加药液的比重;加入聚丙烯酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠等高分子聚合物增加药液的粘度;或者加入有机硅、甘油等。这些举措的作用比较单一,并不能从根本上解决飞防药剂的飘逸性问题。还有,专利CN106689122A给出一种农用航空植保喷雾或超低容量喷雾使用的喷雾助剂,其以植物油或改性植物油为主要原料,辅以乳化剂、润湿剂、粘结剂等。这种喷雾助剂虽对飞防药剂的性能有所改善,但仍具有作用单一的缺陷,并不能从根本上解决农药使用减量的目的;同时这种喷雾助剂组分较多,具有较高的复杂性,不便于工厂化生产配制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:(1)航空植保雾滴飘逸是造成飞防药剂有效利用率低的主要原因,同时也是致使临近作物产生药害的直接原因;(2)航空植保雾滴在飘落过程中,或是在植物叶片表面蒸腾或挥发快速,不利于靶标作物持续有效地吸收药液;(3)化学农药制剂长期大量的施用,其残留已对环境造成了污染;(4)中药植物扁茎黄芪综合利用率低。
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂。具体而言,这种具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂,其所具有的植物源增效成分为扁茎黄芪提取物,所述扁茎黄芪提取物对多种化学杀菌剂表现出增效作用。
所述扁茎黄芪提取物即为豆科植物扁茎黄芪提取物。扁茎黄芪提取物的获取原料可以是扁茎黄芪的根、茎、叶,也可以用扁茎黄芪整株。在本发明中,所述扁茎黄芪提取物优选为扁茎黄芪全植株的提取物。在另外的实施方式中,优选地,所述扁茎黄芪提取物以中药沙苑子(扁茎黄芪的种子)为原料的提取物。
至于扁茎黄芪提取物的制备,本发明对扁茎黄芪提取物的制备方法并不做特别的限定,可以选用水浸提、有机溶剂浸提、超临界二氧化碳提取或是其它常规的方式。
有机溶剂浸提可以作为获取所述扁茎黄芪提取物的优选方式之一,其操作过程大致如下:粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪,用有机溶剂浸提扁茎黄芪粉碎物,回收浸提液中的有机溶剂,得到所述扁茎黄芪提取物的浓缩液,即得所述扁茎黄芪提取物。本发明所述有机溶剂优选为甲醇、乙醇、氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯中的一种或是其混合物,或其它可以获得所述扁茎黄芪提取物的有机溶剂。具体地,扁茎黄芪粉碎后,采取有机溶剂热回流提取,提取3次,合并提取物。所选用的有机溶剂可以为醇类(比如甲醇、乙醇等)、酮类(比如丙酮等)、醚类(比如乙醚等)。对本发明而言,可以选用乙醇提取扁茎黄芪,热回流提取时间为2~6小时,加热提取温度设定为20~70℃,合并3次提取物,用旋转蒸发仪脱去溶剂后得扁茎黄芪提取物。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步优选,所述扁茎黄芪提取物由下述方法制备:扁茎黄芪粉碎后,采取乙醇热回流提取3次,每次提取6小时,热回流温度为70℃,合并3次提取物,提取物脱去溶剂后即得扁茎黄芪提取物。
超临界流体萃取同样可以作为获取所述扁茎黄芪提取物的优选方式之一,其操作过程大致如下:将粉碎干燥后的扁茎黄芪置于萃取釜中,萃取剂选用二氧化碳,萃取压力15~30MPa,萃取温度40~60℃,萃取时间2~6h,萃取完成后减压回收二氧化碳,即得所述扁茎黄芪提取物。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步优选,除含有扁茎黄芪提取物外,所述飞防油剂的组分还包括海藻提取物、桔子精油、卵磷脂和表面活性剂;以重量百分比计,所述飞防油剂中,扁茎黄芪提取物的含量为5~20%,海藻提取物的含量为5~20%,桔子精油的含量为20~78%,卵磷脂的含量为10~30%,表面活性剂的含量为2~10%。
随着人们环保、社会可持续发展意识的增强,将农药的副作用降至最小,实现化学农药的合理使用已成为全世界的共识。在农药的施用过程中使用各种增效剂,提高农药喷洒过程中的利用率、提高药效、减少农药的使用量亦是一种现实可行的解决方法。基于这一研究思路,本发明探究了扁茎黄芪提取物对化学杀菌剂的增效作用。通过大量的生测实验获知,扁茎黄芪提取物对啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺、异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌酯、氟硅唑、福美双、多菌灵、丙环唑等多种化学杀菌剂表现出增效作用。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步优选,所述飞防油剂的组分还包括海藻提取物,所述海藻提取物为石莼提取物、半叶马尾藻提取物的一种或其组合。我国南方海区海藻,尤其是石莼和半叶马尾藻,资源丰富、产量高,但有待充分的合理开发利用,更未见其在农业病害防治中的应用。
至于海藻提取物的制备,本发明对海藻提取物的制备方法并不做特别的限定,可以选用水浸提、有机溶剂浸提、超临界二氧化碳提取或是其它常规的方式。有机溶剂浸提可以作为获取所述扁茎黄芪提取物的优选方式之一,其操作过程大致如下:将采集的石莼(半叶马尾藻)先用水冲洗掉表面的泥沙,以及洗去石莼(半叶马尾藻)表面的大部分可溶性盐;将石莼(半叶马尾藻)置于烘箱中烘至恒重;将烘干的石莼粉碎,采取有机溶剂热回流提取,提取3次,合并提取物。进一步优选地,所述的石莼(半叶马尾藻)提取物由下述方法制备:将采集的提取物先用自来水冲洗掉表面的泥沙,及洗去石莼(半叶马尾藻)表面的大部分可溶性盐;将石莼(半叶马尾藻)置于60~100℃烘箱中烘干;将烘干的石莼(半叶马尾藻)使用粉碎机粉碎,采取乙醇热回流提取3次,每次提取2~6小时,热回流温度为20~70℃,合并3次提取物,提取物脱去溶剂后即得石莼(半叶马尾藻)提取物。
在上述配方中,选用桔子精油作为溶剂,其具有广泛的本土和药用价值;另外,桔子精油具有独特的香味,经本专利申请的发明人探索发现,桔子精油易被植物叶片吸收,避免在植物叶片上积存产生油污,进而影响植物叶片的光合作用。
卵磷脂在上述配方中具有相对较多的投加量,其在飞防油剂中的作用是有效地缓解或降低飞防药剂雾滴飘逸,同时减弱药剂的蒸腾或挥发,使得植物叶面充分的吸收飞防药剂。另外,卵磷脂也起到一定的表面活性剂的作用,可以降低水油表面张力,能在界面上形成一层致密的界面膜,对分散的颗粒具有保护作用。进一步的研究表明,由于卵磷脂的吸附和摩擦等作用使得液滴带电,带电液滴在界面的两侧形成双电层结构,同时由于双电层的排斥作用使得液滴难以凝聚。
经本专利申请的发明人探索,本发明所述表面活性剂可以选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙中的一种或几种的组合。对本领域的普通技术人员来说,配制所述飞防药剂时,除上述表面活性剂外,还可本发明的提示选用其它种类的表面活性剂。对此,本发明不做限定。
另一方面,本发明还给出了所述的具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂的使用方法。具体地,所述飞防油剂与化学杀菌剂现配现用。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步优选,所述飞防油剂在喷施前以桶混形式添加到化学杀菌剂的稀释液中。
作为本发明技术方案的进一步优选,所述化学杀菌剂至少包括啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺、异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌酯、氟硅唑、福美双、多菌灵、丙环唑。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂至少具有下述的有益效果或优点。
(1)本发明所述飞防油剂含有扁茎黄芪提取物,扁茎黄芪提取物对啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺、异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌酯、氟硅唑、福美双、多菌灵、丙环唑等多种化学杀菌剂表现出增效作用,进而降低化学农药使用剂量,对农作物无公害生产具有重要意义。
(2)扁茎黄芪作为提取植物源增效成分的材料,作为牛羊饲料已有多年历史,对人畜安全、环境友好,扁茎黄芪全株为自然界中的植物,因此其提取物在自然条件下易于分解,对环境和周围的生态系统安全,没有环境污染问题。本发明利用中药材废弃物,将扁茎黄芪提取物开发成所述飞防油剂,实现了扁茎黄芪的综合利用。
(3)海藻提取物的添加,有效地缓解或降低飞防药剂雾滴飘逸,同时减弱药剂的蒸腾或挥发。另一方面,石莼和半叶马尾藻提取物加入至飞防油剂中,有利于海藻资源的开发利用。
(4)在所述飞防油剂中,通过合理选用扁茎黄芪提取物、海藻提取物、桔子精油、卵磷脂和表面活性剂,并确定相应的百分含量,在很大程度上抑制了航空植保雾滴飘逸的现象,有效延缓了药剂在植物叶片表面的蒸腾或挥发,利于靶标作物持续有效地吸收药液,提高了飞防药剂有效利用率,同时也避免了或减轻了因雾滴飘逸导致的临近作物产生药害。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
(一)飞防油剂制备
制剂实施例1
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物5kg,石莼提取物5kg,桔子精油78kg,卵磷脂10kg,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2kg。
制备工艺:现将部分桔子精油与部分卵磷脂混合均匀,投入扁茎黄芪提取物50kg和石莼提取物50kg,搅拌混匀后,加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2kg和剩余的桔子精油、卵磷脂,充分搅拌混合均匀。
下述飞防油剂的制备参照与制剂实施例1的制备工艺,下文不再赘述。
制剂实施例2
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物8kg,半叶马尾藻提取物10kg,桔子精油65kg,卵磷脂12kg,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5kg。
制剂实施例3
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物10kg,半叶马尾藻提取物与石莼提取物的混合物12kg(半叶马尾藻提取物与石莼提取物的质量比为1:1),桔子精油45kg,卵磷脂25kg,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8kg。
制剂实施例4
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物12kg,石莼提取物15kg,桔子精油48kg,卵磷脂15kg,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯10kg。
制剂实施例5
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物15kg,半叶马尾藻提取物10kg,桔子精油35kg,卵磷脂30kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯10kg。
制剂实施例6
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物20kg,半叶马尾藻提取物15kg,桔子精油25kg,卵磷脂30kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10kg。
制剂实施例7
配方组成:扁茎黄芪提取物20kg,半叶马尾藻提取物与石莼提取物的混合物20kg(半叶马尾藻提取物与石莼提取物的质量比为2:3),桔子精油20kg,卵磷脂30kg,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚10kg。
(二)生物测定部分
生测实施例1
本实施例测定了扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物对啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺的增效作用。
试验对象为黄瓜灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)。将扁茎黄芪提取物和啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺原药配制成需要的试验药剂,试验方法采用盆栽法。
首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验的基础上,抑菌率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设空白对照,重复4次。采用盆栽法,将药液均匀喷施于叶面,待药液自然风干后备用。用孢子悬浮液喷雾接种,然后移至保温箱(相对湿度95%以上,温度20~22℃)黑暗条件下培养24h,然后在温度为20~25℃、12h光暗交替、相对湿度80%~90%的条件下培养7d。待空白对照病叶率达到50%以上时,分级调查各处理发病情况,每处理调查30片叶。根据调查数据,计算各处理的病情指数和防治效果。

从表1的结果可以看出,啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺与扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物混合后杀菌活性均有了显著提高,增效作用明显,在达到相同防治效果时可以成倍降低化学农药的使用量。
生测实施例2
本实施例测定了扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物对异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌的增效作用。
试验对象为苹果斑点落叶病菌(Alternaria mali)。将扁茎黄芪提取物和异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌原药配制成需要的试验药剂,首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验的基础上,抑菌率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设空白对照,重复4次。采用菌丝生长速率法,将培养好的病原菌,在无菌条件下用直径为5mm的打孔器,自菌落边缘切取菌饼,用接种针将菌饼接于不同浓度的培养基平板上,置于26℃恒温箱中培养72h。用游标卡尺测量菌落的增长直径,计算各处理抑菌效果。

从表2的结果可以看出,异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌与扁茎黄芪甲醇提取物混合后杀菌活性均有了显著提高,增效作用明显,在达到相同防治效果时可以成倍降低化学农药的使用量。
生测实施例3
2017年,在山东省寿光市进行了扁茎黄芪乙醇提取物对250克/升嘧菌酯悬浮剂、10%氟硅唑水乳剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂防治黄瓜白粉病增效作用的田间试验,验证了该各药剂及其与扁茎黄芪乙醇提取物混用后对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果及对黄瓜的安全性。
试验作物为黄瓜,防治对象为黄瓜白粉病(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)。试验设在寿光市稻田镇东稻田村,试验田地势平坦,土壤为壤土,肥力中等,pH值68,试验期间肥水管理中等。试验药剂及剂量详见表3。另设空白对照,每处理4次重复,每小区30㎡,随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法,亩施药液45kg,均匀喷洒在叶片正反面。
调查与统计方法:施药前调查病情基数,最后一次施药后10~14d再调查一次,共调查2次。每小区随机取四点,每点调查2株的全部叶片,每片叶按照病斑占叶面积的百分率分级记录。分级方法:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的11%~20%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的21%~40%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的40%以上。
病情指数=[∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶片数×9)]×100
防治效果(%)=[1-(对照施药前病情指数×处理施药后病情指数)/(对照施药后病情指数×处理施药前病情指数]×100

田间试验结果(表3)显示,扁茎黄芪乙醇提取物增效的制剂实施例对黄瓜白粉病有很好的防治效果,分别按有效成分150g/公顷、40g/公顷、35g/公顷喷雾2次,对黄瓜白粉病第2次药后10天的防效分别为94.82%、95.12%、95.28%,明显优250克/升嘧菌酯悬浮剂、10%氟硅唑水乳剂、50%福美双可湿性粉剂对黄瓜白粉病的防效。通过对药后10天差异显著性分析,差异达极显著水平。
对黄瓜的安全性调查,喷药后第1天及药后若干天观察,各试验处理对黄瓜无药害现象发生。
生测实施例4
2017年,在陕西省咸阳市礼泉县进行了飞防油剂对80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、50%丙环唑水乳剂、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂防治苹果褐斑病增效作用的田间试验,验证了该药剂对苹果褐斑病的防治效果及对苹果树的安全性。本实施例采用的飞防油剂的配方参见制剂实施例4,使用方法为现配现用,在喷雾前将飞防油剂加入药剂的稀释液中,搅拌均匀。
试验作物为苹果树,防治对象为苹果褐斑病(Marssonina coronaria)。试验设在礼泉县,试验田地势平坦,土壤为中壤土,肥力中等,pH值7.6,试验期间肥水管理中等。设空白对照,每处理4次重复,每小区2棵树,随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法。
调查与统计方法:施药前调查病情基数,第二次后10d再调查一次。每处理小区均按照树冠上部、內膛、外围和下部以及东、南、西、北的原则,取16根枝条,定点挂牌,逐叶分级定期调查其全部叶片,记录总叶数,各级病叶数。分级方法:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~15%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的16%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的50%以上。

田间试验结果(表4)显示,制剂实施例4的飞防油剂与80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、50%丙环唑水乳剂、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂混用对苹果褐斑病有很好的防治效果,分别按有效成分300g/公顷、85g/公顷、200g/公顷喷雾2次,对苹果褐斑病春梢期的防效分别为97.19%、96.90%、97.13%,明显优80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、50%丙环唑水乳剂、50%异菌脲可湿性粉剂对苹果褐斑病的防效。通过对药后10天差异显著性分析,差异达极显著水平。
对苹果树的安全性调查,喷药后连续7天观察,各试验处理对苹果树无药害现象发生。
(三)雾滴蒸发实验
测定制剂实施例1至7的雾滴蒸发速率。本实验的对照药剂1为不添加海藻提取物的飞防油剂,对照药剂2为不添加卵磷脂飞防油剂,设置清水对照。
在直径30mm的培养皿中加入待测样品2g并使样品均匀平铺,然后放入25℃、相对湿度50%的恒温培养箱中,10min后取出测定重量,根据重量变化计算挥发速率,所用天平为万分之一精度天平。结果见表5。

雾滴蒸发实验结果(表5)表明:扁茎黄芪提取物制备成飞防油剂,蒸发速度最高达3.47μg/(cm2·s),而对比药剂1蒸发速度高达4.38μg/(cm2·s),对比药剂2蒸发速度高达4.35μg/(cm2·s),纯水的蒸发速度高达4.21μg/(cm2·s)。表明,本发明的飞防油剂能明显抑制或降低农药液滴的蒸发。
(四)雾滴漂移实验
将制剂实施例4和6,与对照药剂1(不添加海藻提取物)和2(不添加卵磷脂),配置成一系列待测样品。划分面积为50m*20m的作业小区,在作业小区下风口20m处放置5个高度为1m的旋转漂移收集器。在下风口距离作业边缘1m、3m、5m、10m、15m、20m处放置培养皿,每个距离放置5-10个培养皿。实验结果见表6。

雾滴漂移实验结果(表6)表明:飞防油剂(制剂实施例4和6)的雾滴飘失分别为0.24%和0.30%,而对照药剂1雾滴飘失为0.63%,对照药剂2雾滴飘失为0.65%,纯水雾滴飘失为0.67%。表明,本发明的飞防油剂能大大降低雾滴漂移。
上面结合实施例对本发明做了进一步的叙述,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (4)

1.具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂,其所具有的植物源增效成分为扁茎黄芪提取物,所述扁茎黄芪提取物采用甲醇或乙醇为溶剂制备,所述扁茎黄芪提取物对啶酰菌胺、吡唑醚菌酯、氟吡菌酰胺、异菌脲、戊唑醇、代森锰锌、嘧菌酯、氟硅唑、福美双、多菌灵、丙环唑表现出增效作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂,其特征在于,所述飞防油剂的组分还包括海藻提取物、桔子精油、卵磷脂和表面活性剂;以重量百分比计,所述飞防油剂中,扁茎黄芪提取物的含量为5~20%,海藻提取物的含量为5~20%,桔子精油的含量为20~78%,卵磷脂的含量为10~30%,表面活性剂的含量为2~10%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂,其特征在于,所述海藻提取物为石莼提取物、半叶马尾藻提取物的一种或其组合。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项所述的具有植物源增效成分的飞防油剂的使用方法,所述飞防油剂与化学杀菌剂现配现用。
