背景技术
天线罩是雷达传感器的对雷达射束基本上透明的覆盖物,其中雷达传感器发射雷达射束并且优选地还再次接收雷达射束,以便能够从中生成雷达传感器的环境的图像或能够生成关于此的信息。

本发明的一个实施例提供了一种用于制造天线罩的方法,其中使用具有金属结构的柔性印刷电路板,并且该柔性印刷电路板用热塑性塑料进行背面注塑(hinterspritzt),并且电接触元件与柔性印刷电路板连接,其中在背面注塑之前向接触元件上放置连接器筐部。由此,可以在背面注塑时,尤其是在注塑模具中保护与柔性印刷电路板连接的接触元件。在此,连接器筐部被置于接触元件之上,并且借助于塑料材料的背面注塑与柔性印刷电路板连接。
在此,特别有利的是,柔性印刷电路板由具有金属结构的柔性膜制成。由此,可以实现简单的构造,其中同时还可以通过选择例如层压膜来影响膜的强度。
特别有利的是,接触元件与金属结构导电地连接。由此,可以进行金属结构到电路的良好连接,以便将金属结构用作电加热装置。

金属化部有利地由铜制成。金属化部或其结构可以被汽相沉积(aufgedampft)。可替代地,金属化部也可以由其它材料制成、例如由铝等制成。该结构的涂敷也可以以其它方式进行。
为了改善背面注塑的塑料11在膜5上的附着,可以例如通过预处理来生成预定义的表面结构。由此,在膜的表面上产生层12,所述层12优选地用于与背面注塑的塑料的增强连接。表面结构例如可以通过压印膜的液体粘结剂形式的部分的表面层来实现。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于制造天线罩(10)的方法,其中使用具有金属结构(41)的柔性印刷电路板(40),并且柔性印刷电路板(40)被压印并且用热塑性塑料(60)进行背面注塑,并且接触元件(46)与柔性印刷电路板(40)的金属结构(41)导电地连接,以使金属结构(41)用作电加热装置,其中在背面注塑以前向接触元件(46)上放置连接器筐部(50),连接器筐部(50)通过包覆成形和热塑性塑料(60)的背面注塑与柔性印刷电路板(40)连接并与背面注塑的热塑性塑料(60)一体化地形成基板,且热塑性塑料(60)被背面注塑在柔性印刷电路板(40)的具有金属结构(41)的一侧,接触元件(46)部分地被连接器筐部(50)覆盖,并且部分地通过连接器筐部(50)中的开口穿出。
