本发明涉及家用和商用加热炉具。
背景技术
现有家用炉具,主要有二个燃气炉头,还有用电磁炉、光波炉、电陶炉,下面列表指出现有炉具的缺陷和不足:
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服以上几类炉具的缺陷,采用不同炉头,既可用燃气,也可选用电力。
本发明的技术措施是所述电热炉和燃气炉组合的多头炉具在现有燃气炉中,一侧采用燃气炉头15,一侧采用电热炉头16。
电热炉头16由敞开式面板(或称火盖)1、壳体2、电加热部件3、伸出面板的测温元件4、控制器5、显示器6、储能隔热板8、风扇9、锅具支架10、底板11构成,所述敞开式面板1,采用储能多孔非金属陶瓷板或多孔金属板或网板;在中心部位有孔,孔中装有伸出面板与锅具底部直接接触的测温元件4,在面板1与保温隔热层8之间装有电加热部件;电加热部件3采用1根或多根抽真空的碳纤维管或卤素管,或在合金电热丝外圈有保护电热丝的非金属玻璃管,并防止合金发热丝外露,非金属管弯曲成圆形或非圆形;用多根电热丝时,构成内环和外环火力或不同层面的火力;有风扇将热量向上吹。
电热炉头的面板(1)为网板,在面板之下,电加热部件之上,设置有水槽,溢水时,由水槽收集,流至下部排出,或者有倾斜的,能确保热空气向上流通,又防止溢水的鱼鳞板(14-2)或多层板(14-1);电加热部件,采用抽真空的碳纤维管或卤素电热管或采用裸体电热丝,电热丝之外有玻璃管保护,构成的电热炉头可为独立部件,或与壳体、控制器、显示器制成为产品,再安装在炉具上。
电加热部件3通电工作时,背向锅底一面所产生的热量由保温隔热板8吸收,并逐步升高温度与电加热部件面向锅具所产生的热量,同时通过敞开的孔或网眼自动或强制对锅底加热;当超过限定温度,测温元件通过控制器5使电加热部件3降低负荷或断续工作,由储能部件提供热量,通过敞开式面板的孔对锅具加热。
所述燃气炉头对现有直接燃烧的气炉头或红外炉头产品可以任意选用,本专利申请提供一种增氧燃烧炉头15,由敞开式面板或称火盖1、壳体2、燃气供气通道15-1、燃气室15-2、空气室15-3、空气输送管15-4风扇9构成,燃气室和空气室相通,敞开式面板由多孔陶瓷板或多孔金属板制成,有些孔中装有空气输送管15-4;燃气供气通道15-1有进风口,燃气在燃气室15-2中混合后,点火燃烧,燃烧时,在面板上形成红外线,并提高燃烧温度,风扇9启动后,向空气室15-3送入空气,并通过空气输送管15-4送入面板的孔中,增加氧气供应量,由于空气中含有氧气,因氧气助燃,可使燃气完全燃烧,提高热值。
所述煮饭功能是在电热炉头一侧的显示器6中,设置有煮饭按钮,按下功能按钮后,在无人值守的情况下,自动完成煮饭的全过程。
本发明的有益效果,是既可用燃气又可用电力的双头炉具,核心内容是:
1.放置锅具的面板有孔或有网眼是敞开式结构;
2.测温元件伸出面板直接与锅具底部接触;
3.电加热部件采用抽真空的碳纤维管或卤素管,或在合金电热丝外有保护电热丝的非金属玻璃管;
4.电加热部件面向锅具一面所产生的热量和背向锅具一面所产生的热量,全部通过敞开式面板的孔或网眼,自动或强制流向锅底加热,并有储存的热量可用,其热效率高于现有任何炉具;
5.显示器面板上有煮饭按钮,可实现智能煮饭。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例进行说明:
图1是电热炉头与燃气炉头组合的双头炉具,在同一个炉具中有电热炉头和燃气炉头,不同炉头既可使用燃气,也可使用电力,使用电热炉时,为智能控制,其中电热炉头的锅具放置在锅具支架10上,电加热部件3通电工作后,所产生的热量分为两部分:面向锅具底部的热量直接对底部加热,背向锅具底部的热量形成高温热气,自动或强制对锅具加热。
图2至图4是电热炉头结构图,敞开式面板1由多孔非金属陶瓷板或多孔金属板或网板制作,在放置锅具的火力中心部位有孔,其中装有伸出面板的测温元件4;在敞开式面板1的下部装有电加热部件3,其上半部发出的热量直接加热锅底;下半部产生的热量由储能隔热板8吸收,储能隔热板8有孔使温度较低的流气,通过炉壁吸热板7和电加热部件3后,温度会提高到30%以上,并穿过面板1,流向锅具底部加热食物。
图5图6采用网板的炉头,图6采用裸体电热丝,可制成产品,再安装在炉具上。
图7至图9是增氧燃气炉头,由燃气供气通道15-1送入燃气室15-2的燃气,已经和空气进行了混合,在大气压力下进行点火燃烧;由于空气室15-3和燃气室15-2是相联通的当启动风扇9后为正压,不会回火,不会爆燃;在面板的一些孔中,插入了空气输送管15-4,更可增加空气的供应量,实现增氧燃烧,提高燃烧效率。
所述智能煮饭,目前无论燃气炉、电磁炉、光波炉、电陶炉都无法实现此功能,必须由人工守候才行,本专利申请提出了直接探测锅具实时温度的技术方案,使电热炉和燃气炉组合的多头炉具,在电热炉头上除实现煮饭外,还有炒菜、煲粥、煲汤、鱼类、蒸鸡、肉类、蹄筋、豆类、煮奶烧烤等功能,全部一键搞定,无需人员值守,而且实现节能。
所述燃气炉头和电热炉头,可以按用户需要搭配组合,也可以制成单个炉头或多个电炉头或不设置燃气炉头都在本专利保护之内。

1.电热炉和燃气炉组合的多头炉具,由燃气炉头和电热炉头组成,其特征在于:电热炉头中,面板采用多孔金属板或多孔陶瓷板或网板,是敞开式结构;面板与储能隔热层(8)之间装有电热部件,电加热部件(3)采用1根或多根抽真空的卤素管或碳纤维管,或在合金电热丝外有保护电热丝的非金属玻璃管;有风扇将热风往上吹。
