本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种医用透气胶带的制备方法;将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔。

医用透气胶带的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种医用透气胶带的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内生产的胶带涂布技术大多利用刮刀刮胶涂布技术和普通钢辊转移印胶技术,都是将胶满涂在布上,生产出的胶带多为满涂的胶面状态,产品不具备透气功能,或者透气效果很差,使用过程中会感觉舒适性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种透气效果好、使用舒适性高的医用透气胶带的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种医用透气胶带的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔;
所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为10-18份,增粘树脂为8-16份,纳米银0.2-0.8份、软化剂为0.01-0.06份,维生素E为0.1-0.6份,溶剂乙醇10-20份;
(2)再进入烘箱烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;最后,由收卷装置对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。
优选的,所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的粘度值大于3300CPS。
优选的,所述纯棉纱布的厚度为28-30μm。
优选的,所述压敏胶层的厚度为34-36μm。
优选的,所述透气孔的形状为三角形。
优选的,所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为15份,增粘树脂为12份,纳米银0.5份、软化剂为0.03份,维生素E为0.4份,溶剂乙醇15份。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明的医用透气胶带有效解决了医用胶带透气不好的问题,采用新的工艺技术,涂胶面具有透气孔,代替了满涂胶面,产品的透气性较好,提高了医用胶带产品的舒适性。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种医用透气胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布的厚度为28μm;纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔,透气孔的形状为三角形;溶剂型医用压敏胶的粘度值大于3300CPS;在纯棉纱布正面涂覆的压敏胶的厚度为34μm;溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为10份,增粘树脂为8份,纳米银0.2份、软化剂为0.01份,维生素E为0.1份,溶剂乙醇10份;
(2)再进入烘箱烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;最后,由收卷装置对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。
实施例2
一种医用透气胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布的厚度为30μm;纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔,透气孔的形状为三角形;溶剂型医用压敏胶的粘度值大于3300CPS;在纯棉纱布正面涂覆的压敏胶的厚度为36μm;溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为15份,增粘树脂为12份,纳米银0.5份、软化剂为0.03份,维生素E为0.4份,溶剂乙醇15份;
(2)再进入烘箱烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;最后,由收卷装置对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。
实施例3
一种医用透气胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布的厚度为28μm;纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔,透气孔的形状为三角形;溶剂型医用压敏胶的粘度值大于3300CPS;在纯棉纱布正面涂覆的压敏胶的厚度为36μm;所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为10-18份,增粘树脂为16份,纳米银0.8份、软化剂为0.06份,维生素E为0.6份,溶剂乙醇20份;
(2)再进入烘箱烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;最后,由收卷装置对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。
很好解决了医用胶带透气不好的问题,采用新的工艺技术,涂胶面具有透气孔,代替了满涂胶面,产品的透气性较好,提高了医用胶带产品的舒适性。

1.一种医用透气胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯棉纱布从布料放卷装置中放出,纯棉纱布经过胶槽、刮刀和托布辊,将胶槽中的溶剂型医用压敏胶刮涂在纯棉纱布的正面,将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的纯棉纱布进入红外线烘箱进行预烘干,红外线烘箱内设有高压空气射孔装置,高压空气从纯棉纱布的背面吹射,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从纯棉纱布的背面吹射高压空气使纯棉纱布正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔;
所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为10-18份,增粘树脂为8-16份,纳米银0.2-0.8份、软化剂为0.01-0.06份,维生素E为0.1-0.6份,溶剂乙醇10-20份;
(2)再进入烘箱烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;最后,由收卷装置对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。

4.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述压敏胶层的厚度为34-36μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述透气孔的形状为三角形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用透气胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂型医用压敏胶的质量份组成为:合成胶为15份,增粘树脂为12份,纳米银0.5份、软化剂为0.03份,维生素E为0.4份,溶剂乙醇15份。
