Abstract
本发明公开了热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,包含沿物料传送方向依次布置的放卷装置、热熔胶涂胶装置、预加热装置、中空金属装置、烘干装置以及收卷装置,中空金属装置设有高压空气进气口,高压空气进气口接至高压空气源,中空金属装置与物料接触的工作面上均匀设有微孔,热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头正对方向布置有托布辊,热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头的后侧设有刮刀,中空金属装置的内侧设置有辊筒,中空金属装置的前端布置有导向调整机构,后端布置有压辊,使经过辊筒的物料张紧撑开于中空金属装置的工作面上。提供新的工艺装置,涂胶面具有透气孔,代替了满涂胶面,产品的透气性较好,提高了医用胶带产品的舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置。
背景技术
目前,国内生产的胶带涂布技术大多利用刮刀刮胶涂布技术和普通钢辊转移印胶技术,都是将胶满涂在布上,生产出的胶带多为满涂的胶面状态,产品不具备透气功能,或者透气效果很差,使用过程中会感觉舒适性较差。
专利号为201310387194.0的中国专利公开了热熔胶无规则透气胶带,该方法使用热熔胶,通过钢辊转移印胶和摩擦辊上胶涂布方式,制备出胶面有无规则透气孔的产品,其产品的透气孔大小和分布不均匀。专利号为201420135339.8的中国专利公开了医用透气胶带,该方法是使用医用热熔胶在透气性胶带基材上制造出阵列排布的通气孔,但是透气孔一般都比较大,对产品的粘性有一定的影响。
专利号为201510146220.X的中国专利公开了一种抗过敏透气医用胶布的生产设备及其生产工艺,采用的生产设备系统繁琐庞大,包含很多传输装置,需要冷却滚筒和热交换机组,生产能耗较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,特点是:包含沿物料传送方向依次布置的放卷装置、热熔胶涂胶装置、预加热装置、中空金属装置、烘干装置以及收卷装置,中空金属装置设有高压空气进气口,高压空气进气口接至高压空气源,中空金属装置与物料接触的工作面上均匀设有微孔。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头正对方向布置有托布辊。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头的后侧设有刮刀。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述中空金属装置的内侧设置有辊筒,中空金属装置的前端布置有导向调整机构,后端布置有压辊,使经过辊筒的物料张紧撑开于中空金属装置的工作面上。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述预加热装置的进料端和出料端均设有压辊。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述烘干装置的进料端和出料端均设有压辊。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述微孔的孔径为0.5~2mm。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述中空金属装置的两侧设有高压空气进气口。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述预加热装置包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
进一步地,上述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其中,所述烘干装置包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果,具体体现在以下方面:
本发明设计独特、结构新颖,提供新的工艺装置,涂胶面具有透气孔,代替了满涂胶面,产品的透气性较好,提高了医用胶带产品的舒适性。在基材的正面刮涂溶剂型医用压敏胶,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,采用高压空气在基材的背面吹射,使基材正面的医用压敏胶胶面形成无数细小的透气孔,解决了医用胶带透气不好的问题。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明具体实施方案。
如图1所示,热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,包含沿物料传送方向依次布置的放卷装置1、热熔胶涂胶装置2、预加热装置5、中空金属装置8、烘干装置12以及收卷装置13,中空金属装置8的两侧设有高压空气进气口14和高压空气进气口15,如图2,两高压空气进气口均接至高压空气源,中空金属装置8与物料接触的工作面上均匀设有微孔16,微孔16的孔径为0.5~2mm。
热熔胶涂胶装置2的涂胶头正对方向布置有托布辊4。热熔胶涂胶装置2的涂胶头的后侧设有刮刀3。
中空金属装置8的内侧设置有辊筒9,中空金属装置8的前端布置有导向调整机构7,后端布置有压辊10,使经过辊筒9的物料张紧撑开于中空金属装置8的工作面上。
预加热装置5的进料端和出料端设有压辊6。预加热装置5包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
烘干装置12的进料端和出料端均设有压辊。烘干装置12包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
具体应用时,将基材从放卷装置1中放出;基材为平纹机织布,用于织造平纹机织布的纱线为纯棉纱线;
基材经过热熔胶涂胶装置2、刮刀3和托布辊4,将热熔胶涂胶装置2中的溶剂型医用压敏胶涂覆在基材的正面。
将刮涂有溶剂型医用压敏胶的基材进入预加热装置5进行预烘干;预烘干控制溶剂型医用压敏胶中的溶剂挥发量在40%~60%;
依托导向调整机构7和压辊10的控制,使经过处理的胶带使经过辊筒9的物料张紧撑开于中空金属装置8的工作面上,中空金属装置8的两侧设有高压空气进气口14和高压空气进气口15,高压空气从中空金属装置8上的微孔16吹射而出,高压空气从基材的背面吹射,高压空气的气压为8~10kg/cm2,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,通过从基材的背面吹射高压空气使基材正面的医用压敏胶形成密布的细小透气孔;
继而胶带11再进入烘干装置12进行烘干,使医用压敏胶中的溶剂完全挥发;
最后,由收卷装置13对干燥后的胶带进行收卷。
综上所述,本发明设计独特、结构新颖,在基材的正面刮涂溶剂型医用压敏胶,在溶剂型医用压敏胶完全烘干前,采用高压空气在基材的背面吹射,使基材正面的医用压敏胶胶面形成无数细小的透气孔。解决了医用胶带透气不好的问题,提供新的工艺装置,涂胶面具有透气孔,代替了满涂胶面,产品的透气性较好,提高了医用胶带产品的舒适性。

1.热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:包含沿物料传送方向依次布置的放卷装置、热熔胶涂胶装置、预加热装置、中空金属装置、烘干装置以及收卷装置,中空金属装置设有高压空气进气口,高压空气进气口接至高压空气源,中空金属装置与物料接触的工作面上均匀设有微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头正对方向布置有托布辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述热熔胶涂胶装置的涂胶头的后侧设有刮刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述中空金属装置的内侧设置有辊筒,中空金属装置的前端布置有导向调整机构,后端布置有压辊,使经过辊筒的物料张紧撑开于中空金属装置的工作面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述预加热装置的进料端和出料端均设有压辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述烘干装置的进料端和出料端均设有压辊。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述微孔的孔径为0.5~2mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述中空金属装置的两侧设有高压空气进气口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述预加热装置包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
10.根据权利要求1所述的热熔压敏胶透气涂胶装置,其特征在于:所述烘干装置包含形成长方形壳体、构成壳体下部的底盘、可旋转的设置于壳体内的滚筒以及向滚筒输送热风的烘干风道。
