Abstract

本发明公开一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,包括以下重量组分:伊维菌素0.1%~3%、阿苯达唑5%‑10%、枫香油0.5%~3%、氮酮0.5%~3%、稀释溶剂补齐。本发明提供的一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,对动物体内外各种寄生虫,包括体内绦虫、吸虫、线虫、蛲虫、丝虫、肾虫、钩虫、原线虫、旋毛虫和体外螨、虱、蜱、蚤、蝇、蛆、蚴等均有良好的效果,且本发明是一种体外用药制剂,将其喷涂于动物体表使用即可,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物用杀虫制剂,尤其涉及一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂。
背景技术
寄生虫病是动物普遍感染和危害极大的一类传染病。某些寄生虫病能引起动物大批死亡,大多数寄生虫则通过虫体的寄生,夺取寄主营养,以及幼虫在移行期引起的广泛组织损伤和释放寄生虫毒素对机体造成危害,使生长率及生产性能下降,因而严重影响肉、蛋、乳的产量,影响皮毛质量和役畜的使役能力。因此,畜禽寄生虫病不仅防碍畜牧业发展,造成重大经济损失,对公共卫生方面也有极大危害性。而且,某些寄生虫病还严重危害人体健康,是人畜共患病。因此,抗寄生虫药的正确使用就显得尤为重要。因此开发高效的杀虫药物意义重大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,为动物提供一种高效、使用方便的体内外驱虫制剂。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:包括以下重量组分:伊维菌素0.1% ~ 3% 、阿苯达唑5%-10%、枫香油0.5% ~ 3% 、氮酮0.5% ~ 3%、稀释溶剂补齐。
所述伊维菌素是新型的广谱、高效、低毒抗生素类抗寄生虫药,对体内外寄生虫特别是线虫和节肢动物均有良好驱杀作用。伊维菌素广泛用于牛、羊、马、猪的胃肠道线虫、肺线虫和寄生节肢动物,犬的肠道线虫,耳螨、疥螨、心丝虫和微丝蚴,以及家禽胃肠线虫和体外寄生虫。
所述阿苯达唑具广谱驱虫活性,对线虫、绦虫、吸虫有较强的驱杀作用。其作用机理是通过与蠕虫体内的微管蛋白结合,阻止其与α-微管蛋白进行多聚化组成微管,从而影响蠕虫体内的有丝分裂、蛋白装配及能量代谢等细胞繁殖过程。
优选的,所述枫香油与氮酮的比例为1:1。
所述枫香油(volatile oil of Resina l iquidambaris ,VORL)是由金缕梅科植物枫香树的干燥树脂中提取出来的挥发油。其主成分为异松油烯, 属于单环单萜类化合物。此类化合物作用于皮肤后, 可不同程度地改变皮肤的理化性质及皮肤的正常生理结构, 增加其通透性, 但其毒性弱于人工合成品。另外此类物质还能改变药物在皮肤和介质间的分配, 从而影响药物的透皮。
氮酮是一种常用的渗透剂,用于化妆品中各类膏霜及发用品;也可用作外用药物如杀虫剂的的促渗剂。
本发明经多次试验发现,枫香油与氮酮混合物(1:1)对本发明伊维菌素阿苯达唑有良好的促渗和增加疗效作用。
优选的,所述稀释溶剂为丙二醇与乙醇的混合物。
优选的所述丙二醇与乙醇混合物中丙二醇比例为10-45%。
所述丙二醇与乙醇混合物既可作为伊维菌素的溶剂,同时丙二醇的加入,增加了本发明制剂的稳定性。
优选的,以上所述制剂的制备方法为:精密称取处方量稀释溶剂,加入处方量的伊维菌素、阿苯达唑,溶解完全,先后加入枫香油和氮酮,溶解完全,半成品检验合格,分装既可。
有益效果
本发明提供的一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,对动物体内外各种寄生虫,包括体内线虫、蛲虫、丝虫、肾虫、钩虫、原线虫、旋毛虫和体外螨、虱、蜱、蚤、蝇、蛆、蚴等均有良好的效果,且本发明是一种体外用药制剂,将其喷涂于动物体表使用即可,使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
伊维菌素0.1% 、阿苯达唑5%、枫香油0.5% 、氮酮0.5% 、丙二醇45%、乙醇补齐。
实施例2
伊维菌素0. 2% 、阿苯达唑10%、枫香油1% 、氮酮1% 、丙二醇20%、乙醇补齐。
实施例3
伊维菌素1% 、阿苯达唑8%、枫香油0.5% 、氮酮0.5% 、丙二醇25%、乙醇补齐。
实施例4
伊维菌素3% 、阿苯达唑6%、氮酮3% 、丙二醇10%、乙醇补齐。
试验例
下面将实施例2所述的透皮溶液对犬皮癣的治疗疗效进行具体说明:
一、材料
伊维菌素阿苯达唑粉(100g:阿苯达唑10g、伊维菌素0.2g),购自市场销售产品;
盐酸达克罗宁软膏,购自市场销售产品;
本发明制剂实施例2制备的样品。
病犬:由某养殖场提供的患有犬皮癣的病犬12只。
二、对比处理方法
对照组1:口服伊维菌素阿苯达唑粉,每周1 次,连用两周;
对照组2:患部涂擦盐酸达克罗宁软膏,连服14d。
试验组:患部喷涂本发明实施例2,早晚各一次,连用14 天。
三、疗效判定
无效:与治疗前相比,症状未见减轻,或有加重,镜检仍发现大量螨虫和真菌。
治愈:皮肤病变消失,无痒感,长出新被毛,不复发,不反弹,检查未发现螨虫和真菌。
四、实验结果
临床疗效试验表明,实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,重症病犬使用本发明实施例2后,痒感明显减轻,病犬抓挠次数由每分钟30次,降低到10次以下,2 次用药后潮红的皮肤渐变为粉红色,4-5 次用药后病变缩小,脱毛停止,脓疱疹消失,病情得到控制。用药5 天后,患部开始长出新毛。病犬逐渐恢复至健康,镜检未发现螨虫和真菌。对于轻度病犬或单纯真菌病犬通常用药2-3 天即可恢复至正常,病犬基本无抓挠现象。而对照组用药5-6 天后症状才开始减轻,用药14 天以后轻度感染的病例开始长出新毛,但对顽固性病例仅有减轻和缓解作用。试验结果见下表1。

1.一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:包括以下重量组分:伊维菌素0.01% ~ 3% 、阿苯达唑5%-10%、枫香油0.5% ~ 3% 、氮酮0.5% ~ 3%、稀释溶剂补齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,其特征在于:所述枫香油与氮酮的比例为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,其特征在于:所述稀释溶剂为丙二醇与乙醇的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种伊维菌素组合物杀虫制剂,其特征在于:所述丙二醇与乙醇混合物中丙二醇比例为10-45%。
