Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液及制备方法,所述的洗手液包括如下组分:月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、烷基糖苷、甘油、调理剂、抑菌剂、水杨酸、柠檬酸、香精和水。本发明制得的洗手液能产生丰富细腻的奶油状泡沫,来达到泡沫洗手液绵密泡沫的需求,具有抑菌性佳,去污力强,刺激性低的性能,且体系在低pH范围稳定性佳,制备工艺简单,能耗低。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤清洗消毒领域,具体涉及一种新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗手液是日常的清洁用品,与传统的香皂、肥皂相比,避免了这些固体物容易沾染手上的污垢和细菌的缺陷,减少了交叉感染的可能性,更易为消费者接受。目前,市面上的洗手液配方通常选用一些表面活性剂和杀菌剂进行复配,以达到清洁、杀菌的效果。其中,以AES(十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐)表活体系和皂基体系的洗手液种类较多,由于AES和皂基体系表活清洁脱脂能力较强,洗手完后,手通常比较干燥,给用户带来不愉快的洗手体验。氨基酸体系的洗手液对皮肤作用温和,刺激性小,低毒,起泡和乳化性能好,去污能力强,生物降解性能好,而且还具有与其它各种表面活性剂的相容性较好的性能,已被广泛应用于日化领域,用于制备沐浴露、洗发水、洗手液、洗涤剂等领域。但目前市场上温和氨基酸表活体系的洗手液主要为普通洗手液,无抑菌功能或抑菌效果较弱,主要发挥清洁作用。此外,通常抑菌洗手液的抑菌活性成分需要在较低pH或较高pH条件下,才能有很好的抑菌效果,然而较高pH对人体皮肤刺激性大,对皮肤脱脂力太强,洗完太干涩,没有滋润效果。而较低pH与氨基酸表面活性剂的适配性较差,氨基酸表活在较低pH下稳定性不够,易产生沉淀析出,失去去污抑菌效果。
另一方面,市面上的洗手液抑菌不广谱,很多洗手液只能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌,不能抑制大肠杆菌等菌属,为了获得更好的抑菌效果,扩大抑菌谱,通常采用化学抑菌剂和植物抑菌成分进行复配,如公开号为CN 104840402 A的中国专利申请“一种泡沫消毒洗手液及其制备和应用”以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基硫酸钠、聚山梨酯~20、香精、竹炭精油、三氯生、乙醇和水作为制备原料,通过阴离子、两性离子、非离子表面活性剂复配,发挥协同增效的清洁作用,同时以竹炭精油和三氯生复配,获得较佳的杀菌作用,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌或铜绿假单胞菌均也有效。然而,复配植物精油不仅增加成本,还需防止精油的挥发性,增加制备工艺的难度。
对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)是洗手液最有效的抑菌成分之一,对多数革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌,真菌和霉菌都有杀灭功效,是一种低毒性抗菌剂,相较于其他杀菌剂如聚维酮碘、纳米银等,价格较为便宜,但它在水中的溶解度很低,在大部分洗手液均难以溶解,需添加醇类增溶剂,这些增溶剂加入的同时会增加皮肤的刺激性并限制产品适用于无乙醇产品。此外,某些醇类增溶剂增加PCMX溶解度的同时会降低其活性,如:聚乙二醇会与PCMX产生缔合反应,使PCMX失活。另一方面,含对氯间二甲苯酚的体系往往需要加热溶解,导致添加工艺复杂,能耗增加。
因此,开发一种适用PCMX作为抑菌剂的新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液及其制备方法。该产品产生丰富细腻的奶油状泡沫,来达到泡沫洗手液绵密泡沫的需求,具有抑菌性佳,去污力强,刺激性低的性能,且体系在低pH范围稳定性佳,制备工艺简单,能耗低。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其包括如下重量百分比的组分:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠4~14%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱4~8%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠2~8%、烷基糖苷1~6%、甘油2~10%、调理剂0.2~0.8%、抑菌剂0.1~0.5%、水杨酸0.1~0.5%、柠檬酸0.1~1%、香精0.1~0.5%和水50~80%。
优选地,所述的洗手液包括如下重量百分比的组分:月桂酰肌氨酸钠6~12%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱6~8%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠3~7%、烷基糖苷1~4%、甘油2~8%、调理剂0.2~0.6%、抑菌剂0.2~0.4%、水杨酸0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸0.1~0.7%、香精0.1~0.5%和水60~75%。
优选地,所述的洗手液包括如下重量百分比的组分:月桂酰肌氨酸钠10%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠4%、烷基糖苷3%、甘油7%、调理剂0.5%、抑菌剂0.2%、水杨酸0.3%、柠檬酸0.4%、香精0.1%和水64%。
进一步,所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.1~1:1的质量比组成。
优选地,所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.1~0.5:1的质量比组成。
优选地,所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.2:1的质量比组成。
进一步,所述的烷基糖苷为C12-14烷基糖苷。
进一步,所述的抑菌剂为对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)。
此外,本发明还提供一种所述的新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:称取调理剂于1/3的水中溶解后,依次加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、烷基糖苷和甘油充分混合后,加入水杨酸、柠檬酸和抑菌剂混合后,再加入香精以及剩余的水搅拌均匀,即得产品。
本专利采用温和的氨基酸表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠作为主表面活性剂,复配温和的表活月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠以及烷基糖苷,所选用都是温和,低刺激的表面活性剂,来达到温和清洗的目的,并且这些表面活性剂的复配能够产生丰富细腻的奶油状泡沫,来达到泡沫洗手液绵密泡沫的需求。
对氯间二甲苯酚在水中的溶解度仅为0.03%,在强碱性的水溶液中易溶,但在酸性或偏酸性的水溶液中溶解度较低,本发明人通过大量的试验发现,对氯间二甲苯酚与本发明由月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱和月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠组成的氨基酸表活体系的洗手液相容性良好,溶解度可高达0.5%,大大增加了对氯间二甲苯酚的使用量范围。此外,对氯间二甲苯酚与氨基酸表面活性剂相互作用,可达到协同抑菌的效果,显著增强洗手液的抑菌能力。
本发明人在前期大量的试验过程中发现,氨基酸型体系的洗手液随着月桂酰肌氨酸钠的含量增加抑菌效果增强,并且随着体系pH的降低抑菌效果增强,但当pH低于5时,氨基酸类表面活性剂会产生沉淀析出,使得洗手液的去污抑菌效果显著下降,优选地,所述的的新型氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液的pH为4.5~5.5,粘度<100mpa·s。
另一方面,由于本发明洗手液体系以氨基酸表面活性剂为主,复配少量的C12-14烷基糖苷,所述的烷基糖苷碳链的含碳数量为12~14,与低碳数量的烷基糖苷比较,具有较佳的去污效果,但是随着含碳数量增加其在水中的溶解度会逐渐降低。此外,本发明人发现,随着pH降低,氨基酸表面活性剂分子质子化程度显著升高,Krafft点升高,溶解性显著下降,并且,泡沫的起泡能力降低,形成的泡沫尺寸分布不均匀,容易发生破裂,不利于泡沫稳定。上述的问题给本发明洗手液的制备带来不少挑战,尤其难以获得稳定性良好的洗手液体系。令人意想不到的是,本发明人发现在洗手液中复配一定量由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯组成的调理剂,可改善氨基酸表面活性剂和C12-14烷基糖苷的相容性,增加溶解度,使洗手液长期贮存过程中不会析出沉淀,仍保持较佳的去污力,并显著改善体系的发泡能力,增加泡沫的稳定性,取得了意料不到的技术效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
(1)本发明提供的洗手液为低pH值低粘度的氨基酸表活体系,相比于目前市场上的AES和皂基体系抑菌洗手液,对手部皮肤的刺激性显著降低,且发泡能力强,泡沫丰富细腻,呈奶油状,质量非常稳定,具有一定的滋润护肤作用,冲洗后不会产生干燥紧绷、发痒现象。
(2)本发明洗手液中的氨基酸表面活性剂、C12-14烷基糖苷、对氯间二甲苯酚和调理剂相容性佳,彼此之间相互作用,可显著增加溶解度,增强洗手液的去污能力以及抑菌效果。
(3)本发明提供的洗手液具有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌谱广,其原液对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率达99.9%以上,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌率达98.5%以上。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式进一步描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下实施例。
实施例1-3和对比例1-5泡沫洗手液的制备
实施例1-3和对比例1-5泡沫洗手液包括下表所示重量百分比计的组分:
实施例1泡沫洗手液的制备包括以下步骤:
称取调理剂于1/3的水中溶解后,依次加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、烷基糖苷和甘油充分混合后,加入水杨酸、柠檬酸和抑菌剂混合后,再加入香精以及剩余的水搅拌均匀,即得产品。
实施例2-3和对比例1-5泡沫洗手液的制备参考实施例1。
其中,对比例1和对比例2泡沫洗手液与实施例3的区别在于,水杨酸和柠檬酸的总含量减少,体系的pH增加。对比例3泡沫洗手液与实施例3的区别在于,调理剂仅含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐,不含肌醇六磷酸酯。对比例4泡沫洗手液与实施例3的区别在于,调理剂仅含肌醇六磷酸酯,不含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐。对比例5泡沫洗手液与实施例3的区别在于,不含调理剂,并相应增加烷基糖苷的含量。
对比例6泡沫洗手液的制备
对比例6泡沫洗手液为AES体系,其配方如下列所示:
制备:先用乙醇溶液溶解PCMX,得PCMX乙醇溶液,备用;在1/2水中加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸二钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油基葡糖苷、柠檬酸和水杨酸,搅拌至完全溶解;随后加入PCMX乙醇溶液及剩余量的水,搅拌至溶解,调节pH为4.0~4.5,即得。
对比例7泡沫洗手液的制备
对比例7泡沫洗手液为皂基体系,其配方如下列所示:
制备:先用1/3的水加热至70℃,再分别加入EDTA二钠,甘油,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,搅拌均匀,再缓慢加入氢氧化钾溶液,皂化完成后,补充余量的冷水冷却至常温,加入PCMX、香精,搅拌均匀。
试验例一、理化性质检测
分别对本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-7制得的泡沫洗手液进行理化性质检测,结果见下表1所示:

结果显示,本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-5制得的泡沫洗手液外观呈透明液体状,且pH偏低,呈弱酸性。
试验例二、皮肤刺激性试验
选择100名女性志愿者,分为10组,分别为实施例1-3组、对比例1-7组,每组10名,对应给予本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-7制得的泡沫洗手液。各组涂抹洗手液0.5ml,以双层纱布(2.5cm×2.5cm)和聚乙烯薄膜覆盖,用无刺激性胶布和绷带加以固定,在涂抹后4h,用水清洗,除去残留物。分别于去除受试物1h、12h、24h、48h观察皮肤局部反应,按表2评分,并按表3判定皮肤刺激强度的级别,结果见下表4所示。

结果显示,本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-2制得的泡沫洗手液均无阳性反应出现,皮肤刺激性等级为0级,说明本发明提供的泡沫洗手液对皮肤无刺激,产品安全、温和。而对比例3-5的制得的泡沫洗手液体系中仅含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐或肌醇六磷酸酯,或同时不含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯,洗手液的刺激性略有增加,呈轻度刺激性。由对比例6和7可知,本发明提供的洗手液与AES体系和皂基体系的洗手液比较,刺激性降低。
试验例三、泡沫洗手液抑菌效果试验
按照GB/15979~2002附录C在规定的测试方法测定本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-7制得的洗手液的抑菌效果,结果如下表5所示:

由实施例1-3可知,本发明制得的洗手液随着月桂酰肌氨酸钠含量的增加,抑菌效果增加,以实施例3制得的洗手液抑菌效果最佳。由对比例1和2可知,随着水杨酸和柠檬酸的总含量减少,抑菌效果略有降低,表明体系的pH增加会使抑菌效果降低。由对比例3-5可知,洗手液体系中仅含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐或肌醇六磷酸酯,或同时不含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯,其抑菌功效明显减弱,尤其以同时不含积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯的抑菌功效降低最为明显。由对比例6-7可知,本发明提供的洗手液与AES体系和皂基体系的洗手液比较,三者的抑菌效果接近。
试验例四、泡沫洗手液使用效果试验
选取90名志愿者,分为实施例3组、对比例1-7组和市售产品组,每组10人,对应使用本发明实施例3组、对比例1-7组制得的洗手液,以及市售泡沫洗手液,进行感官评价,统计志愿者对产品的性能评价结果,具体如下表6所示:

结果显示,本发明实施例3制得的泡沫洗手液各方面的使用效果均优于对比例1-7制得的泡沫洗手液和市售泡沫洗手液。
试验例五、泡沫洗手液稳定性评价
将本发明实施例3和对比例3-5制得的洗手液分别置于-5℃和40℃中放置14日,恢复至室温,观察0、7、14天各组洗手液的外观变化,结果见下表7所示:

结果显示,本发明实施例3制得的洗手液具有较佳的稳定性,在-5℃和40℃中放置14日恢复至室温均呈透明液体,没有沉淀析出,显著优于对比例3-5制得的洗手液的稳定性。以上结果表明,不同种类氨基酸配比不影响洗手液体系的稳定性,但洗手液体系不添加调理剂或调剂剂的组成发生变化会使得洗手液的稳定性下降。
试验例六、泡沫洗手液发泡性能试验
采用震荡法测定,在比色管中加0.03g待测洗手液,再加入10mL蒸馏水,盖好盖子,震摇50次(震摇方向、快慢、强度等尽可能一致),取下盖子,加入10mL的水,将比色管壁上泡沫冲下,记录泡沫高度,30min后再次记录泡沫高度,以初始泡沫高度作为洗手液起泡性能量度,以30min后的泡沫高度表征泡沫的稳定性。泡沫稳定性=30min后的泡沫高度/初始泡沫高度×100%,结果见下表8所示:

结果显示,使用本发明实施例3制得的洗手液具有较佳的发泡能力,并且泡沫稳定性良好,显著优于对比例3-7制得的洗手液。以上结果表明,不同种类氨基酸配比会影响洗手液的发泡能力以及泡沫稳定性,此外,体系中的调理剂对洗手液的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性也具有一定的影响。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的洗手液包括如下重量百分比的组分:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠4~14%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱4~8%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠2~8%、烷基糖苷1~6%、甘油2~10%、调理剂0.2~0.8%、抑菌剂0.1~0.5%、水杨酸0.1~0.5%、柠檬酸0.1~1%、香精0.1~0.5%和水50~80%;
所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.1~1:1的质量比组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的洗手液包括如下重量百分比的组分:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠6~12%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱6~8%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠3~7%、烷基糖苷1~4%、甘油2~8%、调理剂0.2~0.6%、抑菌剂0.2~0.4%、水杨酸0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸0.1~0.7%、香精0.1~0.5%和水60~75%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的洗手液包括如下重量百分比的组分:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠10%、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠4%、烷基糖苷3%、甘油7%、调理剂0.5%、抑菌剂0.2%、水杨酸0.3%、柠檬酸0.4%、香精0.1%和水64%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.1~0.5:1的质量比组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的调理剂由积雪草酸氨丁三醇盐和肌醇六磷酸酯以0.2:1的质量比组成。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的烷基糖苷为C12-14烷基糖苷。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液,其特征在于,所述的抑菌剂为对氯间二甲苯酚。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的氨基酸型抑菌泡沫洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
称取调理剂于1/3的水中溶解后,依次加入月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、烷基糖苷和甘油充分混合后,加入水杨酸、柠檬酸和抑菌剂混合后,再加入香精以及剩余的水搅拌均匀,即得产品。
