Abstract
The invention relates to a pig drinking water additive with a health-care effect and application thereof, and relates to a subacid electrolyzed functional water additive, which is found through a large number of experiments that the pH value of drinking water is controlled to be 5.0-6.5, the effective chlorine concentration is 0-30 mg/L and the oxidation-reduction potential value ORP is 750-920 mV through a subacid electrolysis technology, so that the obtained subacid electrolyzed water is environment-friendly and pollution-free, the diarrhea of pigs can be effectively inhibited, the feed-meat ratio is remarkably reduced, and the morbidity of the pigs is remarkably reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of feed additives, and particularly relates to a pig drinking water additive with a health-care effect and application thereof.
Background
In pig raising production, scientific feeding and rapid weight gain are key links for successful pig raising. The types and contents of substances such as additives and the like taken by pigs are closely related to the production performance and health level of the pigs. In production, additives with specific functions are usually used, and a large amount of antibiotics are used to improve the rapid weight gain and reduce the morbidity of pigs, so that the health of the pigs is influenced, and the quality of pork is also seriously influenced.
With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on the quality of animal products are higher and higher, and green food without hormone and drug residue is favored. However, in the modern breeding industry, although the long-term use of the additive containing antibiotics and promoting growth can bring economic benefits to the breeding, the additive has various disadvantages: for example, the drug residue of animal products, the drug resistance of bacteria is enhanced, the quality of animal products is reduced, and the human monitoring and the ecological environment are influenced through a food chain, so that adverse effects are caused. Some countries have now banned or restricted the addition of certain antibiotics and growth promoters to feed via legislation, which, if used further, would seriously jeopardize food scheduling and animal product export. Therefore, safe substitutes need to be found as soon as possible to realize the healthy cultivation of the livestock.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pig drinking water additive with a health-care effect, which is a subacid electrolyzed functional water additive.
Preferably, the content of the effective components of the additive in the drinking water is 5-30 mg/L of effective chlorine concentration and the pH value is 5.0-6.5 calculated by quantifiable main functional components.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the pig drinking water additive, and the additive can reduce the diarrhea rate of pigs and reduce the feed conversion ratio and the prevalence rate of the pigs.
Preferably, the amount of the pig drinking water additive accounts for 10-50% of the total amount of drinking water.
Preferably, the amount of the pig drinking water additive accounts for 30% of the total drinking water.
The total drinking water amount refers to the amount of normal drinking water added with slightly acidic electrolyzed functional water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the subacid electrolyzed water has the characteristics of instantaneous and efficient sterilization, no pollution, no residue, green and environmental protection, is near neutral and non-irritant, is an ideal drinking water additive, is free of other medicinal components, and has excellent pork product quality.
(2) The subacid electrolyzed functional water additive can effectively reduce the diarrhea rate of the pigs and the feed conversion ratio and the morbidity of the pigs by controlling the main functional components.
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a pig drinking water additive with a health-care function and application thereof.
The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following examples.
Example 1: preparing micro-acid electrolyzed water:
the invention relates to a drinking water additive, namely Slightly Acidic Electrolyzed Water (SAEW), which is produced by adopting a diaphragm-free electrolyzed water generating device, wherein NaCl with the concentration of 2-6% or/and a dilute HC1 mixed solution are added into an electrolytic tank provided with a cathode electrode and an anode electrode, the cathode electrode and the anode electrode are subjected to electrochemical reaction under the action of direct current of about 2V, chlorine gas and H + are generated in the electrolytic tank, wherein the chlorine gas reacts with water to generate hydrochloric acid and hypochlorous acid (HClO), the H + is dissolved in water, the pH value of the water is 5.0-6.5, and the effective chlorine concentration is 0-30 mg/L.
The slightly acidic electrolyzed water can also be prepared by other prior art methods: the effective component content of the additive in the drinking water is 0-30 mg/L of effective chlorine concentration, and the pH value is 5.0-6.5.
Experimental example 1: the test adopts single-factor test design, selects 36 heads of large white (Yorkxia) pigs with similar weaning days, similar weights and good nutritional status, randomly divides the pigs into a control group (conventional drinking water), controls the pH value of a treatment group (adding subacid electrolyzed water) to be 5.0-6.5, and has a test period of 42 days.
The dosage of subacid electrolyzed water (30mg/L) | The effective chlorine concentration of the drinking water after the additive is added is mg/L | Meat ratio of materials | The diarrhea rate% |
0 | 0 | 1.81 | 4.8 |
30% | 10 | 1.63 | 1.8 |
50% | 15 | 1.72 | 2.0 |
60% | 20 | 1.85 | 2.4 |
100% | 30 | 1.62 | 3.2 |
Experimental example 2: 72 heads of three-element hybrid piglets with similar weaning age and weight and good nutrition status are selected and completely randomly divided into a control group, a disinfection group and a test in winter, and the test days are 33 days.
The dosage of subacid electrolyzed water (30mg/L) | The effective chlorine concentration of the drinking water after the additive is added is mg/L | Meat ratio of materials | The diarrhea rate% | The prevalence rate% |
0 | 0 | 1.74 | 1.35 | 2.02 |
20% | 6 | 1.51 | 0 | 0.51 |
30% | 10 | 1.23 | 0 | 0.23 |
50% | 15 | 1.68 | 0.71 | 0.84 |
60% | 20 | 1.71 | 0.80 | 0.93 |
The experimental results show that after the pig drinking water additive is added, the feed conversion ratio can be obviously reduced, the diarrhea rate can be obviously reduced, even can be completely inhibited, and the morbidity is also obviously reduced.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
