技术领域
本发明涉及皮革技术领域,具体而言涉及一种用于皮革的杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮革是经脱毛和鞣制等物理、化学加工所得到的已经变性不易腐烂的动物皮。革是由天然蛋白质纤维在三维空间紧密编织构成的,其表面有一种特殊的粒面层,具有自然的粒纹和光泽,手感舒适。皮革行业涵盖了制革、制鞋、皮衣、皮件、毛皮及其制品等主体行业,以及皮革化工、皮革五金、皮革机械、辅料等配套行业,上下游关联度高,依靠市场拉动,产品常青,集创汇、富民、就业为一体的特点。
皮革之所以柔软,其根本原因就在于制革时,将油脂引入动物皮的内部,形成全面覆盖皮内纤维表面的油膜,即在皮内纤维表面之间用一层适宜厚度的油膜隔开。但是,皮革遇水、遇潮会产生霉变,因此,对皮革表面进行护理能增强皮革制品外表的抑菌性能至关重要。

本发明提供了一种用于皮革的杀菌剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于皮革的杀菌剂,包括以下质量份数配方成分:
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15-20份、脂肪酸15-19份、溶菌酶16-22份、粘土石粉26-35份、水解珍珠18-30份、生物丝肽10-19份、醇醚糖苷3-9份、氮酮11-15份、1,4-丁烯二醇19-26份、苯氧乙醇14-18份、蜂胶提取物3-4份、竹叶黄酮7-10份。
进一步,包括以下质量份数配方成分:烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵17份、脂肪酸18份、溶菌酶19份、粘土石粉30份、水解珍珠24份、生物丝肽15份、醇醚糖苷6份、氮酮13份、1,4-丁烯二醇22份、苯氧乙醇16份、蜂胶提取物3.5份、竹叶黄酮8份。
本发明还提供一种用于皮革的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、脂肪酸、溶菌酶、粘土石粉、水解珍珠、生物丝肽、醇醚糖苷、氮酮、1,4-丁烯二醇、苯氧乙醇、蜂胶提取物、竹叶黄酮,混合,粉碎,投入三口烧瓶中,加热至35-45℃,搅拌30-55min,加入3-7倍量的乙醇回流提取1-3次,每次1-1.5h,过滤并取滤液,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
具有显著的抑菌、防臭、杀菌的特点,气味清新,无刺激。

烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15份、脂肪酸15份、溶菌酶16份、粘土石粉26份、水解珍珠18份、生物丝肽10份、醇醚糖苷3份、氮酮11份、1,4-丁烯二醇19份、苯氧乙醇14份、蜂胶提取物3份、竹叶黄酮7份。
所述一种用于皮革的杀菌剂的制备方法如下:
将烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、脂肪酸、溶菌酶、粘土石粉、水解珍珠、生物丝肽、醇醚糖苷、氮酮、1,4-丁烯二醇、苯氧乙醇、蜂胶提取物、竹叶黄酮,混合,粉碎,投入三口烧瓶中,加热至35℃,搅拌30min,加入3倍量的乙醇回流提取1次,每次1h,过滤并取滤液,即可。
实施例二:
一种用于皮革的杀菌剂,包括以下质量份数配方成分:
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵17份、脂肪酸18份、溶菌酶19份、粘土石粉30份、水解珍珠24份、生物丝肽15份、醇醚糖苷6份、氮酮13份、1,4-丁烯二醇22份、苯氧乙醇16份、蜂胶提取物3.5份、竹叶黄酮8份。
所述一种用于皮革的杀菌剂的制备方法如下:
将烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、脂肪酸、溶菌酶、粘土石粉、水解珍珠、生物丝肽、醇醚糖苷、氮酮、1,4-丁烯二醇、苯氧乙醇、蜂胶提取物、竹叶黄酮,混合,粉碎,投入三口烧瓶中,加热至40℃,搅拌40min,加入6.5倍量的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.3h,过滤并取滤液,即可。
实施例三:
一种用于皮革的杀菌剂,包括以下质量份数配方成分:
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵20份、脂肪酸19份、溶菌酶22份、粘土石粉35份、水解珍珠30份、生物丝肽19份、醇醚糖苷9份、氮酮15份、1,4-丁烯二醇26份、苯氧乙醇18份、蜂胶提取物4份、竹叶黄酮10份。
所述一种用于皮革的杀菌剂的制备方法如下:
将烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、脂肪酸、溶菌酶、粘土石粉、水解珍珠、生物丝肽、醇醚糖苷、氮酮、1,4-丁烯二醇、苯氧乙醇、蜂胶提取物、竹叶黄酮,混合,粉碎,投入三口烧瓶中,加热至45℃,搅拌55min,加入7倍量的乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h,过滤并取滤液,即可。

烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15-20份、脂肪酸15-19份、溶菌酶16-22份、粘土石粉26-35份、水解珍珠18-30份、生物丝肽10-19份、醇醚糖苷3-9份、氮酮11-15份、1,4-丁烯二醇19-26份、苯氧乙醇14-18份、蜂胶提取物3-4份、竹叶黄酮7-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于皮革的杀菌剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数配方成分:
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵17份、脂肪酸18份、溶菌酶19份、粘土石粉30份、水解珍珠24份、生物丝肽15份、醇醚糖苷6份、氮酮13份、1,4-丁烯二醇22份、苯氧乙醇16份、蜂胶提取物3.5份、竹叶黄酮8份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的用于皮革的杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、脂肪酸、溶菌酶、粘土石粉、水解珍珠、生物丝肽、醇醚糖苷、氮酮、1,4-丁烯二醇、苯氧乙醇、蜂胶提取物、竹叶黄酮,混合,粉碎,投入三口烧瓶中,加热至35-45℃,搅拌30-55min,加入3-7倍量的乙醇回流提取1-3次,每次1-1.5h,过滤并取滤液,即可。
