Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉，包括销钉帽和销钉体，在所述销钉体内设有空腔，在所述销钉体的外壁上设有凹槽环，在所述空腔与所述凹槽环之间设有连接通孔，在所述凹槽环内设有膨胀环体，在所述膨胀环体上设有充气口，所述充气口与所述连接通孔相连通，在所述销钉帽上设有膨胀控制端口，在所述膨胀控制端口内设有单向阀，在所述空腔内设有密封垫层。本发明的结构简单，使用方便快捷，可有效实现建筑保温层与基材的连接，并且设有膨胀环体，可有效的实现销钉处的密封性，提高保温层的保温效果，使用便捷，适用性强，实用性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑保温层的安装装置技术领域，具体涉及一种用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉。
背景技术
随着我国建筑技术的逐渐成熟，在建筑施工盖房时一般都会给建筑物做保温处理，在内墙体和外墙体之间添加保温层，以保证住户的舒适性，然而现有技术的建筑保温层固定方法主要采用粘结剂直接粘结在基层材料上，其使稳定性和粘结牢固性较差，难以长时间使用，而且部分保温层材料并不适合于使用粘结剂进行粘结，故而一定程度上也会影响适用性和实用性，同时在保温层固定的膨胀锚栓在用于外墙保温时不能很好的阻止热桥效应，造成大量的热量散失，从而影响保温效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是提供一种结构简单，使用稳定性好的用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉，包括销钉帽和销钉体，在所述销钉体内设有空腔，在所述销钉体的外壁上设有凹槽环，在所述空腔与所述凹槽环之间设有连接通孔，在所述凹槽环内设有膨胀环体，在所述膨胀环体上设有充气口，所述充气口与所述连接通孔相连通，在所述销钉帽上设有膨胀控制端口，在所述膨胀控制端口内设有单向阀，在所述空腔内设有密封垫层。
在所述膨胀环体与所述凹槽环之间设有缓冲压板，在所述缓冲压板与所述凹槽环之间设有缓冲弹簧。
所述膨胀环体为耐高压材料密封制成，在所述膨胀环体的外侧设有耐磨包裹层。
在所述充气口与所述连接通孔连接处设有气压检测报警器。
本发明具有积极的效果：本发明的结构简单，使用方便快捷，可有效实现建筑保温层与基材的连接，并且设有膨胀环体，可有效的实现销钉处的密封性，提高保温层的保温效果，使用便捷，适用性强，实用性好。

见图1，一种用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉，包括销钉帽1和销钉体2，在所述销钉体2内设有空腔3，在所述销钉体2的外壁上设有凹槽环4，在所述空腔3与所述凹槽环4之间设有连接通孔5，在所述凹槽环4内设有膨胀环体6，在所述膨胀环体6上设有充气口7，所述充气口7与所述连接通孔5相连通，在所述销钉帽上1设有膨胀控制端口8，在所述膨胀控制端口8内设有单向阀9，在所述空腔3内设有密封垫层10。
在所述膨胀环体6与所述凹槽环4之间设有缓冲压板11，在所述缓冲压板11与所述凹槽环4之间设有缓冲弹簧12。
所述膨胀环体6为耐高压材料密封制成，在所述膨胀环体6的外侧设有耐磨包裹层13。
在所述充气口7与所述连接通孔5连接处设有气压检测报警器。
本发明的结构简单，使用方便快捷，可有效实现建筑保温层与基材的连接，并且设有膨胀环体，可有效的实现销钉处的密封性，提高保温层的保温效果，使用便捷，适用性强，实用性好。

1.本发明公开了一种用于建筑保温层安装的膨胀销钉，包括销钉帽和销钉体，在所述销钉体内设有空腔，在所述销钉体的外壁上设有凹槽环，在所述空腔与所述凹槽环之间设有连接通孔，在所述凹槽环内设有膨胀环体，在所述膨胀环体上设有充气口，所述充气口与所述连接通孔相连通，在所述销钉帽上设有膨胀控制端口，在所述膨胀控制端口内设有单向阀，在所述空腔内设有密封垫层。
2.本发明的结构简单，使用方便快捷，可有效实现建筑保温层与基材的连接，并且设有膨胀环体，可有效的实现销钉处的密封性，提高保温层的保温效果，使用便捷，适用性强，实用性好。
