本发明公开了一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，包括铝合金转角件、铝单板、插接胶条和盘头自攻螺钉，所述铝合金转角件一端与铝单板之间通过插接胶条固定连接，所述铝合金转角件另一端通过盘头自攻螺钉与铝合金门窗边框连接。本发明在铝合金门窗边框与边框之间转角连接采用配合铝单板和插接胶条，使门窗边部防渗漏问题不在出现，整体结构简单，实现门窗边部转角连接更方便，不仅能提高门窗的生产效率，且能实现门窗的高强度、高防水的边部连接性能，简化门窗组角的方式，节省门窗的材料与人工成本。

本发明涉及铝合金门窗领域，具体涉及一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件。
背景技术
一般的传统铝合金门窗边框与边框之间采用直接连接，首先把运到工地上的边框与边框直接室内侧对齐，然后用螺丝固定二边的边框，最后在室外侧打胶密封，这样安装会造成几个问题，第一会使边框与边框之间无法精准的定位，也就很难打螺丝进行连接，施工不方便；第二外侧打胶根据角度的不同会严重影响到建筑本身的外立面以及门窗本身的美观；再者边框与边框的直接连接对门窗的整体防水有很大的隐患，一旦边框与边框连接错位就会使用门窗发生漏水现象。
现代新型建筑对于铝合金门窗整体性能要求较高，铝合金门窗种类繁多，传统边框与边框之间的连接已经跟不上新型节能建筑设计的步伐。同时，门窗企业也希望提高门窗安装效率，简化门窗边框转角的连接方式，节省材料和人工成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，实现门窗边部转角连接更方便，不仅能提高门窗的生产效率，且能实现门窗的高强度、高防水的边部连接性能，简化门窗组角的方式，节省门窗的材料与人工成本。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，包括铝合金转角件、铝单板、插接胶条和盘头自攻螺钉，所述铝合金转角件一端与铝单板之间通过插接胶条固定连接，所述铝合金转角件另一端通过盘头自攻螺钉与铝合金门窗边框连接。
作为一种优选，所述铝单板的厚度为2.0mm。
本发明摒弃了传统铝合金门窗单纯的用边框与边框的直接连接以及使用万能转角型材浪费材料连接的方式，完美的实现了铝合金门窗边框与边框之间的任意角度连接所需要能达到的功能，且费用远远低于万能转角，且防水性能更好，经济合理性更强。
本发明的有益效果是:在铝合金门窗边框与边框之间转角连接采用配合铝单板和插接胶条，使门窗边部防渗漏问题不在出现，整体结构简单，实现门窗边部转角连接更方便，不仅能提高门窗的生产效率，且能实现门窗的高强度、高防水的边部连接性能，简化门窗组角的方式，节省门窗的材料与人工成本。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，包括铝合金转角件5、2.0mm厚的铝单板4、插接胶条3和盘头自攻螺钉2，所述铝合金转角件5一端与铝单板4之间通过插接胶条3固定连接，所述铝合金转角件5另一端通过盘头自攻螺钉2与铝合金门窗边框1连接。
实际应用时，先将两边的铝合金门窗边框1与铝合金转角件5通过盘头自攻螺钉2进行预连接，二边铝合金门窗边框1均连接在铝合金转角件5上面后，在两个铝合金转角件5之间放入插接胶条3，同时插入所需要角度的铝单板4，然后把二边的铝合金门窗边框1用盘头自攻螺钉2紧固在一起，再把两边的铝合金门窗边框1之间填充聚氨酯发泡剂6，把铝合金门窗边框1完全定位好后，在外侧打硅酮密封胶7，做防水处理。

1.一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，其特征在于：包括铝合金转角件（5）、铝单板（4）、插接胶条（3）和盘头自攻螺钉（2），所述铝合金转角件（5）一端与铝单板（4）之间通过插接胶条（3）固定连接，所述铝合金转角件（5）另一端通过盘头自攻螺钉（2）与铝合金门窗边框（1）连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铝合金门窗边框用转角连接件，其特征在于：所述铝单板（4）的厚度为2.0mm。
