本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种用于非机动车道路的透水混凝土材料。
背景技术
目前国家大力推行海面城市建设,倡导现代城市能像海绵一样自由的呼吸,自由的生长,而不是冷冰冰的混凝土森林。如何提高对雨水的回收利用,是海面城市研究的一个重要课题。非机动车道路对于路面材料的抗压性能要求不如机动车道,可以对非机动车道路路面采用透水材料,可以有效实现对雨水的回收,在自然环境可承受的范围内存水、保水,改善周边小环境、小气候。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,倡导非机动车路面的海绵作用,本发明提出一种用于非机动车道路的透水混凝土材料。
技术方案
1.一种用于非机动车道路的透水混凝土材料,是由以下重量份的原料制成:再生混凝土集料30-40份,掺合料15-25份,外加剂10-15份,粘结剂5-10份。
2.所述的再生混凝土集料粒径为20-30mm,原生混凝土强度等级≥C30,使用前进行碱化技术处理。
3.所述的掺合料是由以下重量份的原料制成:高岭土20-30份,中砂15-25份,石英粉10-15份,硫酸铝10-15份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.满足日常非机动车行驶的抗压强度要求;
2.材料简单易得,成本造价不高;
3.产品具有一定孔隙率,能达到很好的透水效果,符合海面城市绿色生态环保的要求。
