本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种干铺式沥青卷材,自上而下依次包括(1)1.8mm厚沥青卷材,(2)1mm厚耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,(3)0.2mm厚PET聚酯薄膜,(4)1mm厚玻纤毡胎基布;延性材料组合,与主体结构的粘结度高;添加耐碱纤维,材料干缩性能好;减少明火使用,降低施工安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,提出一种干铺式沥青卷材。
背景技术
目前的建筑工地,大多数沥青卷材都都采用现场热熔法施工,这样不仅使用明火不好控制,且容易造成环境濡染和材料浪费。一些具有自粘性能得防水卷材,施工方便,但粘结力不强,易造成材料空鼓现象的发生,继而影响防水效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,改善防水卷材与主体结构之间的粘结性能,本发明提出一种干铺式沥青卷材。
技术方案
1.一种干铺式沥青卷材,自上而下依次包括(1)1.8mm厚沥青卷材,(2)1mm厚耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,(3)0.2mm厚PET聚酯薄膜,(4)1mm厚玻纤毡胎基布。
2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.延性材料组合,与主体结构的粘结度高。
2.添加耐碱纤维,材料干缩性能好。
3.减少明火使用,降低施工安全隐患。

2.所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种干铺式沥青卷材,其特征在于,所述的(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)结构层通过(5)耐水性氰基丙烯酸酯粘结剂粘结在一起。
