The helical gear transmission device further comprises two driven shafts 48, four driven shaft seats 49, four driven helical gears 50 and four transmission helical gears 51, wherein the two driven shaft seats 49 are arranged on the lower supporting plate 41, the other two driven shaft seats 49 are arranged on the other lower supporting plate 41, one driven shaft 48 is rotatably arranged in the two driven shaft seats 49 on the lower supporting plate 41, the other driven shaft 48 is rotatably arranged in the two driven shaft seats 49 on the other lower supporting plate 41, one end, close to the driving shaft 45, of the two driven shafts 48 extends outwards, boss helical gears 47 are fixedly connected to the extending ends of the two driven shafts 48 respectively, the boss helical gears 47 on each driven shaft 48 are meshed with the boss helical gears 47 on the corresponding driving shaft 45, the two driven helical gears 50 are fixedly connected to each driven shaft 48, the transmission helical gears 51 are fixedly connected to each rotating shaft 39, and each transmission helical gear 51 is meshed with the corresponding driven helical gears 50. The number of the driven bevel gears 50 and the driving bevel gears 51 is determined according to the number of the polishing heads 40, and the number of the polishing heads 40 and the corresponding number of the driven bevel gears 50 and the driving bevel gears 51 can be set according to actual requirements.
More specifically, the driving shaft 45 is driven to rotate by the transmission case 44 of the polishing driving member 42, the driving shaft 45 drives the two driven shafts 48 to rotate by the boss bevel gears 47 at two ends respectively, each driven shaft 48 drives the two rotating shafts 39 engaged with the driven bevel gears 50 to rotate, each rotating shaft 39 drives the corresponding polishing head 40 to rotate, and the rotating polishing head 40 repeatedly rubs with burrs at the holes to remove the burrs. Through the transmission mode of such structure, installation space can be saved, the overall arrangement of each part of whole equipment is convenient, and mechanical properties is stable, durable, and the transmission torque is big.
Further, referring to fig. 6, upper support plates 52 are provided at the bottoms of the sanding heads 40 on the two rotating shafts 39 located on the same side, and a burr collecting box 53 is provided on each upper support plate 52 for collecting the dropped burrs.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the apparatus of the present invention further includes two discharging slide bars 43, and the discharging slide bars 43 are mounted on the top surface of the frame 1 and located at the discharging ends of the two positioning bars 25, so as to guide out the processed metal tube a.
The operation process of the device for automatically shrinking, punching and polishing the metal tube of the present invention is as follows, refer to fig. 4,7 to 12, and fig. 8 to 12 are state diagrams of the metal tube a in the conveying process. Firstly, a plurality of metal tubes A are orderly stacked in a storage box 9, a discharge hole at the bottom end of a limiting groove 12 falls down one metal tube A at a time on a conveyor belt 10, a raised strip 13 on the conveyor belt 10 pushes the metal tube A to move, one side wall of each metal tube A is tightly attached to one side wall of each raised strip 13 to be positioned, two conveyor belt supporting rods 16a are set to be initial positions below two sides of two positioning rods 25 (as shown in the positions of fig. 7 and 8), the two conveyor belt supporting rods 16a move to the positions below two sides of the conveyor belt 10 at the initial positions, then the two metal tubes A at the discharge tail end of the conveyor belt 10 are lifted up, two pressing strips 24 press the two conveyor belt supporting rods 16a and the plurality of metal tubes A on the two transfer supporting rods 16b downwards before the two conveyor belt supporting rods 16a are lifted up, and in the lifting process of the two conveyor belt supporting rods 16a, the two pressing strips 24 correspondingly lift up under the state of pressing the metal tubes A, then the two conveying belt material supporting rods 16a bear the two metal pipes A and translate to the upper parts of the two positioning rods 25 and descend, so that the two metal pipes A are accommodated in the two positioning grooves 26 at the starting ends of the two positioning rods 25, then the two conveying belt material supporting rods 16a return to the initial positions to continuously lift the two metal pipes A of the next round, the two metal pipes A are circularly and gradually conveyed to the positioning grooves 26 on the two positioning rods 25, which correspond to the necking mechanism 5, the punching mechanism 6 and the polishing mechanism 8, respectively, under the press fit of the necking compacting die 36, the punching compacting die 37 and the polishing compacting die 38, the two conveying material supporting rods 16b convey the processed metal pipes A from the discharging ends of the two positioning rods 25 to the two discharging slide rods 43, the processed metal pipes A finally slide out from one ends of the two discharging slide rods 43, thus, the whole processing process is completed. Therefore, high automation of shrinking, punching and polishing the metal pipe A is realized, the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.

One end of the frame (1) is provided with a feeding mechanism (2), the feeding device (3) is arranged above the frame (1) in a lifting and translational manner and is close to the discharging end of the feeding mechanism (2), the feeding mechanism is used for conveying a metal pipe (A) of the feeding mechanism (2) to a positioning mechanism (4), the positioning mechanism (4) is arranged on the top surface of the frame (1) and is used for positioning the metal pipe (A), two sides of the positioning mechanism (4) are sequentially and oppositely provided with a necking mechanism (5), a punching mechanism (6) and a polishing mechanism (8), the pressing mechanism (7) is arranged above the necking mechanism (5), the punching mechanism (6) and the polishing mechanism (8) on the frame (1) in a lifting manner, so that the metal pipe (A) on the positioning mechanism (4) is contracted, punched and polished, and the pressing mechanism (7) is higher than the feeding device (3) so that the feeding device (3) shuttles inside the pressing mechanism (7);
the feeding mechanism (2) comprises a storage box (9), a conveyor belt (10) and a conveyor belt driving piece (11), wherein the storage box (9) is erected above one end of the conveyor belt (10), the bottom surface of the storage box (9) is an inclined surface, limiting grooves (12) are formed in two sides of the lower end of the inclined surface and are used for limiting the feeding of a metal pipe (A) at one time, a discharge hole is formed in the bottommost end of the limiting grooves (12), the conveyor belt (10) is located under the discharge hole, the outer surface of the conveyor belt (10) is smooth, the width of the conveyor belt (10) is smaller than the length of the metal pipe (A), and convex strips (13) with preset intervals are arranged on the conveyor belt (10);
The feeding device (3) comprises a translation lifting mechanism (14), a supporting frame (15), a material supporting rod group (16) and a feeding compressing mechanism (17), wherein the translation lifting mechanism (14) is arranged on the frame (1), the supporting frame (15) is arranged at the top of the translation lifting mechanism (14), the material supporting rod group (16) comprises two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 a) and two conveying material supporting rods (16 b), the two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 a) are arranged at one end of the supporting frame (15), the two conveying material supporting rods (16 b) are arranged on the supporting frame (15) and extend from the tail ends of the two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 a) to the other end of the supporting frame (15), the two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 b) are arranged between the two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 a), a and the two conveying material supporting rods (16 b) are respectively provided with a plurality of material supporting grooves (18), the distance between the two conveying belt material supporting rods (16 a) is larger than the width of the conveying belt (10), and the feeding compressing mechanism (17) is arranged at the top of the supporting frame (15);

The feeding pressing mechanism (17) comprises two feeding pressing driving pieces (23) and two parallel pressing strips (24), the two feeding pressing driving pieces (23) are respectively arranged on the two ends of the two pressing strips (24) on the supporting frame (15), and the lifting ends of the two feeding pressing driving pieces (23) are connected with the two pressing strips (24);
the positioning mechanism (4) comprises two positioning rods (25), wherein the two positioning rods (25) are respectively provided with positioning grooves (26) corresponding to the plurality of material supporting grooves (18), the two positioning rods (25) are arranged on the frame (1) and are respectively arranged on two sides of the two material supporting and transferring rods (16 b), the two positioning rods (25) extend from one end, close to the feeding mechanism (2), of the two conveyor material supporting rods (16 a) along the machining direction, and the material supporting grooves (18) are movably in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning grooves (26) under the action of the translation lifting mechanism (14);
firstly, a plurality of metal pipes (A) are orderly stacked in a storage box (9), a discharge hole at the bottom end of a limiting groove (12) falls down one metal pipe (A) at a time on a conveying belt (10), a raised strip (13) on the conveying belt (10) pushes the metal pipes (A) to move, one side wall of each metal pipe (A) is tightly attached to one side wall of each raised strip (13) to be positioned, two conveying belt supporting rods (16 a) are set to be initial positions below two sides of two positioning rods (25), the two conveying belt supporting rods (16 a) move to the positions below two sides of the conveying belt (10) at the initial positions, then the two metal pipes (A) at the discharge end of the conveying belt (10) are lifted up, the two pressing strips (24) press the two conveying belt supporting rods (16 a) and the plurality of metal pipes (A) on the two conveying supporting rods (16 b) before the two conveying belt supporting rods (16 a) are lifted up, the two conveying belt supporting rods (16 a) are pressed in the lifting strips (24) to the initial positions, the two conveying belt supporting rods (25) are horizontally moved to the two metal supporting rods (25) at the initial positions, and then the two conveying belt supporting rods (25) are horizontally moved to the initial positions, then the two conveyor belt material supporting rods (16 a) return to the initial position to continuously lift the two metal pipes (A) of the next round.
