Abstract

本发明公开了马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用。所述的马齿苋提取物是将马齿苋用有机溶剂浸提,浸提液经浓缩后得粗提物,粗提物用水溶解后得水溶液,水溶液经石油醚萃取后,萃取液经浓缩后得到石油醚萃取部分浸膏,所述的石油醚萃取部分浸膏即为马齿苋提取物。本发明为植物源杀虫剂,对斜纹夜幼虫有显著的杀虫效果,但对人和饲养动物都非常安全,可被广泛使用。

马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用
技术领域:
本发明属于杀虫领域,具体涉及马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用。
背景技术:
斜纹夜蛾(学名:Prodenia litura(Fabricius))属鳞翅目夜蛾科斜纹夜蛾属的一个物种。农作物害虫。世界性分布。中国除青海、新疆未明外,各省(自治区)都有发现。
斜纹夜蛾是一类杂食性和暴食性害虫,危害寄主相当广泛,除十字花科蔬菜外,还可危害包括瓜、茄、豆、葱、韭菜、菠菜以及粮食、经济作物等近100科、300多种植物。以幼虫咬食叶片、花蕾、花及果实为害。初龄幼虫啮食叶片下表皮及叶肉,仅留上表皮呈透明斑,4龄以后进入暴食,咬食叶片,仅留主脉。在包心椰菜上,幼虫还可钻入叶球内危害,把内部吃空,并排泄粪便,造成污染,使之降低乃至失去商品价值,猖獗时可吃尽大面积寄主植物叶片,并迁徙他处为害,是一种危害性极大的害虫。
目前斜纹夜蛾的防治方法主要以诱杀和药剂防治为主:1、利用该虫成虫的趋光性和趋化性,用黑光灯和糖醋液(糖:醋:水=3:1:6加少量敌百虫)诱杀成虫;2、农药毒杀,斜纹夜蛾的抗药性极强,普通有机磷类、菊酯类、烟碱类或沙蚕毒素等农药基本无效,可用5.7%甲维盐可湿性粉剂3000倍液、1600单位/毫克速运杆菌可湿性粉剂800倍液、5%氟铃脲乳油1000倍液、100亿PIB/克斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂750倍液、30%虫螨腈悬浮剂500倍液、5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂1500倍液和45%辛硫磷乳油800倍液喷施等方法药物防止。但使用一段时间后也会出现抗药性。
众所周知,化学杀虫剂对施用人员以及产生的农药残留问题都很严重,但是,到目前为止,已知的天然杀虫剂在斜纹夜蛾上使用的实例非常有限,而且往往不如化学杀虫剂效果好,急需找到一种天然的新型斜纹夜蛾的杀虫剂。
马齿苋为我国卫生部规定的78种药食同源的野生植物之一,可以作为凉菜、煲汤的蔬菜食用,也具有的神经保护、抗菌、降糖、抗氧化、抗炎、抗溃疡、抗肿瘤活性和增强机体免疫力等功效,是一种十分安全有效的植物源材料。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用。
马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用,所述的马齿苋提取物是将马齿苋用有机溶剂浸提,浸提液经浓缩后得粗提物,粗提物用水溶解后得水溶液,水溶液经石油醚萃取后,萃取液经浓缩后得到石油醚萃取部分浸膏,所述的石油醚萃取部分浸膏即为马齿苋提取物。
所述的有机溶剂优选为甲醇、甲醇水溶液、乙醇、乙醇水溶液、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、正丁醇、氯仿、二氯甲烷和石油醚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
优选,所述的乙醇水溶液为体积分数95%的乙醇水溶液(即乙醇占95%,水占5%)。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种杀斜纹夜蛾药物,其特征在于,含有马齿苋提取物作为活性成分,所述的马齿苋提取物是将马齿苋用有机溶剂浸提,浸提液经浓缩后得粗提物,粗提物用水溶解后得水溶液,水溶液经石油醚萃取后,萃取液经浓缩后得到石油醚萃取部分浸膏,所述的石油醚萃取部分浸膏即为马齿苋提取物。
所述的有机溶剂优选为甲醇、甲醇水溶液、乙醇、乙醇水溶液、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、正丁醇、氯仿、二氯甲烷和石油醚中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
优选,所述的乙醇水溶液为体积分数95%的乙醇水溶液(即乙醇占95%,水占5%)。
目前,中国申请中的马齿苋用于杀虫剂方面的专利有50多个,但都是和其他植物源材料配伍使用,都是用水煮提取后配伍使用,但我们实验对比马齿苋的有机试剂提取物和水提取物发现,在斜纹夜蛾的杀虫过程中水提物是无效的,而有机溶剂提取物对斜纹夜蛾有明显的杀虫作用,而且特别是其石油醚萃取部分的效果尤为显著。因此可以将其用于制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中。本发明为植物源杀虫剂,对斜纹夜幼虫有显著的杀虫效果,但对人和饲养动物都非常安全,可被广泛使用。
具体实施方式:
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1:马齿苋提取物的制备
将马齿苋全株干燥粉末于室温下浸泡在体积分数95%乙醇水溶液中5天,提取液经过滤和减压浓缩后获得马齿苋粗提物,马齿苋粗提物按质量体积比1g:5ml溶于水中,即1g马齿苋粗提物溶于5ml水中,再用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得相对应的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取部位和水部位,我们同时采用专利公开号CN104026157A中马齿苋粗提物的提取方法-室温下用水浸泡马齿苋全株干燥粉末24小时,提取液过滤、浓缩得马齿苋的水提物,用来对比马齿苋有机溶剂提取物和水提物对斜纹夜蛾的杀虫效果。
将马齿苋粗提物、石油醚萃取部位、乙酸乙酯萃取部位、正丁醇萃取部位、水部位和马齿苋的水提物分别溶于水中,制成质量分数为1%的药液,即分别为质量分数为1%马齿苋粗提物药液、质量分数为1%石油醚萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%乙酸乙酯萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%正丁醇萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%水部位药液和质量分数为1%马齿苋的水提物药液。
测试方法:分别将适量剪好的玉米叶段在质量分数为1%马齿苋粗提物药液、质量分数为1%石油醚萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%乙酸乙酯萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%正丁醇萃取部位药液、质量分数为1%水部位药液和质量分数为1%马齿苋的水提物药液浸润后自然阴干,放入垫有滤纸的培养皿中,放入3龄虫中期斜纹夜蛾幼虫20头,加盖标记,以水作为空白对照,统计第二天,第三天结果。以玉米叶段浸润水的作为空白对照。
结果如表1和表2所示。

从表1和表2可以看出石油醚萃取部位药液效果最好,对斜纹夜蛾幼虫有显著的毒杀的作用。因此可以将其用于制备杀斜纹夜蛾的药物。

1.马齿苋提取物在制备杀斜纹夜蛾药物中的应用,所述的马齿苋提取物是将马齿苋用有机溶剂浸提,浸提液经浓缩后得粗提物,粗提物用水溶解后得水溶液,水溶液经石油醚萃取后,萃取液经浓缩后得到石油醚萃取部分浸膏,所述的石油醚萃取部分浸膏即为马齿苋提取物,所述的有机溶剂为体积分数95%的乙醇水溶液。
