A first embodiment of the present invention provides a data pushing method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the data pushing method according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the data pushing method is applied to a data pushing system, where the data pushing system includes a television terminal and a mobile terminal, and the data pushing method includes:
step S100, when the television end detects the position change of the mobile end, determining whether the position change is an effective pushing action;
the iBeacon is a function of transmitting its own unique ID to the surroundings using a low-power-consumption Bluetooth (BLE) technology by a device equipped with a BLE communication function, and taking some action according to the ID by application software that receives the ID. iBeacon uses bluetooth Low energy BLE (bluetooth Low energy) technology, and in particular, uses broadcast frames called "advertisement frames" in BLE. The advertising frame is a periodically transmitted frame that can be received by any device that supports BLE. iBeacon enables the transfer of data by embedding the data in the payload portion of such an announcement frame. The iBeacon data mainly comprises four kinds of information, namely universal Unique identifier UUID (Universal Unique identifier), Major, Minor and Measured Power. UUID refers to a 128-bit identifier specified as the ISO/IEC11578:1996 standard. Major and Minor are set by the iBeacon issuer themselves and are both 16-bit identifiers. For example, a chain store may write area information in Major, and may write an ID of an individual store in Minor. When the iBeacon function is embedded in the home appliance, the product model may be denoted by Major, and the error code may be denoted by Minor, to notify the failure to the outside. Measured Power is the reference Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) at 1m between the iBeacon module and the receiver. The receiver calculates the distance between the sending module and the receiver according to the reference RSSI and the strength of the received signal.
In this embodiment, the iBeacon terminal, that is, a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, may use BLE technology to periodically send a broadcast frame of BLE to all around, where such broadcast frame is also referred to as an advertisement frame, and a payload portion of the broadcast frame contains two main data, i.e., a universally unique identifier UUID and a reference signal strength Measured Power. The UUID represents identification information that uniquely represents the identity of the mobile end device, and the Measured Power represents the reference signal strength when the mobile end device is 1 meter away from the receiver. The television end acquires the UUID and the current signal strength of the mobile end equipment contained in the broadcast frame by receiving the broadcast frame, and calculates the horizontal distance between the television end and the mobile end equipment based on the received signal strength and Measured Power. And after the preset time interval S, acquiring the broadcast frame again, and further obtaining the horizontal distance between the television and the same mobile terminal device. The position corresponding to the horizontal distance acquired for the first time is set as an initial position X, and the position corresponding to the horizontal distance acquired for the second time is set as an end position Y. And then calculating the horizontal moving speed Z of the mobile terminal device to be (X-Y)/S based on the initial position X and the end position Y based on the preset time interval S. Assuming that K represents a predetermined standard value, the change of the position of the mobile terminal device is determined as an effective push action by the television terminal when X-Y >0 and Z > K are simultaneously satisfied. That is, only when the mobile terminal moves to the tv terminal at a speed greater than K, the position change is determined as an effective push action by the tv terminal.
Step S200, when the position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action, determining whether the mobile terminal is registered;
when the position change of the mobile terminal equipment is judged to be effective pushing action by the television terminal, the television terminal sends a data request to the server terminal, and the data request comprises a UUID corresponding to the mobile terminal equipment. When the server receives a data request of the television, the UUID of the mobile terminal device is retrieved from the push list of the server, that is, whether the mobile terminal has been registered at the server is judged, and whether the mobile terminal device is bound with any push data is further determined.
Step S300, when the mobile terminal has performed registration, acquiring push data.
When the mobile terminal device is registered, that is, the push list of the server includes the UUID of the current mobile terminal device, the push data bound to the mobile terminal is fed back to the television terminal, for example, a video, a picture or a web page. When receiving the push data fed back by the server, the television analyzes the push data and executes corresponding playing actions, such as playing a video or opening a webpage.
Further, in an embodiment, after step S300, the method further includes:
and when the effective pushing action of the mobile terminal is not detected, the monitoring state is kept.
As shown in the flowchart of the data push system in fig. 3, when the mobile terminal device has no location change or the location change does not satisfy the determination of the valid push action by the tv terminal, the tv terminal does not perform other feedback actions and continues to maintain the monitoring state.
In the data pushing method provided in this embodiment, when the television end detects a position change of the mobile end, it is determined whether the position change is an effective pushing action; then when the position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action, determining whether the mobile terminal is registered; then, when the mobile terminal is registered, acquiring push data; the method changes the single mode of the traditional mobile phone push service, and has more implementation modes of the push service, so that the system of the method has higher competitiveness, can be directly used only by simple configuration, and greatly reduces the use threshold of users.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the data pushing method of the present invention is proposed, and referring to fig. 4, step S100 includes:
step S110, acquiring a universal unique identifier and a first signal strength corresponding to the mobile terminal based on the notification frame periodically sent by the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, the iBeacon terminal, that is, a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, may use BLE technology to periodically send a broadcast frame of BLE to all around, where such broadcast frame is also referred to as an advertisement frame, and a payload portion of the broadcast frame contains two main data, i.e., a universally unique identifier UUID and a reference signal strength Measured Power. The UUID represents identification information that uniquely represents the identity of the mobile end device, and the Measured Power represents the reference signal strength when the mobile end device is 1 meter away from the receiver.
Step S120, determining whether the current position change of the mobile terminal is an effective push action based on the first signal strength.
In the data push method provided in this embodiment, a universal unique identifier and a first signal strength corresponding to a mobile terminal are obtained through an announcement frame periodically sent based on the mobile terminal; then, determining whether the current position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action or not based on the first signal strength; the push function of the traditional mobile phone is optimized, the situation that a user is bored due to traditional complex operation is avoided, the user can push the mobile phone only through one gesture, and the operation efficiency is effectively improved.
Based on the second embodiment, a third embodiment of the data pushing method of the present invention is proposed, and referring to fig. 5, step S120 includes:
step S121, determining the distance between the mobile terminal and the television terminal based on the first signal intensity, and further determining the first position of the mobile terminal;
the television end acquires the UUID and the current signal strength of the mobile end equipment contained in the broadcast frame by receiving the broadcast frame, and calculates the horizontal distance between the television end and the mobile end equipment based on the received signal strength and Measured Power.
Step S122, after a preset time interval, obtaining the second signal intensity of the mobile terminal again, determining the distance between the mobile terminal and the television terminal, and further determining the second position of the mobile terminal;
and after the preset time interval S, acquiring the broadcast frame again, and further obtaining the horizontal distance between the television and the same mobile terminal device. The position corresponding to the horizontal distance acquired for the first time is set as an initial position X, and the position corresponding to the horizontal distance acquired for the second time is set as an end position Y.
Step S123, determining a movement speed of the mobile terminal based on the first position, the second position and a preset time interval, and determining whether a position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action based on a preset rule.
In the data pushing method provided in this embodiment, the distance between the mobile terminal and the television terminal is determined based on the first signal strength, so as to determine the first position of the mobile terminal; then, after a preset time interval, obtaining the second signal intensity of the mobile terminal again, determining the distance between the mobile terminal and the television terminal, and further determining the second position of the mobile terminal; then, determining the movement speed of the mobile terminal based on the first position, the second position and a preset time interval, and determining whether the position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action based on a preset rule; and effective pushing action is determined according to the movement speed and the movement direction, so that the data feedback of the television end is ensured to meet the user requirement.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the data pushing method of the present invention is proposed, and referring to fig. 6, step S200 includes:
step S210, when the position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action, sending a data request to a server terminal, wherein the data request comprises a universal unique identifier corresponding to the mobile terminal;
when the position change of the mobile terminal equipment is judged to be effective pushing action by the television terminal, the television terminal sends a data request to the server terminal, and the data request comprises a UUID corresponding to the mobile terminal equipment.
And step S220, acquiring the registration result information fed back by the server side based on the universal unique identifier.
When the server receives a data request of the television, the UUID of the mobile terminal device is retrieved from the push list of the server, that is, whether the mobile terminal has been registered at the server is judged, and whether the mobile terminal device is bound with any push data is further determined.
In the data pushing method provided in this embodiment, when the position change of the mobile terminal is an effective pushing action, a data request is sent to the server terminal, where the data request includes a universal unique identifier corresponding to the mobile terminal; then when the server end receives the universal unique identifier, whether the mobile end is registered is determined; the server stores a push list for registering the UUID of the mobile terminal equipment, and when the data request is obtained, whether the UUID corresponding to the data request exists in the push list is judged, so that whether data feedback is carried out is determined, and because only the registered mobile terminal equipment can bind push content, the correctness of data feedback of the server terminal is ensured.
Based on the first embodiment, a fifth embodiment of the data pushing method of the present invention is proposed, and referring to fig. 7, step S300 includes:
step S310, when the mobile terminal is registered, acquiring and analyzing the push data fed back by the server terminal based on the data request;
the mobile terminal equipment can send the UUID to the server side when registering for the first time, then binds the content needing to be pushed when pushing data is needed, and the server side can store the bound UUID and the pushing content when receiving a pushing request of the mobile terminal equipment.
When the mobile terminal device is registered, that is, the push list of the server includes the UUID of the current mobile terminal device, the push data bound to the mobile terminal is fed back to the television terminal, for example, a video, a picture or a web page.
Step S320, executing a corresponding action based on the push data.
When receiving the push data fed back by the server, the television analyzes the push data and executes corresponding playing actions, such as playing a video or opening a webpage.
In the data pushing method provided in this embodiment, when the mobile terminal is registered, the pushed data fed back by the server terminal based on the data request is acquired and analyzed; then executing corresponding action based on the push data; the mobile terminal equipment and the television terminal can be connected to the server terminal, the server terminal stores the bound UUID and the pushing content in advance, and the pushing data can be sent to the television terminal as soon as possible when a data request is received, so that the pushing efficiency is guaranteed.
Based on the first embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the data pushing method of the present invention is proposed, and referring to fig. 8, after step S200, the method further includes:
step S400, when the mobile terminal is not registered, displaying a registration page;
and when the server side detects that the UUID corresponding to the data request is not in the push list, judging that the mobile side is not registered, and returning the result that the UUID is not registered to the television side. And the television displays the registration page when receiving the return result. And displaying the two-dimensional code for registering the mobile terminal on the registration page.
