Background
The electronic components are components of electronic elements and small-sized electric machines and instruments, are usually composed of a plurality of parts and can be commonly used in similar products; it is a general name of some parts in the industries of electric appliances, radio, instruments and the like, such as capacitors, transistors, hairsprings, springs and other sub-devices. Diodes and the like are common.
The process of removing scale and rust from the surface of steel using an acid solution is known as pickling. Is a method for cleaning metal surfaces. Usually with a pre-film. The article is generally immersed in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid or the like to remove a thin film of oxide or the like on the metal surface. The method is a pretreatment or intermediate treatment of processes such as electroplating, enamel, rolling and the like.

In order to overcome the defects that a large amount of time is consumed, the pickling effect is poor, and toxic gas generated in pickling pollutes air, the invention provides the diode pickling equipment for producing the electronic components, which has the advantages of time saving, good pickling effect and less air pollution caused by filtering the toxic gas generated in pickling.

Therefore, the air filtered by the clear water is also mixed with the toxic gas which is insoluble in water, the toxic gas passes through the activated carbon balls when being discharged upwards, and the toxic gas which is insoluble in water is adsorbed by the activated carbon balls, so that the pollution to the air is further reduced.
(3) Advantageous effects
According to the invention, the lifting device drives the cleaning device to move upwards or downwards, the cleaning device is used for cleaning the diode, and the stirring device is also arranged, so that the cleaning effect is improved, and the effects of time saving, better pickling effect and less air pollution caused by filtering toxic gas generated during pickling are achieved.

The working principle is as follows: when the cleaning device is used, an operator opens the box door 2, then adds a proper amount of mixed acid into the liquid containing box 3, then puts the diode into the cleaning part of the cleaning device 5, then closes the box door 2, and then starts the lifting device 4, so that the cleaning part of the cleaning device 5 is positioned in the mixed acid, thereby cleaning the diode, after the cleaning is finished, the operator closes the cleaning device 5, then starts the lifting device 4, so that the cleaning part of the cleaning device 5 is separated from the mixed acid, and then opens the box door 2, thereby taking out the cleaned diode.

Because the cleaning device 5 comprises the second slider 501, the annular slide rail 502, the annular plate 503, the annular gear 504, the first motor 505, the first rotating shaft 506, the first gear 507, the vertical rod 508, the diagonal rod 509 and the net-shaped frame 510, the second slider 501 is installed at the bottom of the transverse plate 43 in bilateral symmetry, the annular slide rail 502 is arranged at the lower part of the second slider 501, the annular slide rail 502 is in sliding fit with the second slider 501, the annular plate 503 is installed at the bottom of the annular slide rail 502, the annular gear 504 is installed at the bottom of the annular plate 503, the first motor 505 is installed at the left side of the bottom of the transverse plate 43, the first rotating shaft 506 is installed on the output shaft of the first motor 505 through a coupling, the first gear 507 is installed at the lower part of the first rotating shaft 506, the first gear 507 is engaged with the annular gear 504, the vertical rod 508 is vertically installed at the bottom of the annular plate, the bottom ends of the two diagonal rods 509 are provided with a mesh frame 510, and the mesh frame 510 is positioned right above the liquid tank 3. Therefore, when the diode cleaning machine is used, the diodes are placed in the mesh frame 510, an operator starts the first motor 505 to rotate, the first motor 505 drives the first rotating shaft 506 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 506 drives the first gear 507 to rotate, the first gear 507 drives the inner gear 504 to rotate, the inner gear 504 drives the annular plate 503 to rotate, the annular slide rail 502 and the second slide block 501 play a role in guiding, the annular plate 503 drives the vertical rod 508 to rotate, the vertical rod 508 drives the mesh frame 510 to rotate in mixed acid, and therefore the diodes in the mesh frame 510 are cleaned, and after the cleaning is finished, the operator closes the first motor 505.
