Abstract

本发明公开了一种防析晶的换热器,包括换热管、进液腔、出液腔和换热腔,换热器竖直设置,换热管内冷流体由下至上流动,换热器还包括鼓泡机构和分离机构;鼓泡机构包括鼓风机、进气管和气泡石;分离机构包括多个隔板,隔板将出液腔分隔为上移通道、平移通道、下移通道和出液通道;下移通道中流体由上至下流动;出液腔顶部还设有浮沫腔,浮沫腔位于下移通道的顶部。利用鼓泡机构在料液内产生大量的微气泡,气泡将料液内析出的晶体带出,在下移通道中气泡上移而液体下移,使得气泡带着晶体从料液中分离出,将析出的晶体滞留于浮沫腔中,使得料液内不含有晶体。

防析晶的换热器
技术领域
本发明涉及换热器,具体为一种防析晶的换热器。
背景技术
在料液蒸发过程中,由于蒸发带走热量,并且料液浓度上升,往往会伴随有晶体的析出,晶体析出后不利于蒸发室的工作,还会影响蒸发室内元器件的工作,因此避免晶体析出,并且将析出的晶体及时的过滤掉,以保护蒸发室是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种防析晶的换热器,利用鼓泡机构在料液内产生大量的微气泡,气泡将料液内析出的晶体带出,在下移通道中气泡上移而液体下移,使得气泡带着晶体从料液中分离出,将析出的晶体滞留于浮沫腔中,使得料液内不含有晶体。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种防析晶的换热器,包括换热管、进液腔、出液腔和换热腔,所述换热管连接进液腔和出液腔,换热管穿设换热腔,所述换热腔内持续通有流动的热流体,进液腔连接有进液口,出液腔连接有出液口,所述换热器竖直设置,进液腔位于出液腔的下方,换热管内冷流体由下至上流动,所述换热器底部设有鼓泡机构,换热器出液腔内设有分离机构;
所述鼓泡机构包括鼓风机、进气管和气泡石,所述进气管连接鼓风机和进液腔的底部,气泡石位于进气管的出气端,且气泡石位于进液腔底部;
所述分离机构包括多个隔板,所述隔板将出液腔分隔为多个供气泡和液体流动的通道和空腔,所述出液腔包括依次连接的上移通道、平移通道、下移通道和出液通道;所述上移通道中流体竖直向上移动,平移通道中流体由上移通道顶部水平移动至下移通道顶部,下移通道中流体由上至下流动,出液通道连接出液口;所述出液腔顶部还设有用于气泡和浮沫排除和堆积的浮沫腔,所述浮沫腔位于上移通道/平移通道/下移通道的顶部。
优选的,所述上移通道下方设有倾斜通道,倾斜通道顶部的隔板倾斜设置于整个出液腔底部,倾斜通道顶部的隔板朝向上移通道底部。
优选的,所述浮沫腔呈倒置的斗状,浮沫腔顶部开设有用于气泡和浮沫排出的开口。
优选的,所述浮沫腔位于下移通道上方。
优选的,所述换热腔设有热流体进出的热流体进口和热流体出口;换热腔中部设有用于热流体S形流动的流道板,所述热流体进口位于热流体出口上方。
优选的,所述进液腔内设有用于控制鼓泡机构活动的液位检测机构,所述液位检测机构包括浮球开关,所述浮球开关与进液口同高。
优选的,所述鼓泡机构还包括有加热器,加热器连接管道用于加热管道内气体,经过加热器加热后的管道内气体温度大于冷流体的温度。
优选的,所述加热器包裹于管道表面。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的防析晶的换热器, 具有如下有益效果:
一、采用本发明的防析晶的换热器,通过底部的鼓风机和气泡石,在进液腔内产生大量的气泡,使得析出的晶体附着在气泡表面,气泡可以将晶体携带至上移通道内,当料液流体在下移通道内由上至下移动时,由于气泡无法下移,液体流动方向与气泡移动方向相反,使得晶体被气泡带出,因此有出液通道内流出的料液内含有的析出晶体量极少。
二、浮沫腔位于上移通道/平移通道/下移通道的顶部,被气泡带出的晶体滞留于浮沫腔中,气泡不断堆积,使得晶体逐渐远离液面,被从料液的液面中带出,且难以重新回到料液中。
三、换热管从加热介质内吸收热量,对液体和析出晶体进行加热,提高料液的溶解度,使得晶体可以重新融入料液中,而多余的晶体则是通过气泡带出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1至3所示的防析晶的换热器,包括换热管10、进液腔、出液腔和换热腔,换热管10连接进液腔和出液腔,换热管10穿设换热腔,换热腔内持续通有流动的热流体,进液腔连接有进液口11,出液腔连接有出液口12,换热器竖直设置,进液腔位于出液腔的下方,换热管10内冷流体由下至上流动;
换热腔设有热流体进出的和热流体出口22;换热腔中部设有用于热流体S形流动的流道板,热流体进口21位于热流体出口22上方。换热管10内的流体越往上移动,其换热腔内加热的温度越高(换热腔内热流体换热后温度会越到下面温度越低),使得其从换热管10内脱出时可以换取得到最大的热量。
换热器底部设有鼓泡机构,换热器出液腔内设有分离机构;鼓泡机构包括鼓风机31、进气管30、加热器32和气泡石33,进气管30连接鼓风机31和进液腔的底部,气泡石33位于进气管30的出气端,且气泡石33位于进液腔底部,加热器32包裹于管道表面。
鼓泡机构中的鼓风机31在进气管30内鼓入大量空气或惰性气体,气体被加热器32加热,气体进入到气泡石33中变为微小的气泡,由于料液温度为常温,其温度远低于气体的温度,气泡进入到料液中,瞬间变小,变为颗粒极小的气泡,气泡附着在料液的晶体表面,且气泡体积越小,晶体表面气泡的附着能力越高,晶体更容易带出。
如图3所示,分离机构包括多个隔板4,隔板4将出液腔分隔为多个供气泡和液体流动的通道和空腔,出液腔包括依次连接的倾斜通道50、上移通道51、平移通道52、下移通道53和出液通道54。
倾斜通道50顶部的隔板4倾斜设置于整个出液腔底部,倾斜通道50顶部的隔板4朝向上移通道51底部,当料液从换热管10内出来进入到进液腔内使,倾斜通道50将其引导,使所有的料液和气泡均进入到上移通道51内。
上移通道51中流体竖直向上移动,气泡携带晶体和料液一同向上移动;
平移通道52中流体由上移通道51顶部水平移动至下移通道53顶部,料液水平移动,而料液中的气泡则向上移动,逐渐从平移通道52内将晶体携带至浮沫腔6中。
下移通道53中流体由上至下流动,而气泡则受到重力作用携带晶体上移,二者移动方向相反,使得晶体从料液中脱出,料液进入出液通道54并从出液口12内流出。
下移通道53上方还设有用于气泡和浮沫排除和堆积的浮沫腔6,下移通道53产生的回流气泡是最多的,因此本实施例中将浮沫腔6设置在下移通道53顶部。
浮沫腔6呈倒置的斗状,可以同时对上移通道51、平移通道52、下移通道53内的气泡进行收集,使得析出的晶体随气泡呈浮沫状堆积在浮沫腔6内,浮沫腔6顶部开设有用于气泡和浮沫排出的开口,开口外接导管等,对晶体进行收集,并对气泡及晶体进行分离,即可得到料液内析出的晶体。
进液腔内设有用于控制鼓泡机构活动的液位检测机构,液位检测机构包括浮球开关,浮球开关与进液口11同高,通过浮球开关实现鼓泡机构的自动控制,只有液面高度高于浮球开关的位置时,鼓泡机构才会开启。
以上所述使本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种防析晶的换热器,包括换热管(10)、进液腔、出液腔和换热腔,所述换热管(10)连接进液腔和出液腔,换热管(10)穿设换热腔,所述换热腔内持续通有流动的热流体,进液腔连接有进液口(11),出液腔连接有出液口(12),其特征在于:所述换热器竖直设置,进液腔位于出液腔的下方,换热管(10)内冷流体由下至上流动,所述换热器底部设有鼓泡机构,换热器出液腔内设有分离机构;
所述鼓泡机构包括鼓风机(31)、进气管(30)和气泡石(33),所述进气管(30)连接鼓风机(31)和进液腔的底部,气泡石(33)位于进气管(30)的出气端,且气泡石(33)位于进液腔底部;
所述分离机构包括多个隔板(4),所述隔板(4)将出液腔分隔为多个供气泡和液体流动的通道和空腔,所述出液腔包括依次连接的上移通道(51)、平移通道(52)、下移通道(53)和出液通道(54);所述上移通道(51)中流体竖直向上移动,平移通道(52)中流体由上移通道(51)顶部水平移动至下移通道(53)顶部,下移通道(53)中流体由上至下流动,出液通道(54)连接出液口(12);所述出液腔顶部还设有用于气泡和浮沫排除和堆积的浮沫腔(6),所述浮沫腔(6)位于上移通道(51)/平移通道(52)/下移通道(53)的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述上移通道(51)下方设有倾斜通道(50),倾斜通道(50)顶部的隔板(4)倾斜设置于整个出液腔底部,倾斜通道(50)顶部的隔板(4)朝向上移通道(51)底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述浮沫腔(6)呈倒置的斗状,浮沫腔(6)顶部开设有用于气泡和浮沫排出的开口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述浮沫腔(6)位于下移通道(53)上方。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述换热腔设有热流体进出的和热流体出口(22);换热腔中部设有用于热流体S形流动的流道板,所述热流体进口(21)位于热流体出口(22)上方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述进液腔内设有用于控制鼓泡机构活动的液位检测机构,所述液位检测机构包括浮球开关,所述浮球开关与进液口(11)同高。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述鼓泡机构还包括有加热器(32),加热器(32)连接管道用于加热管道内气体,经过加热器(32)加热后的管道内气体温度大于冷流体的温度。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防析晶的换热器,其特征在于:所述加热器(32)包裹于管道表面。
