Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于挖泥船操作工工作服的柔性纤维,具有两根芯体,且将涤纶芯体横截面面积设置大于氨纶芯体横截面面积,强度高并且突出纤维结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀、绝缘、易洗快干的优点;通过氟纶纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维以及有机电导纤维的包裹实现对氨纶芯体以及涤纶芯体的保护,利用氟纶纤维与涤纶纤维增加纤维的整体抗酸碱性,利用聚氯乙烯纤维本身的化学稳定性也就是抗酸碱能力进一步保护氨纶芯体以及涤纶芯体,利用有机电导纤维本身的特性对静电离子进行传导,达到抗静电效果,延长纤维使用寿命;在有机电导纤维最外皮层设有莫代尔纤维层,利用莫代尔纤维层优于棉纤维的柔软性,达到保护有机电导纤维的效果,使有机电导纤维免受硬物损坏。

本发明涉及纤维领域,具体涉及一种用于挖泥船操作工工作服的柔性纤维。
背景技术
纤维为纺织材料的一种,由于纤维具有各种各样的功能,并能保证制得的纺织品具有良好的使用性能,因而使得纤维得到广泛的应用。现有用于挖泥船操作工工作服的柔性纤维过度强调柔性与吸水性能而忽略了一个重要的问题:高强度,如果用于挖泥船操作工工作服的柔性纤维再柔性、再吸水,如果强度不够,一扯就断,再漂亮的衣服,消费者也不会购买。

5)本发明提供了一种用于挖泥船操作工工作服的柔性纤维,在第一环氧树脂层与所述氨纶芯体以及所述涤纶芯体之间填充有竹纤维颗粒,利用竹纤维颗粒天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,使纤维也具有该功能;
6)本发明提供一种柔软纤维,在氟纶纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维外表面皆设有酚醛乙烯基树脂层以及环氧树脂层,利用酚醛乙烯基树脂层较高的热稳定性以及交联密度大的优点,进一步的保护氟纶纤维以及聚氯乙烯纤维。
