背景技术
清洗剂是一个很大的范畴,种类繁多,包括无机清洗和有机清洗两大类.有机清洗剂与无机清洗剂的区别简单地说,有机清洗剂就是含碳的化合物制成的清洗剂,无机清诜剂就是不含碳的化合物制成的清洗剂,因此它们属于无机物。清洗剂的分类方法也很多,各国都不尽相同,我们通常分成水系,半水系、非水系清洗剂三大类。然而现有的零件清洗剂清洗效果较差,使用后往往需要反复的冲洗,才能达到清洗的效果,浪费大量的水资源,成本较高,满足不了使用者的需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种零件清洗剂制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种零件清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钠5-15份、十二烷基本磺酸钠1-3份、磺酸盐4-8份、三聚磷酸钠2-4份、异丙醇1-3份、二乙二醇丁醚2-6份、硅酸钠2-6份、去离子水50-150份;
(2)将碳酸钠、十二烷基本磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠与去离子水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌15-30min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,加入磺酸盐与异丙醇,继续搅拌10-20 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-80℃后,加入二乙二醇丁醚,继续搅拌15-45min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃-95℃后,加入硅酸钠,继续搅拌10-30min;
(6)当温度提升至100℃-110℃后,关闭反应釜,取出反应物放置于通风处15-15h,即可得成品。

具体实施方式

(2)将碳酸钠、十二烷基本磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠与去离子水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌15-30min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,加入磺酸盐与异丙醇,继续搅拌10-20 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-80℃后,加入二乙二醇丁醚,继续搅拌15-45min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃-95℃后,加入硅酸钠,继续搅拌10-30min;
(6)当温度提升至100℃-110℃后,关闭反应釜,取出反应物放置于通风处15-15h,即可得成品。

(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钠5-15份、十二烷基本磺酸钠1-3份、磺酸盐4-8份、三聚磷酸钠2-4份、异丙醇1-3份、二乙二醇丁醚2-6份、硅酸钠2-6份、去离子水50-150份;
(2)将碳酸钠、十二烷基本磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠与去离子水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌15-30min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,加入磺酸盐与异丙醇,继续搅拌10-20 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-80℃后,加入二乙二醇丁醚,继续搅拌15-45min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃-95℃后,加入硅酸钠,继续搅拌10-30min;
(6)当温度提升至100℃-110℃后,关闭反应釜,取出反应物放置于通风处15-15h,即可得成品。
