When the filter frame is in work, sewage enters the filter chamber 2 from the upper part of the filter chamber 2 and is filtered by the filter frame 6, and as the filter frame 6 is provided with the group of storage cavities 61, sundries are dispersed and filled in the storage cavities 61; the filter frame 6 is lifted up through the telescopic rod 51 of the turret mechanism 5, the rotating motor 54 is controlled to rotate, the filter frame 6 is moved to the position above the feather removing chamber 3, at the moment, the telescopic rod 51 falls, and the filter frame 6 falls into the feather removing chamber 3; in the feather removing chamber 3, the swinging nozzle 31 sprays water into the storage cavity 61, so that sundries in the storage cavity 61 are stirred, and air is blown by matching with the air floating pipe 32, so that feathers in the sundries float to the water surface; flows into the recovery module 7 through an overflow port; adding disinfectant into the water flow mixed with feather and flowing into the overflow port from the medicine adding port, and stirring and mixing by a stirring motor 73 to disinfect and sterilize the feather; after the feather is fully stirred, the swinging cylinder 72 is controlled to open the bottom plate 711, and the feather is intercepted after the water flow mixed with the feather falls into the conveyor belt 74; the feather is conveyed by the conveyor belt 74 to be dried through the oven 76, and finally is extracted and collected through the exhaust fan 75, so that the feather in the sewage is recovered; the filter frame 6 after the feather removing chamber 3 is processed; continuously lifting the filter frame by the telescopic rod 51 of the turret mechanism 5, controlling the rotating motor 54 to rotate, moving the filter frame 6 to the upper part of the cleaning chamber, and putting the filter frame 6 into the cleaning chamber 4; the flushing nozzle is opened, the lifting cylinder 81 moves up and down at the same time, the dredging rod 85 is controlled to jack and close the turnover cover 62, sundries in the storage cavity 61 fall onto the mounting plate 84 and flush the filter frame 6, and the sundries are poured into the storage box 86 by controlling the turnover motor 83, so that the collection of the sundries is realized; after cleaning is finished, the operation can be circulated in sequence.

A feather recovery system in livestock breeding sewage is characterized in that: comprises a box body (1), a filter chamber (2), a feather removing chamber (3), a cleaning chamber (4), a turret mechanism (5), a filter frame (6), a recovery module (7) and a cleaning module (8); a filter chamber (2), a feather removing chamber (3) and a cleaning chamber (4) are arranged in the box body (1); the filter chamber (2), the feather removing chamber (3) and the cleaning chamber (4) are arranged around a turret mechanism (5), and the turret mechanism (5) is arranged at the center of the box body (1); the turret mechanism (5) is fixedly connected with three filter frames (6), and a group of storage cavities (61) are formed in the lower ends of the filter frames (6); a swinging spray head (31) is arranged in the feather removing chamber (3), and an air floating pipe (32) is arranged at the bottom of the feather removing chamber (3); the recovery module (7) is arranged on one side of the feather removing chamber (3) and is used for recovering feathers separated from the feather removing chamber (3); the cleaning module (8) is arranged on one side of the cleaning chamber (4), and the cleaning module (8) is used for cleaning residual broken meat and bone sundries; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the recovery module (7) comprises a stirring barrel (71), a swing cylinder (72), a stirring motor (73), a conveyor belt (74), an oven (76) and an exhaust fan (75); an overflow port is arranged on one side of the feather removing chamber (3); the stirring barrel (71) is arranged on one side of the feather removing chamber (3) and is positioned below the overflow port; a medicine adding port is formed in one side of the stirring barrel (71) and is used for adding a disinfectant into the stirring barrel (71); the bottom plate (711) of the stirring barrel (71) can be opened and closed, and the bottom of the bottom plate (711) is hinged with a swing cylinder (72); the other end of the swing cylinder (72) is hinged to one side of the feather removing chamber (3); the stirring motor (73) is arranged on one side of the feather removing chamber (3), and blades are arranged at the lower end of the stirring motor (73) and extend into the stirring barrel (71); a conveyor belt (74) is arranged below the stirring barrel (71), meshes are arranged on the surface of the conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt can filter feathers in sewage; one end of the conveyor belt (74) is connected with one side of the feather removing chamber (3), the other end of the conveyor belt (74) is provided with a fixed support, and an exhaust fan (75) is arranged above the fixed support; an oven (76) is arranged in the middle of the conveyor belt (74), and the conveyor belt (74) conveys the feathers to be dried through the oven (76).
