The automatic umbrella plastic handle mounting device is characterized by comprising an umbrella body storage device, a chain transmission device, an umbrella switch position adjusting device, an umbrella middle rod heating device, an umbrella handle storage device and an umbrella handle mounting device, wherein the umbrella handle storage device is used for mounting an umbrella handle stored in the umbrella handle storage device and an umbrella body heated by the umbrella middle rod heating device;
the umbrella comprises an umbrella body, a middle rod, an umbrella switch position adjusting device, an umbrella switch, a position adjusting sleeve, an infrared sensor, a position adjusting sleeve, a bolt, an infrared sensor, an umbrella body and an infrared sensor, wherein the umbrella switch position adjusting device is provided with an adjusting base, an adjusting cylinder, an adjusting guide rod, an adjusting guide block, an adjusting motor, a driving synchronizing wheel, a driven synchronizing wheel, a synchronizing wheel belt and a position adjusting sleeve;
the umbrella handle mounting device is provided with a sliding table mechanism and a handle clamping mechanism, the handle clamping mechanism is provided with an installation movable seat, a clamping cylinder, a tooth row, a clamping block and a clamping seat, the clamping seat is fixed on the installation movable seat, a cylinder body of the clamping cylinder is fixed on the installation movable seat, a piston rod of the clamping cylinder is connected with the tooth row and drives the tooth row to translate, a gear part is formed on the clamping block, the tooth row is matched with the gear part of the clamping block and enables the clamping block to rotate so as to be in a clamping or loosening state with the clamping seat, and the sliding table mechanism is connected with the installation movable seat in a transmission manner and drives the installation movable seat to move back and forth between a handle installation position and a handle storage position.

The automatic umbrella plastic handle mounting device according to claim 1, further comprising a middle rod flattening device, wherein the middle rod flattening device is located between the umbrella body storage device and the umbrella switch position adjusting device, the middle rod flattening device is provided with a punching machine seat, a sensing switch, a lower die, an upper die, a punching cylinder, a punching guide rod and a die mounting plate, the punching machine seat is provided with a lower cross plate, a vertical plate and an upper cross plate which are integrally formed, a middle rod processing area is formed between the lower cross plate, the vertical plate and the upper cross plate, the sensing switch and the lower die are fixed on the upper surface of the lower cross plate, a punching guide hole is further formed on the upper cross plate, the upper die is fixed on the die mounting plate, the die mounting plate is fixedly connected with the punching guide rod, the punching guide rod is movably located in the punching guide hole, and a piston rod of the punching cylinder is fixedly connected with the die mounting plate.

The automatic umbrella plastic handle mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the chain transmission device comprises a power motor, a driving shaft, a first driving sprocket, a second driving sprocket, a driven shaft, a first driven sprocket, a second driven sprocket, a first chain, a second chain and a V-shaped conveying bucket arranged on the first chain and the second chain, the power motor drives the driving shaft to rotate, the first driving sprocket and the second driving sprocket are fixed on the driving shaft at intervals, the first driven sprocket and the second driven sprocket are fixed on the driven shaft at intervals, the first chain is wound on the first driving sprocket and the first driven sprocket, the second chain is wound on the second driving sprocket and the second driven sprocket, and the V-shaped conveying bucket on the first chain and the V-shaped conveying bucket on the second chain are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence and support an umbrella body together.

The automatic umbrella plastic handle mounting device according to claim 3, wherein the umbrella body storage device is provided with a storage plate which is inclined, a plurality of umbrella bodies which are arranged side by side are arranged on the storage plate, a yielding opening is formed at the lower end of the storage plate at a position corresponding to a V-shaped conveying bucket on the chain transmission device, and the V-shaped conveying bucket embeds and transfers the umbrella body positioned at the lowest part of the storage plate to the chain transmission device.
