本发明涉及一种热塑性聚酯弹性体绝缘护套机器人用复合电缆。包括缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包有缆芯绕包层、内护层、镀锡铜丝+芳纶纤维屏蔽加强层、外护套,缆芯由动力线芯单元、信号传输线芯单元和缆芯填充层绞合组成,动力线芯单元由导体及导体外绕包绝缘层构成,信号传输单元由每两根单芯软绝缘线芯对绞成一个线对,由线对和填充材料绞合成线组,线组外面依次绕包聚酯带、屏蔽层构成。本发明工作安全可靠,寿命长,适应特殊使用环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种热塑性聚酯弹性体绝缘护套机器人用复合电缆。
背景技术
随着工业化与信息化的深度融合,工业机器人在制造业生产中得到了广泛的应用。机器人的工作内容越来越复杂,应用场合越来越广泛,其使用的可移动电缆所承受的负荷也越来越大,对电缆使用的安全性、可靠性、持久性和经济性的要求也越来越高,普通机器人电缆已无法满足要求。因此,开发新型机器人电缆已势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,提供一种工作安全可靠,寿命长,适应特殊使用环境的热塑性聚酯弹性体绝缘护套机器人用复合电缆。
本发明的技术方案是:包括缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包有缆芯绕包层、内护层、镀锡铜丝+芳纶纤维屏蔽加强层、外护套,缆芯由动力线芯单元、信号传输线芯单元和填充材料绞合组成,动力线芯单元由导体及导体外绕包绝缘层构成,信号传输单元由每两根单芯软绝缘线芯对绞成一个线对,由线对和填充材料绞合成线组,线组外面依次绕包聚酯带、屏蔽层构成。
所述导体为组合导体,将特种特细合成纤维绞合成束,作为中心股将细铜线股线绞合在其外边,并采用复绞结构,从而提高导体的抗拉和抗弯曲性能。
所述绝缘层为热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)材料层,该材料的配方为:硬段选择高硬度结晶性PBT,软段则选择非结晶性Tg的聚醚(聚乙二醇醚PEG、聚丙二醇醚PPG、聚丁二醇醚PTMG)或聚酯(聚丙交酯PLLA、聚乙交酯PGA、聚己内酯PCL、脂肪族聚酯),所述填充材料为内含芳纶长丝加强筋的橡皮填芯。
所述绕包带为聚酯薄膜带,具有较高的机械强度和绝缘性。
所述内护层和外护套均采用无卤阻燃TPE材料层,在该无卤阻燃TPE材料层中加入了耐磨剂,增强内护层和外护套的耐磨性能。
本发明的有益效果是:将动力线芯单元、信号传输线芯单元置于同一缆芯中,结构新颖,制造简单,使用方便、经济实用。采用组合导体、橡皮填芯和聚酯带绕包,提高了产品的耐扭性能;信号传输线芯单元线芯采用对绞结构并绕包屏蔽层,缆芯外设置屏蔽加强层,屏蔽效果好,抗干扰性能强,有效避免了机器人因干扰产生误动作,同时提升了耐曲机械性能,工作安全可靠。设置TPEE材料绝缘层,无卤阻燃TPE材料内护层和外护套,使产品具有优异的耐候、耐磨、耐曲挠、耐温无卤阻燃等性能。

具体实施方式
热塑性聚酯弹性体绝缘护套机器人用复合电缆,包括缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包有缆芯绕包层4、内护层5、镀锡铜丝+芳纶纤维屏蔽加强层6、外护套7,缆芯由动力线芯单元1、信号传输线芯单元2和缆芯填充层3绞合组成,动力线芯单元1由导体及导体外绕包绝缘层1-2构成,信号传输单元2由每两根单芯软绝缘线芯对绞成一个线对2-2,由线对2-2和填充材料2-3绞合成线组,线组外面依次绕包聚酯带2-4、屏蔽层2-5构成。
所述导体为组合导体1-1,将特种特细合成纤维绞合成束,作为中心股将细铜线股线绞合在其外边,并采用复绞结构,从而提高导体的抗拉和抗弯曲性能。
所述绝缘层1-2为热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)材料层,该材料的配方为:硬段选择高硬度结晶性PBT,软段则选择非结晶性Tg的聚醚(聚乙二醇醚PEG、聚丙二醇醚PPG、聚丁二醇醚PTMG)或聚酯(聚丙交酯PLLA、聚乙交酯PGA、聚己内酯PCL、脂肪族聚酯),所述填充材料为内含芳纶长丝加强筋的橡皮填芯。
所述缆芯绕包层4为聚酯薄膜带,具有较高的机械强度和绝缘性。
所述内护层5和外护套7均采用无卤阻燃TPE材料层,在该无卤阻燃TPE材料层中加入了耐磨剂,增强内护层和外护套的耐磨性能。

1.热塑性聚酯弹性体绝缘护套机器人用复合电缆,包括缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包有缆芯绕包层、内护层、镀锡铜丝+芳纶纤维屏蔽加强层、外护套,缆芯由动力线芯单元、信号传输线芯单元和缆芯填充层绞合组成,动力线芯单元由导体及导体外绕包绝缘层构成,信号传输单元由每两根单芯软绝缘线芯对绞成一个线对,由线对和填充材料绞合成线组,线组外面依次绕包聚酯带、屏蔽层构成。
