the invention relates to a switch demonstration device for intelligent simulation training, which mainly comprises a table top plate 10, a valve component 20 and a control device 30, wherein the valve component 20 is arranged on the table top plate 10, a valve 02 is sleeved in the middle of the valve component 20, a switch shaft component 01 is arranged at the bottom end of the valve 02 and penetrates through the valve 02, the switch shaft component 01 is connected into the control device 30, and a handle 03 is arranged at the upper end of the valve 02 and used for switching the switch shaft component 01. The handle 03 can be manually rotated to turn the switch shaft assembly 01 on or off. An electromagnetic servo control system is used in the control device 30.
The switch shaft assembly 01 is connected with the handle 03, and the control device 30 controls the rotation of the handle 03 through the switch shaft assembly 01.
The control device 30 is internally provided with a resetting periodic system of the handle 03. By setting a reset period in the control device, the handle 03 is automatically reset when the reset time is reached. The handle 03 is controlled by the control device 30 to return to the original state.
The switch shaft assembly 01 comprises a switch shaft, and the switch shaft is a multi-way gear switch. The multi-way gear switch can control the opening angle of the handle. The control device comprises a limit seat 301, a limit plate 304, a torsion spring 302, a damper 303, an electromagnet 305 and a proximity switch 306, wherein the limit seat 301 limits the torsion spring 302 below the switch shaft assembly 01, the torsion spring 302 is connected with the switch shaft assembly 01, the bottom end of the torsion spring 302 is connected with the damper 303, the limit plate 304 is arranged on one side of the torsion spring, and the electromagnet 305 and the proximity switch 306 are arranged on one side close to the limit plate 304. The damper 303 slows down the speed of the torsion spring 302, after the handle 03 rotates the switch shaft assembly, the proximity switch shaft starts timing after detecting the rotation condition of the switch shaft assembly, after a reset period, the electromagnet 305 is powered off, the torsion spring 302 is reset, the switch shaft assembly 01 rotates along with the reset, and the handle 03 is reset. The bottom end of the torsion spring 302 is internally provided with a magnet, the magnet on the torsion spring 302 which rotates attracts the electromagnet 305 which does not lose magnetism, so that the handle 03 after rotation is fixed, the electromagnet 305 obtains the electricity to lose magnetism after a reset period, the magnet in the torsion spring 302 and the electromagnet 305 are not attracted, and the handle 03 resets.
The invention mainly demonstrates the water-closing and gas-closing operation, and can automatically reset after the last demonstrating operation, thereby facilitating the operation of the next audience, and the audience improves the disaster reduction consciousness of the audience on water-closing and gas-closing through the in-person operation in the family scene simulation training.
