the external bureau personal junction sales collection system 400 is configured to receive a personal annual junction collection limit query and a personal annual junction collection limit update request sent by the bank card combination system 200, and return a query result and an update processing result to the bank card combination system 200; and
the external bureau international balance management information system 500 is configured to receive international balance statistics related to cross-border money transfer submitted by the bank card association system 200, and return submitted result data to the bank card association system 200.
The bank card combination system 200 includes:
the overseas front-end subsystem 210 interfaces with the remittance banking system 100, an online processing subsystem 220, and an external office personal junction sales remittance system 300, and is used for processing remittance verification transactions and online remittance transactions sent by the remittance banking system 100;
the online processing subsystem 220 interfaces with the overseas lead subsystem 210, the remittance banking system 500, and a clearing processing subsystem 230 described below, and is configured to receive and process the remittance verification transaction and the online remittance transaction sent from the overseas lead subsystem 210, and transmit the same to the remittance banking system 500; for receiving the verification result and the transaction processing result returned by the remittance banking system 100 and transmitting them to the overseas lead subsystem 210 for synchronizing the cross-border remittance transaction data successfully processed on the same day to the clearing processing subsystem 230 described below;
the clearing processing subsystem 230 is in butt joint with the online processing subsystem 220 and the external office international balance management information system 400, and is used for receiving the cross-border money transfer transaction data which is synchronized by the online processing subsystem 220 and is successful in the day, reporting the international balance statistics data related to the cross-border money transfer to the external office international balance management information system 400, and receiving the report result data returned by the external office international balance management information system 400, so as to complete suspicious split transaction monitoring;

an interface module 215 of an external office personal junction sales collection system, comprising: the personal annual junction limit query module is used for initiating a personal annual junction limit query to the external office personal junction sales and collection system 300 and receiving a query result returned by the external office personal junction sales and collection system 300; and the personal annual junction limit updating module is used for initiating a personal annual junction limit updating request to the external office personal junction sales and collection system 300 and receiving an updating processing result returned by the external office personal junction sales and collection system.
The overseas pre-processing subsystem 210 performs corresponding processing according to the blacklist checking result, including:
if the payee identity card number is in the list or it is checked that there is no identity card in the transaction message, a verification failure is returned to the remittance bank 100; if the payee identification number is not on the list, the card association 200 resumes other checks or returns a successful response back to the remittance bank 500. When a response is returned to the issuing bank 500, the card association system 200 intercepts the identity document information and cardholder name in the message and no longer returns to the issuing bank (unless specified otherwise by the local authorities).
Further, the overseas front-end subsystem 210 performs corresponding processing according to the personal annual junction limit query result, including:
if the inquiry interface is called to fail or the inquiry transaction is overtime, the inquiry result cannot be returned within the set time, the original transaction of the inquiry interface is processed according to the transaction failure, namely if the original transaction is a money transfer verification transaction, the money transfer verification is returned to fail, and the subsequent initiation of the online money transfer transaction by the remittance bank is not allowed; if the original transaction is an online money transfer transaction, returning to the online money transfer transaction.
If the annual junction limit of the individual exceeds the limit, the original transaction to which the individual belongs is processed according to the transaction failure, namely if the original transaction is a money transfer verification transaction, the money transfer verification is returned to fail, and the subsequent initiation of the online money transfer transaction by the remittance bank is not allowed; if the original transaction is an online money transfer transaction, returning to the online money transfer transaction.
The clearing processing subsystem 230 further includes:
the suspicious split transaction monitoring module is used for screening suspicious split transaction data, carrying out investigation and tracking management on suspicious transactions and generating a suspicious split remittance transaction report.
Next, specific steps of the global rapid sink method implemented by the global rapid sink system will be described.
Fig. 4 is a specific flowchart of the global warming method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the global speed sink method implemented by the global speed sink system implemented by the financial data processing system of the present invention includes the steps of:
A. the remittance banking system 100 initiates a money transfer verification transaction to the bank card association system 200;
B. after receiving the money transfer verification transaction, the bank card association system 200 invokes the money transfer verification transaction service check module 213 to check the service validity, and transmits the checked transaction to the money transfer bank system 300;
C. after receiving the money transfer verification transaction, the remittance banking system 300 verifies whether the account of the payee exists and whether the account state is valid, and if the verification is passed, the payee name and the identification card number are backfilled into the verification result information and returned to the bank card combination system 200;
D. after receiving the money transfer verification result returned by the remittance banking system 300, the bank card combination system 200 invokes the blacklist management module 214 to match the identity document number blacklist, and invokes the outer tube personal junction sales collection system interface module 215 to query the personal annual junction collection limit;
E. the bank card combination system 200 generates a money transfer verification transaction processing result according to the remittance verification result of the remittance bank, the blacklist checking result and the personal annual remittance limit inquiry result, and returns the money transfer verification transaction processing result to the remittance bank 100;
F. for a money transfer verification successful transaction, the sender may choose to proceed with the online money transfer transaction or may choose to withdraw. In the event that the sender chooses to continue the online money transfer transaction, the outgoing bank 100 first withholds money and initiates the online money transfer transaction to the combined bank card system 200;
G. after receiving the online remittance transaction, the bank card association system 200 matches the online remittance transaction request with the remittance verification transaction and invokes the outer tube personal junction sales collection system interface module 215 to perform personal annual junction collection limit inquiry and personal annual junction collection limit update;
H. the bank card association system 200 transmits the successfully processed online money transfer transaction to the importation banking system 300;
I. after receiving the online remittance transaction, the remittance banking system 300 completes the fund accounting according to the currency and the accounting mode, and returns the transaction processing result to the bank card combination system 200; and
J. the bank card combination system 200 receives the online remittance transaction processing result returned by the remittance bank and returns the online remittance transaction processing result to the remittance bank 100;
K. for money transfer transactions that are successful in money transfer verification and failed in online money transfer transactions, the exporting bank 100 may initiate a manual money transfer transaction to the bank card association system 200, which may be withdrawn on the error handling platform 240 prior to the end of the day;
after receiving the manual remittance transaction, the L-bank card combined system 200 directly gives a successful response and does not forward and remittance the manual remittance transaction to a bank in real time;
m, at the time of day end processing, the bank card combination system 200 receives the manual money transfer transaction which is successful and not withdrawn in the day into a clearing, and after the clearing, the manual money transfer transaction is sent to the remittance bank 100 and the remittance bank 300 through the flow file;
and N, after receiving the manual remittance transaction information, the remittance bank 300 should check the account-depositing condition of the remittance card account in time, and if the account-depositing condition is not checked for the remittance card account before the remittance bank, the related account-depositing work should be completed in time.
Steps K to N are preferable steps and are not shown.
Further, the step D specifically includes the following substeps:
d1, the bank card combination system 200 initiates a personal annual junction and junction limit query to the external office personal junction and junction sales system 400;
d2, the foreign office personal junction sales collection system 400 inquires whether the remittance amount exceeds the personal annual junction limit according to the payee identification card number, and returns the inquired result to the bank card combination system 200 (wherein, the substeps of D1 and D2 are not shown).
Wherein, the step G comprises the following substeps:
g1, the bank card combination system 200 initiates a personal annual junction and junction limit query to the external office personal junction and junction sales system 400;
g2, the foreign office personal junction sales collection system 200 inquires whether the remittance amount exceeds the personal annual junction collection limit according to the identity card number of the payee, and returns the inquired result to the bank card combination system 200;
if the personal annual junction limit query result of the payee is available, the bank card combination system 200 continues to initiate the personal annual junction limit update to the external office personal junction sales system 400; and
g4, the foreign office personal balance system 400 updates the personal annual balance limit of the payee according to the payee ID card number, and returns the updated result to the bank card combination system 200 (in which, the sub-steps G1 to G4 are not shown).
On the other hand, the method further comprises the following steps after the step J or N:
after the daily bank card combination system 200 finishes clearing, generating a cross-border money transfer international balance statistical report and a suspected "split" money transfer transaction report, and reporting data to the external bureau international balance management information system 500;
the international balance management information system 500 of the foreign bureau receives the data file sent by the bank card combination system 200, and returns the sending result file to the bank card combination system (O, P is not shown).
As described above, the financial data processing system, the global rapid exchange system and the method thereof can monitor and process financial data in real time, and particularly, the global rapid exchange system and the method thereof can support multi-currency transaction, real-time account checking of funds, original currency account checking or RMB account checking, direct exchange of foreign exchange funds, real-time reporting of international balance statistics information, blacklist management and suspicious split transaction monitoring, provide more convenient, safe and efficient service for remitters, and provide more timely, accurate and normative data for supervision departments.
The foregoing examples generally illustrate the financial data processing system and global speed sink system and method of the present invention. Although only a few specific embodiments of the present invention have been described, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention may be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit or scope thereof. Accordingly, the present examples and embodiments are to be considered as illustrative and not restrictive, and the invention is intended to cover various modifications and substitutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (4)

1. A global speed sink system, comprising:
the remittance banking system is used for initiating remittance verification transaction to the banking card united system and receiving a verification result returned by the banking card united system; for the successful transaction, the method is used for initiating online remittance transaction to the bank card united system, receiving a transaction result returned by the bank card united system, and for the successful transaction which fails online remittance, the method is used for initiating manual remittance transaction to the bank card united system, wherein the manual remittance transaction is off-line transaction;
the bank card combination system is used for receiving the remittance verification transaction and the online remittance transaction sent by the remittance banking system and transmitting the remittance verification transaction and the online remittance transaction to the remittance banking system for verification and processing; the system is used for receiving a verification result and a transaction processing result returned by the remittance banking system; the system is used for initiating a personal annual junction limit inquiry and a personal annual junction limit update request to the external office personal junction sales collection system and receiving an inquiry result and an update processing result returned by the external office personal junction sales collection system; the system is used for returning a remittance verification transaction result and an online remittance transaction processing result to the remittance banking system according to the processing result, and is used for accepting manual remittance transactions initiated by the remittance banking system; the system is used for reporting the international balance statistical data related to the cross-border remittance to the external office international balance management information system and receiving the report result data returned by the external office international balance management information system;
the remittance banking system is used for receiving the remittance verification transaction and the online remittance transaction from the banking card combined system and returning the verification result and the online remittance transaction processing result to the banking card combined system;
the personal junction sales collection system of the outer bureau is used for receiving the personal annual junction collection limit inquiry and the personal annual junction collection limit update request sent by the bank card combined system, and returning the inquiry result and the update processing result to the bank card combined system; and
the external bureau international balance management information system is used for receiving the international balance statistical data related to the cross-border remittance reported by the bank card combined system and returning report result data to the bank card combined system,
the bank card combination system comprises:
the overseas front-end subsystem is in butt joint with the remittance bank system, an online processing subsystem and an external office personal junction selling and remittance system and is used for processing remittance verification transactions and online remittance transactions sent by the remittance bank system;
the online processing subsystem is in butt joint with the overseas prepositive subsystem, the remittance banking system and the clearing processing subsystem which are described below and is used for receiving and processing remittance verification transactions and online remittance transactions sent by the overseas prepositive subsystem, transmitting the remittance verification transactions and the online remittance transactions to the remittance banking system, receiving verification results and transaction processing results returned by the remittance banking system, transmitting the verification results and the transaction processing results to the overseas prepositive subsystem and synchronizing cross-border remittance transaction data which are processed successfully on the same day to the clearing processing subsystem which is described below;
the clearing processing subsystem is in butt joint with the online processing subsystem and the external office international balance management information system and is used for receiving the cross-border money transfer transaction data which are synchronized by the online processing subsystem and are successful in the day, reporting the international balance statistics data related to the cross-border money transfer to the external office international balance management information system and receiving the report result data returned by the external office international balance management information system, and finishing suspicious split transaction monitoring;
the error processing platform is used for accepting manual remittance transaction initiated by the remittance banking system; and
the management platform is used for realizing the system management and monitoring functions,
wherein the overseas lead subsystem comprises:
the money transfer verification processing module is used for receiving money transfer verification transaction sent by an outgoing bank, calling the following money transfer verification transaction service checking module to check service effectiveness, transmitting the checked transaction to the online processing subsystem, receiving an incoming bank verification result returned by the online processing subsystem, calling the following blacklist management module to match an identity document number blacklist, calling the following outer tube personal junction and sale collection system interface module to inquire personal annual junction limit, generating a money transfer verification transaction processing result according to the incoming bank money transfer verification result, the blacklist checking result and the personal annual junction limit inquiring result, and returning the money transfer verification transaction processing result to an outgoing bank;
a blacklist management module, which comprises: the blacklist library is used for storing blacklists; and the blacklist checking module is used for comparing and verifying the identification number of the payee in the transaction message with the blacklist library by the bank card combined system when the remittance verification transaction is processed and the successful response is returned by the remittance bank.

the online remittance transaction processing module is used for receiving online remittance transactions sent by the remittance banks, matching an online remittance transaction request with remittance verification transactions, calling an interface module of an external office personal junction sales collection system to perform personal annual junction limit inquiry and personal annual junction limit update, transmitting the successfully processed transactions to the online processing subsystem, and receiving online remittance transaction processing results of the remittance banks returned by the online processing subsystem and returning the online remittance transaction processing results to the remittance banks;
a money transfer verification transaction service inspection module is provided with: the quota checking module is used for checking whether the cross-border remittance transaction amount exceeds a single quota and a Shan Kashan daily quota; the business opening checking module is used for checking whether the BIN of the sink card has opened business; and
an interface module for an external office personal junction sales collection system, comprising: the personal annual junction limit query module is used for initiating personal annual junction limit query to the external office personal junction sales and collection system and receiving a query result returned by the external office personal junction sales and collection system; and the personal annual junction limit updating module is used for initiating a personal annual junction limit updating request to the external office personal junction sales and collection system and receiving an updating processing result returned by the external office personal junction sales and collection system.

the overseas front-end subsystem performs corresponding processing according to the personal annual junction limit query result, and comprises the following steps:
