With the continuous acceleration of globalization process, more and more enterprises start to expand business to international markets, and cross-border payment also becomes an indispensable part. Cross-border payment refers to the process of conducting monetary transactions and funds transfers between different. It has very important meaning for enterprises, cross-border payment can help enterprises to obtain benefits faster in international markets, and can improve the competitiveness of enterprises in global markets.
Currently, when a money transfer service requiring party (such as an enterprise or a financial institution) needs to transfer money to a public place, a website going to a bank is required to conduct manual handling, and application data (such as data of a contract, an invoice, a customs clearance, etc.) related to the money transfer to the public place are submitted to a bank counter according to the requirement of the bank website on the money transfer to the public place, and counter service personnel of the bank website conduct the money transfer service to the public place. However, the cross-border money transfer business is more limited by policies, the cross-border money transfer path is longer, the business processes of checking application data, calculating the cross-border money transfer path and operating the money transfer system to realize money transfer are longer, the money transfer efficiency is lower, and the labor cost is higher. Under the condition of low efficiency of manually processing remittance, the emergency requirement of the remittance service demander cannot be met. In addition, when there is an urgent cross-border money transfer demand from a money transfer service demander, if the money transfer service demander is just in abnormal working time of a banking website, the public cross-border money transfer service cannot be transacted through the bank counter. Therefore, how to improve the transaction efficiency of the cross-border money transfer service is a problem to be solved.
In view of this, the present application provides a method for processing a bank cross-border money transfer, which establishes a bank cross-border money transfer processing system and connects with a business system of a money transfer business demand party through an application programming interface (Application Programming Interface, API), so that the money transfer business demand party can send a request for a public cross-border money transfer to the bank cross-border money transfer processing system through the business system, submit a cross-border money transfer application data, and the bank cross-border money transfer processing system can receive the request for the public cross-border money transfer from the money transfer business demand party and automatically audit the cross-border money transfer application data, thereby improving the handling efficiency of the cross-border money transfer business and reducing the labor cost of the bank.
It should be noted that the method, the device, the equipment and the storage medium for processing the cross-border remittance of the bank can be used in the financial field or other fields, and can also be used in any field except the financial field or other fields, and the application field of the method and the device for processing the cross-border remittance of the bank is not limited.
The execution main body of the bank cross-border remittance processing method provided by the application can be a server provided with a bank cross-border remittance processing system, and can perform information interaction with a business system of a remittance business demand party, execute a cross-border remittance application data auditing function and the like through the server. Exemplary, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a scenario of a bank cross-border money transfer processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the scenario may include: the system comprises a bank cross-border money transfer processing system, a business system of a money transfer business demander and a money transfer system.
The bank cross-border money transfer processing system comprises a plurality of API interfaces and a plurality of cross-border money transfer processing flows, wherein the bank cross-border money transfer processing system is connected with a business system of a money transfer business demand side through the API interfaces, each API interface corresponds to one cross-border money transfer auditing processing flow, and each API interface is used for being connected with the business system of at least one money transfer business demand side. The bank cross-border money transfer processing system can also be connected with a plurality of money transfer systems, and the connection mode of the bank cross-border money transfer processing system and the money transfer systems can refer to the prior art, and the description is omitted here. The money transfer transaction demander may be, for example, an enterprise, a financial institution, etc., and the transaction system may be, for example, a financial system, a payment system, etc., of the money transfer transaction demander. The public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow can comprise auditing flow, auditing scale and the like, and for example, for money transfer business demand parties with better qualification, the auditing flow can be shorter, for example, the auditing data in a data list required by the cross-border money transfer is less than that of money transfer business demand parties with worse qualification, so that the auditing flow is shortened; for better qualified money transfer service demander, its audit scale can be more relaxed, for example, for the money transfer amount of this money transfer service demander's amount of money is higher, the alternative money transfer system is more, the alternative money transfer route is more etc.. Optionally, the money transfer service demand party can log in through the user account, and after the login is successful, the connection between the bank cross-border money transfer processing system and the service system of the money transfer service demand party through the API interface is completed. The money transfer system is used for performing cross-border money transfer, and the money transfer system can be, for example, a cross-border money transfer system such as an international funds clearing System (SWIFT), an in-home RMB settlement system, an out-of-home RMB settlement system and the like.
The business system of the remittance business demander can send a cross-border remittance request to the cross-border remittance processing system of the bank through the API interface so as to request to transact the cross-border remittance business. For example, the contents such as the cross-border money transfer application data, the target cross-border money transfer information and the like corresponding to the cross-border money transfer business can be submitted. The bank cross-border remittance processing system can acquire the cross-border remittance request from the business system of the remittance business demand party through the API interface, and automatically check the contents of the cross-border remittance application data, the target cross-border remittance information and the like submitted by the remittance business demand party and corresponding to the cross-border remittance business.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with reference to specific embodiments, taking an execution subject as an example of a server in which a bank cross-border money transfer processing system is deployed. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for processing cross-border remittance of a bank according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
S201, receiving a public cross-border remittance request sent by a target service system through a target API interface in a plurality of API interfaces.
Wherein the pair of public cross-border money transfer requests includes: the target business system comprises cross-border money transfer application data of a target business demand party and target cross-border money transfer information. The cross-border money transfer application data can be determined according to the actual requirements of the target business requiring party, the receiving party, the cross-border money transfer application and the like, and the application does not limit the data and the data content specifically included in the cross-border money transfer application data. The target cross-border money transfer information may include, for example, content related to the pair of public cross-border money transfer requirements, such as target business demander, payee, cross-border money transfer use, cross-border money transfer path requirements, and the like. The request for the public cross-border remittance is used for transacting the public cross-border remittance business for the bank request of the target business demand direction.
The public cross-border remittance request is sent by the target business demand party through the target business system and is sent to the bank cross-border remittance processing system through the target API interface. The target API interface can be connected with business systems of one or more business demanders, and the bank cross-border remittance processing system can be connected with a plurality of business systems of a plurality of business demanders corresponding to different public cross-border remittance auditing processing flows through a plurality of API interfaces.
S202, auditing and processing the cross-border money transfer application data according to the public cross-border money transfer auditing and processing flow corresponding to the target API interface.
The public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow may be determined according to a preset mapping relationship corresponding to the API interface, and the public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow corresponding to the target API interface is determined according to the preset mapping relationship. The public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow comprises a list of cross-border money transfer application data corresponding to the flow, and each public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow can correspond to at least one list of cross-border money transfer application data, for example, according to different cross-border money transfer purposes, the public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow can correspond to the list of different cross-border money transfer application data.
The auditing process may be to audit the electronic version application data and/or audit the image version application data. When the electronic version application data is subjected to the auditing process, the contents of the fields or the data included in the electronic version application data can be audited by extracting the contents. When the image version application data is subjected to auditing, the contents in the image version application data can be obtained through OCR (optical character recognition) technology (optical character recognition, OCR), image recognition technology and the like, and then the contents are audited through a keyword extraction technology. The auditing method can be for example, auditing according to the auditing requirements corresponding to the public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow, wherein the auditing requirements can be preset according to actual requirements, and the application is not limited to this.
S203, after the cross-border remittance application data is checked and passed, the target cross-border remittance information is sent to a remittance system to carry out cross-border remittance processing.
The money transfer system may be selected by the money transfer service demander in a request for public cross-border money transfer, or the bank cross-border money transfer processing system may be selected according to the target cross-border money transfer information. When the money transfer system is selected by the bank cross-border money transfer processing system according to the target cross-border money transfer information, the bank cross-border money transfer processing system can select a money transfer system matched with one or more of money transfer purposes, expense information, account arrival time information, money transfer stability and the like among a plurality of money transfer systems capable of conducting public cross-border money transfer according to the money transfer business demand side and the receiving side in the target cross-border money transfer information. The manner in which the money transfer system performs cross-border money transfer may refer to the prior art, and the disclosure will not be repeated.
One possible implementation, if the cross-border money transfer application data audit fails, sends a rejection response to the public cross-border money transfer request to the target business system through the target API interface. The rejection response is used to reject the targeted business demander's request for a public cross-border money transfer.
In another possible implementation, if the cross-border money transfer application fails to audit, the target business demander is prompted to resubmit the data or the supplemental data.
According to the bank cross-border money transfer processing method, the bank cross-border money transfer processing system is established and is connected with the business system of the money transfer business demand side through the API interface, so that the money transfer business demand side can send a request for public cross-border money transfer to the bank cross-border money transfer processing system through the business system, submit cross-border money transfer application data, and the bank cross-border money transfer processing system can receive the request for public cross-border money transfer of the money transfer business demand side and automatically audit the cross-border money transfer application data, and therefore the handling efficiency of the cross-border money transfer business is improved, and the labor cost of the bank is reduced.
Next, a detailed description is given of how to audit the cross-border money transfer application data according to the process flow of auditing the public cross-border money transfer corresponding to the target API interface in step S202. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of another cross-border money transfer processing method of a bank according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, step S202 may include:
s301, authenticating a target business demand party to determine whether the target business demand party has authority to remit money to a bank to which a receiving party belongs.
In one possible implementation manner, the bank cross-border money transfer processing system determines whether the target business demand party has authority to transfer money to the bank to which the receiving party belongs according to the information of the bank to which the receiving party belongs, which is included in the target cross-border money transfer information, by querying a bank list to which the corresponding receiving party of the target business demand party belongs.
In another possible implementation, the bank cross-border money transfer processing system determines whether the target business demander has authority to transfer money to a bank to which the payee belongs by determining a money transfer purpose included in the target cross-border money transfer information. For example, the target business demander and/or the bank to which the payee belongs may only be allowed to make a cross-border money transfer by way of goods trade, but the money transfer purpose included in the target cross-border money transfer information is service trade, and it is determined that the target business demander does not have authority to transfer money to the bank to which the payee belongs.
The authentication mode may also be to authenticate other information related to the public cross-border money transfer included in the target cross-border money transfer information, which is not specifically enumerated in the present application.
S302, after authentication is passed, information to be audited is extracted from cross-border money transfer application data according to information required by a public cross-border money transfer auditing processing flow corresponding to a target API interface.
The information required by the public cross-border money transfer auditing process flow can comprise, for example, identification of auditing materials and contents in the auditing materials.
The identifier of the audit data can be used for auditing whether audit data required by public cross-border money transfer audit processing flow is absent in the cross-border money transfer application data, and the identifier can be, for example, an index of the audit data, a data name of the audit data and the like. For example, the audit data required by the public cross-border money transfer audit processing flow needs a transaction contract, an invoice and a customs clearance, and whether the transaction contract, the invoice and the customs clearance are included in the index for acquiring the audit data can be indicated if the transaction contract, the invoice and the customs clearance are not included.
The content in the audit data can be used for auditing whether audit data content required by public cross-border money transfer audit processing flow is absent in the cross-border money transfer application data or whether the audit data content has errors. The content may include, for example, items such as an amount, number, etc. in the invoice, or items such as a transaction target, amount, etc. in the contract. For example, it may be checked whether there is a deletion in these contents or whether the contents of the corresponding items are consistent. Illustratively, if the amount in the invoice is different from the amount in the contract, an error in the audit data content is characterized, and so forth.
The step S202 of extracting the information to be audited from the cross-border money transfer application data is not described herein.
Implementation a: and according to different auditing roles, extracting information to be audited corresponding to the auditing roles for auditing.
S3021, determining auditing roles corresponding to links in a public cross-border money transfer auditing processing flow corresponding to a target API interface, and information needing to be audited by the auditing roles in information to be audited.
The auditing roles can be divided according to the content of the auditing materials, for example, whether the auditing materials are missing or not, or whether the auditing materials have errors which are not corresponding to the items as described above, and the auditing roles can audit by the first auditing roles; and auditing contents related to risk control such as in-process monitoring and/or money back-flushing pre-inspection of the public and overseas remittance business can be audited by a second audit role. And distributing the information to be audited by the audit role in the information to be audited to the audit role by acquiring the information to be audited required by different roles and the content included in the information to be audited.
S3022, pushing information required to be audited to clients of audit roles.
The first audit role may be, for example, a bank teller system client, and the second audit role may be, for example, a bank wind control system client. And pushing the corresponding information to the client corresponding to the auditing role by the bank cross-border money transfer processing system according to the information to be audited by the auditing role in the information to be audited, so as to realize auditing of the corresponding information in the information to be audited through the clients of different auditing roles.
S3023, receiving an auditing result returned by the auditing role through the client.
S3024, when the auditing results of all auditing roles are auditing passing, determining that the cross-border remittance application data auditing passes.
If the auditing result of any auditing role is that the auditing is not passed, at least one auditing data needing to be submitted again or corrected exists in the cross-border money transfer application data. At this time, the bank cross-border remittance processing system can send out audit failing reminding to the target business system by determining audit failing audit roles; or the bank cross-border remittance processing can acquire the specific reasons for failing to pass the audit from the client of the audit role for failing to pass the audit, and push the specific reasons to the target business system so as to facilitate the target business demander to re-submit or correct the audit data.
Implementation mode B: and directly extracting all information to be audited in the cross-border money transfer application data.
